We loved this resort! All of the staff were very friendly and eager to please. Valeria and Adriana were our ambassadors and they made sure our reservations, etc were taken care of and checked in frequently. We had massages in the spa. Alfredo did an excellent job and I would definitely recommend him! The food was excellent and offered a variety of options. Rooms are spacious and love the personalized aromatherapy we selected for our room. The beach in front of the resort is well-groomed. Puerto Morales is a great little town and we happened to be here while they were celebrating dia de muertos so it was very fun! We will definitely be back!

We had a fantastic stay during dias de la muerte. The penthouse 2br was fabulous with its own pool and hot tub. More than adequate space for 5 of us. We enjoyed the spa tremendously and many thanks to celia, alfredo, marletta and Gustavo for the personalized service. We reqlly enjoyed the snorkeling just off the beach in the 2nd largest reef and just swimmi g in the beach and use of the bali beds. The food was quite good for an all inclusive. More of an adult, chill vibe at this hotel but the kids enjoyed the activities and the water.

Buckle in folks. It all began on 1988, when I stopped being an only child. It's difficult to forgive something like that, and I never tried very hard. But when Tim found this unique sounding resort and then said he was paying, I thought, "I might actually love this guy." Still, I wasn't getting my hopes up yet. Fast forward a few months, a 1-hour fight with DiDi, and a nice chat with Erick, and there we are walking into the impressive entry way, immediately relaxing into the uniquely welcoming sight, sound, and smell of the lobby as we're greeted and helped by many friendly faces. As we are early for check-in, the sparkling Anay (Anahi) gives us an informative and entertaining tour of Mexican liquors. What a delightful introduction that was. And this is the running theme of the hotel for me. So many people who make this a special place. At the downstairs bar, Victor with a rye joke or a magic trick, Karen with sage advice and sisterly comeraderie, or Gabriella inventing a cocktail for my last drink. Yoe, welcoming you to breakfast or lunch and somehow bringing even more sunshine to the day. Norma with the hands of an angel (and maybe the spirit of my grandmother? - same name - arriving early for Dia de los muertos). Do NOT leave this hotel without visiting the spa, it is truly wonderful. Gustavo leading yoga, teaching us to make special souvenirs, and guiding in the spa. The Joy and Wellness program is a special gem of the hotel - what a treat! And of course, Anay - a new addition, but a perfect fit, helping each trip to or through the lobby feel like coming home. I could go on and on - the servers, the chefs, the housekeepers, the bellhops, the concierges, even the guests we met. Every single person contributed to an incredible experience in their unique way and I feel honored and changed by the experience. Counting the days until I can return...

We had such a great stay at The Fives Oceanfront! The hotel itself was lovely — clean, calm, and full of good vibes — but what truly made the experience unforgettable was the staff. From the moment we arrived, Eli at reception made us feel welcome and taken care of. At the bar, Fidel, Victor, Karen, Yair, and Haber went above and beyond every single day — friendly, fun, and always ready with a smile (and the best drinks!). And in the dining room, Elvis and Yoe were amazing — kind, attentive, and made every meal feel special. They all made us feel more like friends than guests. My only small wish would be for more seafood options on the off-season dinner menu — but otherwise, everything was wonderful. We left feeling relaxed, happy, and already wanting to come back.

Abraham at the Al Mare restaurant was the best!!! He provided excellent service every visit! Even when he wasn't or server💗 the resort itself is nice, I wish there was more shade at the adults pool as I am very very pale 🤣 also wish there was some type of entertainment but we did go during the off season so no big shock there. One other note (that is not the hotels fault at all) it is quite smelly all around the hotel due to the seaweed!!! So be prepared. Our ambassador Valeria was very helpful I really appreciate all she did!
