We just spent a week in a swim-out room and enjoyed every single minute of our stay. Every staff member showed great kindness. Israel with bellhops remembered our name and spoke to us each day we saw him. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous! Our favorite restaurant was the Italian one, Bruschetta. The buffet was delicious for breakfast each morning. Our room was a little outdated, but it was kept very clean. We definitely plan to return to this resort next year! Thank you, Yucatán Princess, for a relaxing week full of wonderful memories!

Regardless of the bad weather fir the past few days and the heavy rains, we really enjoyed this beautiful Stay. I can't describe my mixed feelings about this country. I really loved Everything about it, it was so good in every way. The workers were friendly and always smiling. As for the food, it was excellent, delicious and clean. The room services people are so very good , We really didn't have any issues at all. About my simple experience. I loved this place and I would strongly recommend trying it and I will come back again for sure! Thanks to everyone for this magic experience!

Yucatán was a mix between excellent and average. Food was a disappointment lunch, dinner and breakfast. Dinner restaurants were lacking quality and were not representing the “Asian”, “Italian” cuisine, flavors and dishes were all Mexican. I give 4 starts because the venue was beautiful and clean.
When you stay in the Yucatán side, you can go visit the other princess hotels were they have better ambience but not as nice amenities.
We enjoyed the pools and the beach. I notice they were missing staff, so quality was not as good because of that.

Wonderful resort wonderful people lively entertainment even the pool staff is very talented "They should sell a CD or streaming video" with there dancing pool arobics. The "Broadway shows of Mexico" is what I call it the dancers there are all talented people. If going to the beach bring a pair of water shoes if you go further in to the ocean water the ground is rocky. Also there is a shuttle they take you into town to walk the local strip and see all the shops, and local bars, and restaurants I think they charge like one time six dollars, and it picks you up later on that evening from the pickup point. Also keep regular"bathroom" with all the excitement, and experiences people don't think about going to the bathroom eat plenty of fruit or bring dietary supplement with you, and stay hydrated.

Overall, had a great experience at this resort. After reading some of the reviews we were a bit nervous about what our experience would be like but it exceeded our expectations! The food was great and the drinks were great. We also got massages at the spa and they were great!
Our only complaint that rubbed us the wrong way was the service we received at the Italian restaurant on the first night of our stay. The waiter was very pushy and trying to guilt us into purchasing a bottle of wine. When we sat down, we already had drinks but we told him we may be interested in wine later. When he returned, I asked for a glass of white wine. He told me they didn’t serve that there by the glass but I could purchase a bottle and then told me glasses of red I could purchase. When I looked around, other guests had glasses of white wine that it didn’t look like they paid for. I understand there’s a “for purchase” drink menu, but every other restaurant in the resort had all inclusive wine options. Also…what Italian restaurant doesn’t serve white wine?!
Overall this didn’t impact our trip and it’s more a note for management. I would still highly recommend this resort to anyone who is looking for a getaway to Mexico that’s affordable but still luxurious!
