My partner and I stayed at this hotel for 7 nights as part of our holiday package with TUI. It was our first visit to the country so we didn't really know what to expect. All I can say is that we were extremely happy from arrival till departure! Room was clean and spacious with plenty of storage space. The housekeeping team were very friendly and ensured that the room was cleaned every day. Food was always edible (you can't say that about every hotel) and the range of food was amazing with an option for absolutely anyone. There are two pools, one smaller pool that provides a relaxing vibe and a larger pool with music providing more of a party theme. This is great that it gives you the option so you can tailor your pool day to what suits you best! Overall it has been a very enjoyable experience staying at Orka World and has helped to make a good holiday a great holiday. They should be very proud 👏 👍

the hotel is lovely! very clean! staff are kind, approachable and overall very friendly!! there is access for wheelchairs etc all over the hotel also! will definitely return!!

Great resort with welcoming staff. We thoroughly enjoyed using the huge aqua park right next to our room and the various different pools around the resort. Food is lovely and changed every night which is a nice add on.

Such a lovely place, all staff members extremely friendly, always there to help you! Different dishes everyday, great show nights, Angel, the coordinated lady, have a super energy, that’s what you need to enjoy your stay! Lots of activities for children, too! We booked for a family of 4, but got to get a superb vila by the swimming pool! We would love to have eaten some kebap, but maybe next time! Definitely, we will return here!!

The phone in the room didn't work all 2 days we were there. The rooms are separated and some are far away from reception, very inconvenient. Our children were given a villa with w bed room but only had 5 beds and 6th bed in the lounge, and lounge had no A/C and the villa had only 1 toilet and 1 powder room and the toilet had bad smell in the villa.
