Not long returned from a 10 day break. Sadly I'm really disappointed with our stay which wasn't particularly relaxing. Whilst I recognise that we were there at the end of the season, that doesn't excuse the issues we found. Like others, when we booked it was 4* when booked then lowered. We weren't compensated by Jet2 for this or the holiday discounted to reflect the lower than expected standard. In reality 3* is pushing it for this hotel. The villa itself was OK but not great. There were missing duvet covers and even a single duvet on the double bed. The internet in the room didn't work and was never fixed despite asking. The shower head broke off halfway through and was never replaced, despite asking. (And surely house keeping noticed it lying on the floor of the shower in pieces as well) Generally the room was tired and in need of being renovated and made good. Food - what there was was fine but there wasn't much in the way of variety. I mirror the reviews of others in that it was very British based rather than giving new options with a very small selection. The worse thing for me was the lack of care about the area. The plates were chipped and there weren't enough coffee cups so you would end up drinking from paper cups. It was OK but we ended up eating out - not the intention for an all inclusive break. Drinks - this was a problem. If I am camping then plastic drinking vessels are fine. I don't want wine from plastic over my evening meal or during the entertainment. And this went for everything from beer to spirits to their cocktail 'range'. The cocktails available were very limited and for most of the holiday one wasn't available as they had run out of one of the spirits. As I said before - I appreciate it was the end of the season but running out of things is quite poor. When alcohol was served there were no controls - not really a surprise when one member of bar staff had a 'double for you - triple for me' policy. This meant that some people were drinking far too much and made the evenings unruly. Whilst there, fights broke out between groups, my 11 year old was offered alcohol by incredibly drunk guests and any sense of relaxation was off the cards. We spent most evenings in the villa as a result. (One fight broke out at breakfast - thankfully we had gone out of the hotel before that happened) We love the Olu Deniz general area and the people in towns were really friendly and welcoming. The hotel though, was a real let down. Honestly - I will never go back to this hotel. I have seen reviews call it 'no frills'. Rough and ready is more accurate.

Wow wow wow I have just returned from a 2 week stay here. I can honestly say that hand on heart I could not fault the place. From the moment we touched down in Turkey we was filled with love and care. At arrival only one of our 2 rooms was ready but it was only a 30min wait for the second. We had 6 children young adults aged from 13 to 20 and 2 in late 30s who absolutely loved it. The water park was used on 2 days due to it closing which we knew about I would recommend taking cash with you and always having more on you as you can get this back. We used it as a trip out and used our budget for this. The taxi from hotel is only 100 lira of you wanted to go later than the bus service or home later. We also used the vikings boat trip wow wow wow that was a hugely enjoyable experience and we loved it... careful with the bar tab though you may spend alot but so worth it. We also did the jeep safari trip which was very enjoyable I would recommend good wet walking shoes though I had sliders on 😂 The rooms was lovely and the food was great we also ate out a couple of times Went to Delboys Hansans (cocktails are amazing) bar rumba to name a few. The staff can not do enough for you I love it thank you for making our trip so enjoyable And to the families we spoke to while there if you see this was also nice to meet you all to. If you're thinking about going do it.

When we booked this 2 years ago we booked a 4 star, the holiday was delayed a year and in that time it was down graded to a 3 star. The hotel reception on arrival looked a bit sad and in need of a lift. Generally the public areas need some attention. In the block of rooms away from the villas there were random beds and sofas in odd places. Air conditioning unit leaking on the floor. Lack of lighting in areas and generally a lack of cleanliness. Standard room was nice, air conditioning worked well but a view of the side road was a bit dull. Not somewhere you can sit and watch the world go by. The room was cleaned well and fresh towels daily if needed. The TV didn’t work but wasn’t that fussed. Little fridge kept the drinks cool so no complaints about the room. The food was the low point for me. Clearly set up for the British, think chips, pasta and nuggets. No or very few Turkish food options. The plus points, grilled fish and chicken and the fresh bread and plenty of salads. Hardly any veg but plentiful salad. Breakfast was a let down, hardly any of the basic cereals unless you wanted chocolate cereals. Plenty of fruit and if you want chips for breakfast then you are covered. I gave up eating breakfast if I did it was a slice of toast. Desserts were just the same thing in different neon colours. 30 or so dishes done badly, would have been better to do 10 things really well. The pool areas were ok. The views lovely. The family pool was rowdy and the lunch served there was burger and chips. Didn’t use this area much. If you are after a cheap, no frills place then go for it. If you want a nice quiet place with good food then maybe not the right place. Deffo not quiet at night with kids disco and entertainment going on till 11pm most nights. One concerning thing. Key cards to room stopped working at least 3 times and had to go to reception to get them re-coded. At no point did any ask for confirmation details of names on room booking etc so could have asked for any room to gain access. Not very secure.

This hotel was definitely not a 4 star hotel, we checked in and had to move rooms as the room we checked into wasn't clean. We don't normally complain but the hotel was more like a 3 star. The food wasn't the best wasn't many options so we ate out most of the time. The entertainment in the hotel was very good and we love the location but the hotel just wasn't up to standards. We would come back to the area but unfortunately not to the hotel.

We stayed in the annex swim up room and honestly it was a beautiful room and the main hotel was lovely. There was a bus that would pick you up to take you to the main hotel or it was about a 10 minute walk. The food at the main hotel was very hit and miss, majority of the time it wasn't that great but we never went hungry. The people and the owners where lovely people and very helpful and friendly. The entertainment staff, where great and my children loved seeing them coming out every night for their mini disco. One thing I would say, is that we where there for 2 weeks and on the second week we saw the same entertainment shows as the first week. But all together fantastic holiday.
