From start to end The Fives Oceanfront team were so professional, supportive and made our honeymoon stay one to truly remember. We had the all-inclusive option. The room was spacious, clean and perfect for our stay with a private balcony. The cleaning service is great and can be daily for a change of towels and bedding. The Ro Marley Beach House was the best and served unique breakfast and lunch dishes with a Carribbean twist. The dinner served had a variety of options including Italian style cuisines, a choice of sushi or Ro Marley's Carribbean cuisine. Everything was served fresh to order with a great selection of alcoholic drinks. Many all inclusive hotels I have stayed previously make the mistake of serving food in a buffet style which causes cross contamination and consequently spreads sickness among the stayers. The Fives Oceanfront did this right! A special shout-out to the servers Yoe, Abraham, Gabriel, Hair, Elvis, Luciano, Antonio (and all of them I have failed to mention) for being so attentive when taking food orders and serving drinks and personable with humour and our bad attempts at speaking Spanish. I think it is worth exploring various options for exploring outside of Puerto Morelos. As the town is around 30-40mins south of Cancun. I found it cheaper to source my own taxi service by arranging separately. Also, close to Puerto Morelos town are excursion providers to Chichen-Itza as well as Tulum-Coba, Isla Mujeres and other spots for affordable all-day trips. The hotel does offer excursions and activities for those who prefer in-house service. The hotel is quiet from after 11pm as there is no late night drinks service. This was perfect for us jetlagged travellers to catch up on our sleep. I can only commend The Fives Oceanfront team and staying at this wonderful hotel. Me and my wife have never felt so relaxed and destressed from the hustle and bustle of our city lives. We were provided with such a high quality of customer service during our honeymoon. We recommend for an amazing stay. Bravo team!

Beach well maintained next to village for fun shops and live music safe town. Solo Traveller resort has spa d ZERO entertainment other than arts and crafts and stretch classes. Made guacamole once with chef that was nice. Went for 2 wks only had a reggae band for 1.5 hrs rooftop plays vibey music but beach has way too much reggae. There’s a disconnect with service breakfast wait aprox 2 hrs iPads get in the way of connecting with clients a few servers stood out. The lobby bartender Viktor was by far the best natural charismatic friendly and a great bartender. Over all 1-10 I’d say 6.5/7 they try but support from higher up’s needs to fix the issue. Great group of people. Met some nice new friends.

We loved this resort! All of the staff were very friendly and eager to please. Valeria and Adriana were our ambassadors and they made sure our reservations, etc were taken care of and checked in frequently. We had massages in the spa. Alfredo did an excellent job and I would definitely recommend him! The food was excellent and offered a variety of options. Rooms are spacious and love the personalized aromatherapy we selected for our room. The beach in front of the resort is well-groomed. Puerto Morales is a great little town and we happened to be here while they were celebrating dia de muertos so it was very fun! We will definitely be back!

We had a fantastic stay during dias de la muerte. The penthouse 2br was fabulous with its own pool and hot tub. More than adequate space for 5 of us. We enjoyed the spa tremendously and many thanks to celia, alfredo, marletta and Gustavo for the personalized service. We reqlly enjoyed the snorkeling just off the beach in the 2nd largest reef and just swimmi g in the beach and use of the bali beds. The food was quite good for an all inclusive. More of an adult, chill vibe at this hotel but the kids enjoyed the activities and the water.

I checked in yesterday but so far have not been impressed, will add more later but the service us not good, facilities are ok. Never had my bag delivered to my room, had to go get it at the front. Can't get any food, long wait for restaurants and not helpful staff The all inclusive package is not worth it, can't get food as needed, charged extra for room service and waiting over 40 min for my lunch -- Feedback on Food & Beverage Food options at the resort are very limited. The daytime restaurant closes at 5pm and often doesn’t have many of the items shown online. The dinner restaurant is reservation-only and also offers a reduced menu. The beach area menu is the same as the daytime restaurant, despite being advertised separately. . Menu availability across meals was inconsistent, and it’s also unclear how to order room service, as this process isn’t explained anywhere. Except that it's $5 for ever time you order. Clearer communication and more reliable food options would greatly improve the guest experience.
