Great location and nice hotel, food was standard buffet, morning was good fresh omelettes and eggs etc always lots salad. Beach was good, had disabled areas, and accessed chairs, but shame, selfish people used them, and ignored disabilities signs. The gym was OK but didn't open early in the morning or in the evening to use it. Only open 9 til 6. Let down last few days as went into early shutdown and service and food went down because of this.

Clean hotel, staff are friendly, especially the animation team who work hard to provide entertainment day and night! Food was brilliant with plenty of choice and was always available. Bottled water and ice cream were included, too. There are plenty of sunbeds, but the hotel needs to limit people placing towels on beds. Limited seating of an evening, too, for the entertainment. My only complaint was that we booked a family room and was placed in two standard rooms instead, then they tried to charge us £50 a day to move to a family room.

This hotel is lovely. Spotlessly clean. Great variety off food. Hard working staff. In a great location with its own private beach. I really couldn’t find a single fault with this hotel. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Traveled as part of a group, some of who had been here many times before. Frist impressions seemed good. We'll start on the positives: Room Ample space for clothes etc. Loved the walk-in shower. Beds we had two a double and a single. Our maid Gulsen (hope I got that right). Kept our room spotless. Beds were comfy too. Bar areas Great service here. At the pool bar as they got to know you drinks would be on the bar ready as you walked up. Hotel in general Very friendly staff all round. At the snack bar at lunchtimes someone was always ensuring any spilt food was cleaned up straight away. Food Generally wasn't too bad. I usually found something at all mealtimes. Snack bar near the pool was great. Loved the choice. The deserts - oh my days what a choice Negatives On a continental breakfast I'd expect to see croissants, and other danish pastries. We had mini croissants on one day??? There we're other options but they weren't labels as to what they were. I also found the selection of fresh fruit quite poor. Water melon, apples and oranges?? On our last night however I had serious concerns which were raised with a member of staff in the restaurant. Chicken Shish kebab was one of the grill options. I took a couple. They were gristly and half cooked. I cut a cube in half randomly and all were pink inside. A large number of our group said the same. I have raised this issue with TUI also. Would I go again? No

The hotel has a good location, it is right on the beach. The rooms are clean and maintained regularly by the staff. The food is delicious, everyone can choose from a wide selection of dishes in which Turkish cuisine prevails. The staff is friendly towards the guests. There is a large and unlimited selection of local drinks. The animation team tries to entertain the guests. Overall, the hotel justifies 4 stars.
