We stayed at this resort for a week, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by Diego, who truly made our stay seamless. He ensured that every single request we had was taken care of, and honestly, I can’t say enough good things about him. His level of service, attention to detail, and genuine care went far beyond expectations. Yoe is an incredible soul who consistently went above and beyond in everything she did, always with a smile and great energy. Giovanni was also extremely helpful at La Mare restaurant, where the food deserves a solid 10/10—absolutely exceptional. Overall, the level of service at this resort is unlike anything I’ve experienced before. The food is outstanding, the staff is remarkable, and the beach is one of the nicest I’ve seen. I highly recommend this resort and would not hesitate to return.

Our server in the restaurant we dined for the most part was Fernando. He was excellent in every way, communication, service, dedication to his position. He went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of in every way, every time. I can say the same for the other waiters we had, but when he was working his shift,we asked to be sit at his station because we knew the service was going to be great. The best restaurant we ate at while we were here was the downstairs ground floor restaurant Romarley. The food was always great, better to our dining preference that compares to back home. Overall this was a good resort,we had some problems, but everything was addressed so all is good! Will recommend to anyone if you just want to relax, it doesn't have activities like most, but that's the kind of resort it is, the staff went out of their way to accommodate.

We had a wonderful time at this resort. It was our first time at this location and we will definitely be back. The resort was spotlessly clean and the beach is beautiful. Candido was our butler for our stay and he made it truly amazing. He is such a hard worker and was so invested in making sure we had whatever we needed. He was 100% the best butler we have ever had (and we have been coming to this chain for 10 years). Karen was a great bartender and all the serving staff were amazing! Can’t wait until we return!

We had an amazing stay at The Fives Oceanfront! The atmosphere is gorgeous, the rooms are beautiful, and the whole property has such a relaxing, upscale vibe. Our group of 11 traveled together, and every single person loved it. The restaurants were fun and delicious—although only two were open during our stay, so meals felt a bit repetitive by the end. Thankfully, the town right outside the resort is incredible, with tons of great food and things to explore. The absolute stars of our experience were Hair (server), Hugo, Victor the bartender, and Gabriela. They truly made our trip unforgettable with their kindness, energy, and exceptional service. As for booking a large group, it was effortless and completely stress-free, which I really appreciated. Overall, we loved our time here and would absolutely recommend it!

From start to end The Fives Oceanfront team were so professional, supportive and made our honeymoon stay one to truly remember. We had the all-inclusive option. The room was spacious, clean and perfect for our stay with a private balcony. The cleaning service is great and can be daily for a change of towels and bedding. The Ro Marley Beach House was the best and served unique breakfast and lunch dishes with a Carribbean twist. The dinner served had a variety of options including Italian style cuisines, a choice of sushi or Ro Marley's Carribbean cuisine. Everything was served fresh to order with a great selection of alcoholic drinks. Many all inclusive hotels I have stayed previously make the mistake of serving food in a buffet style which causes cross contamination and consequently spreads sickness among the stayers. The Fives Oceanfront did this right! A special shout-out to the servers Yoe, Abraham, Gabriel, Hair, Elvis, Luciano, Antonio (and all of them I have failed to mention) for being so attentive when taking food orders and serving drinks and personable with humour and our bad attempts at speaking Spanish. I think it is worth exploring various options for exploring outside of Puerto Morelos. As the town is around 30-40mins south of Cancun. I found it cheaper to source my own taxi service by arranging separately. Also, close to Puerto Morelos town are excursion providers to Chichen-Itza as well as Tulum-Coba, Isla Mujeres and other spots for affordable all-day trips. The hotel does offer excursions and activities for those who prefer in-house service. The hotel is quiet from after 11pm as there is no late night drinks service. This was perfect for us jetlagged travellers to catch up on our sleep. I can only commend The Fives Oceanfront team and staying at this wonderful hotel. Me and my wife have never felt so relaxed and destressed from the hustle and bustle of our city lives. We were provided with such a high quality of customer service during our honeymoon. We recommend for an amazing stay. Bravo team!
