Lovely hotel and staff. The only issue we've found is that you have to pay 500 pesos for kitchen utensils and cutlery as they don't come in the room, not ideal when you have children and haven't got the all inclusive package.
Rooms were cleaned very thoroughly and very friendly staff on site. Andrea and Erick were very friendly and kind to our children, keeping them happy at breakfast.
All in all we had a great stay and the beach and pool were lovely.

The Fives Ocean Front was amazing! Our room was immaculate and had an ocean view. Our stay included breakfast, it was great to have more than the continental breakfast. Each morning we had the option of fresh juice (green juice was our favorite) an intro option- fruit/ oatmeal and a main dish. Options included omelette, chicken and waffles, Mexican style egg options and eggs your way. Didn’t feel limited and chose differently everyday of our stay. The staff was excellent and took great care of us. Erica Greeted us with a smile at check in and gave us an intro of the hotel she was super sweet.! the staff in the restaurant in the mornings also provided amazing service. George to us he was Jorge. He was our favorite! Beach crew did great, checking on us for drinks, special shout out to Emir and Angel. We will definitely be back!! Only complaint was our keys not working the last night of our stay. We got in late after celebrating my birthday and our keys didn’t open the door. Took and hour to get it resolved, maintenance had to work on our door and the lock lost charge. The staff did a good job resolving it. But was not great end of the night when we were ready for bed after a long day. The town is small but we liked this. Felt safe the entire time. Even when walking back at night.

This Fives location was an amazing experience for my honeymoon. It first started with a great welcome and customer service from Ansel in the lobby, he made sure we were settled and checked on us daily.
The staff here is unmatched, everyone was great, especially Baldo and his hard work on the beach, along with Fernando waiting on us at the rooftop everyday. Everyone brings a kind and welcoming attitude, every single day.
The rooms are clean and taken care of with daily service.
The food here is amazing as well. The best part is that they are all different. The freshness, plating design, and taste are all great. It never gets old. They also change up the menu during the week to keep it exciting!

Had a wonderful time going down for a friends wedding. Baldo and Ana were amazing and made sure to take care of us and always were so nice. The food was really good and had no issues with stomach aches. Easy walk to the market area and had the softest white sand beaches. The staff did an amazing job with the wedding and continued to pull out surprises for the lucky couple throughout the stay.

We had a great stay at The Fives Oceanfront resort. It was a short ride from the airport. The staff were amazing and so friendly. All three restaurants on site have gourmet food with a fine dining experience. The roof deck pool has great views and the sand on the beach is buttery soft. The resort is located in front of the second largest coral reef in the world so it's a short 5 min ride to go on a snorkeling excursion. It is also a 10 minute walk from the quaint fishing town. We had a great time and went with a large group of people. We will be back!
