We got here late at night, the staff was super helpful, they have prepared sandwiches, fruit and drinks for us to have late dinner. Due to a technical problem we were given a different room than the one we had booked, and actually it worked better for us because the room was in an area called the annex, where there is a swimming pool and pool-bar for fewer rooms. It was never crowded which was fantastic. The room was clean, very spacious, with safe box, minibar, shower room and WC room separately, and a balcony with views. The all-inclusive regime was fantastic, plenty of food choices and a very large selection of desserts in the main restaurant. There are also snack bars by all the 3 swimming serving food all day long. There is entertainment every night with different shows every night. There is also a gym, a spa and a little supermarket. You can't literally spend all your days within the premises that you have all you need. They own the water park close by and it's free for hotel guests. There's a bus shuttle to take you there if you don't want to walk to the park although it's only 10min walking. ATM right at the door if you need cash. Taxis literally round the corner, and the bus stops are in front of the main door to take you anywhere you need. The staff is super friendly and helpful, always cleaning and making sure you have a great time. I would certainly recommend staying here, with or without kids. The location is also great, close to shops, bars and restaurants, all in walking distance.

Depersonalization
Great place, all needs met well. The room and the resort as a whole was nice and tidy. Friendly staff made you feel welcomed, many greeted you as you passed. Multiple pools to relax at etc. View of the surrounding mountains were lovely. One thing to note about the location, the park resides close to a mosque so if you are a light sleeper you will be easily awoken to the sounds of the Islamic call to prayer. Not an issue of course.

The hotel was brilliant, nothing too much trouble for the staff. All areas were spotless. Food was really good. We had a really great time and already looking to go back.

We booked to stay at the hotel for a week. In that week the following happened; The hotel food was always cold. We complained to the kitchen manager who said they prob the food every meal time and the food hit 63degress in minutes ... that should be seconds not minutes and not once did we see them prob the food. Variety of the food, was very poor as there wasn't much variety. It also tasted really bad. Second thing the bar staff looked at guests as an inconvenience. They never smiled whilst serving you and none of them could speak English, orders were regulary messed up. Third the person who they employed to sell excursions miss sold them, made them out to be all singing and dancing and they weren't they were very poor. The only positive was it's clean. I would never go bad to that hotel at all.

The good bits: hotel:clean, spacious, staff very friendly, food brilliant. Drinks brilliant, everyone generally very attentive. The bad bits (my opinion): Booked for myself my partner snd 13yo son, was under the impression when booking had upgraded to the ‘swim up’ room. On arrival appeared that was not what we had. Had a standard room, discussed with manager at reception and showed pictures of what we were viewing on booking and were told the advertising can indeed be quite misleading, very much confirming they are aware they are showing misleading advertising, asked if we could upgrade and willing to pay to be told was fully booked already, so had a disappointed teenager on our hands. The evening entertainment that was appropriate for anyone above age 5 started quite late maybe around 9:30pm, before then you could attempt to enjoy your meal with baby shark blasting from the speakers. Also from 10am onwards was speakers blasting our tunes around the pool area, not relaxing, obviously. We were approached by a ‘hotel advisor’ on excursions, all sounded dandy. We booked a boat tour and quad biking and further along booked separately the cable car. The boat tour which was sold to us as a family friendly tour where stopping off at 5+ different beaches free to explore at, was actually a party boat, where the under 25s were encouraged to get drunk and party- not suitable for children in the slightest, and the stopping for swims at beaches was a max 15mins, so by the time you had actually got into said beach water it was time to get back onto boat again. The quad biking we were completely lied to about, was told my said 13yo would be able to ride the quad bike and just had to pad a ‘test’ beforehand, in arrival, the guy in charge said the tourist guy who sold was renown for mis selling their services and that anyone under 16 could not operate the quad bike. (Again, dissapointed teenager) The cable car: the tourist guide told us to go directly to top as was most to see up there and not to bother stopping anywhere else, on arrival we’re told we could not go to the top and it’s known you cannot at such time of year. So effectively the tourist guide was very misleading intentionally for his own gain, he asked us to pay him cash as tax hugely high currently, we understood and made the effort to take cash out and pay cash, only to feel as though he shot us in the foot. The water park: it’s probs a 20 min walk a, when you arrive you will have your bags searched as god forbid you brought your own bottle of water into the park. The cost of the food and drink their is extortionate, your looking at a tenner for a toastie. In terms of the amount to do there: you can do pretty much all the water slides in under 30 mins (we went in term time) and you wil be forced to take pictures with parrots and reptiles- same can be said for the boat tours: and then be pushed into spending 100+ on pictures. Was generally quite upsetting to witness the animals involved in the pictures, obviously being used for financial gain by said humans: can understand money is tight but don’t agree gaining money at the expense of animals wellbeing. In another note, if you are visiting the hotel during school term time, expect the English tourists to be out and about and as trashy as they come, because they are/were. Lots of drunk/inappropriate behaviour/language, rudeness, general council estate behaviour- felt embarassed to be English. Had an incident of a male backhanding a female to the face at the bar at one point, he was later let back into the resort only 20 mins later, police should have been called, but clearly weren’t as so to ‘not upset the guests’. All in all, staff were lovely but would not visit again due to the above.
