We so enjoyed our stay! The staff are outstanding! Abraham, Hair and Antonio were so amazing at dinner! So attentive, and professional ; yet so much fun! Victor was excellent at making wonderful drinks! Yoe has a lovely personality and a smile to match! Nymsy is a doll; so caring and helpful! Abraham at the Al Mare restaurant was the best!!! He provided excellent service every visit! Even when he wasn't or server💗 the resort itself is nice, I wish there was more shade at the adults pool as I am very very pale 🤣 also wish there was some type of entertainment but we did go during the off season so no big shock there. One other note (that is not the hotels fault at all) it is quite smelly all around the hotel due to the seaweed!!! So be prepared. Our ambassador Valeria was very helpful I really appreciate all she did!

We always love staying here. It’s a great price for the product. However it’s the spa that always stands out. This trip, we have three different spa days booked! From our last trip, Alfredo was the person who stood out the most and made our trip amazing in the spa. So glad he is still here! He’s made our trip incredible and relaxing. Also, we’ve had Marlet in the spa and she is amazing! They’ve made it a great baby moon for us! Alfredo is the kind of staff that you want to come back because of! My only wish is that the lobby bar was staffed. We’ve sat there multiple times but never had service. Other than that, i would recommend this place to all…especially the spa!

I stayed at The Fives Oceanfront for a week and must say it was amazing. Every single member of staff was so attentive and kind I cannot thank them enough. The room was good and well stocked (we were all inclusive). The food options at dinner time could’ve done with a bit of variation, however The Ro Marley Beach house breakfast & lunch options were soo good they made up for it. It is quite small but I personally prefer that, there were some activities during the day that were fun & quirky.

WONDERFUL!!!!! will return for the service! Nimzy, Adriana - were both excellent and a pleasure to connect with, Abraham diaz , Abraham C, Addie, Edgar, Gabriel all fantastic! The service at this location is TOP TIER!! room was as beautiful except for minor things like no full length mirror but it was very quiet, clean spacious. This was a luxury resort, with great views. Food was good but they don't serve many Mexican options, plan to eat in the town - the locals are very equally as nice 🙂
