Had a fantastic time at TRS Yucatan, the staff were exceptional, the food was great and the resort is very beautiful. It was very mellow on the TRS side which was perfect, 1 trip over to one of the sister resorts on-site reminds you how great it is. The a la cart restaurants are great (make reservations) and Helios is an awesome buffet and I recommend Capricho for a good a la carte lunch! The infinity pool is the perfect place to spend the afternoon or take a short walk to the beautiful beach area and if you don't feel like going out for dinner or need a snack, the room service tacos are fantastic. My only complaint is I wish the cheese sauce was a little thicker on my nachos.

We had a fantastic stay at TRS Yucatán. The food and service were great, and everyone was so friendly. The massage was incredible, but the absolute highlight of our trip was our butler, Carlos in Villa 66. He was unbelievably kind, helpful, and attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make our stay special. Ask him about the rescue animals he cares for—it says everything about the kind of person he is. Carlos made our experience unforgettable, and we can’t thank him enough. We would absolutely come back!

This was our first experience at this resort with the TRS team and may I say the staff was above and beyond. Specifically I would like to mention Carlos and Naomi who were our butlers at TRS villa 66. They made sure our stay was amazing and helped us experience the best TRS has to offer. They made sure my wife and I had a spectacular honeymoon and made a wonderful trip as it was 100 times better. The whole resort itself was clean and the restaurants were amazing! Beaches and all the pools offered were unique in their own individual way which made everyday / experience feel different and wonderful. All staff were kind and always ensured you had whatever you needed to feel relaxed and enjoyed the stay. We will be coming back here in the foreseeable future.

**Fantastic stay at TRS Yucatán!** The service from the staff was absolutely outstanding - truly made the experience feel special. Our room was spotless and carefully looked after throughout the entire trip. The lobby always smelled incredible, and the pools were kept very clean with plenty of seating available at all times. The drinks across the resort were consistently strong and well made, which we really appreciated. A big highlight for us was the food at the Brazilian restaurant and the BBQs by the infinity pool - both were excellent. That said, there’s a small area for improvement when it comes to the overall food quality. While there was a wide variety of options, some dishes didn’t quite match the high standard of the rest of the resort. Additionally, during the Chic Cabaret show (which was fantastic), my vegan friend was mistakenly served meat. It would be great to see extra care taken with dietary requirements and allergies in the future. Special shout-out to our amazing butler, **Alexis** 🙏🏽 - he went above and beyond and truly elevated our stay. Would definitely recommend this resort and would love to return!

We returned to TRS Yucatán to celebrate our 2-year wedding anniversary, and this trip was incredibly special to us—especially since we were married at Palladium. From start to finish, the experience exceeded our expectations and truly felt like a wellness-focused, luxury getaway made special by the amazing people who work here. Our butlers, Carlos and Naomi, were absolutely wonderful. Carlos took such great care of us by booking all of our restaurant reservations for the entire week, which made everything seamless and stress-free. We really enjoyed getting to know him. When we had a small issue accessing our room due to an upgrade and needing new bracelets, Naomi stepped in immediately, resolved the issue, and made sure we were able to relax without delay. Having responsive and attentive butlers made a huge difference in our stay. Jorge at the front desk greeted us upon arrival and continued to help us multiple times throughout the week—always friendly, professional, and ready to assist. We spent a lot of time at Helios (the restaurant near the infinity pool) for both breakfast and lunch, and the team there was truly exceptional. Martha and Edith, our waitresses, went above and beyond to spoil us, while Miriam and Ashley, the hostesses, always greeted us warmly. They decorated our tables with flowers and surprised us with special drinks, including beautifully presented coffees with writing and designs. Martha, in particular, made us feel so celebrated and cared for. The spa experience was another highlight. Our massage therapists, Beatriz and Viviana, made us feel completely relaxed and rejuvenated. The hydro spa was fantastic, and the sound bath with Victor was an unforgettable, deeply calming experience. We also booked a private reformer Pilates class at the gym with Arturo and really enjoyed that as well. We spent a lot of time at the TRS beach, where we were often greeted by Luigi, who was so friendly and fun to talk to. The beach food was excellent—we ordered fresh ceviche and tuna several times, all delicious. The beach itself was pristine (bring water shoes), and it was a perfect place to unwind. This trip truly felt like a wellness retreat, and what made it so special were the incredible people who work at TRS Yucatán. We can’t wait to return. -Kristina & Adam
