We spent 8 days at the resort, the staff were incredibly friendly and willing to help. Arturo the concierge was incredibly helpful with arranging birthday decorations for my partners birthday. The towel situation is frustrating having to always call for towels to be delivered to your room. The lunch options at some of the restaurants aren't great. The only restaurant we really didn't like was Aroma. The bars and pools were great, the entertainment was fun. The sports park was a bit rundown and the paddle-boarding pond is smaller than the swimming pools. Paula was our favorite entertainment staff, she did everything; taught rifle shooting, danced and taught classes at the pool, she even dealt blackjack at casino night! Overall it was a very positive fun experience and we would go back again!

Well I do have some mixed feelings on this resort, but overall I really enjoyed my stay. The staff work really hard and keep the resort very clean and inviting. The downsides I would say are the AC units in spring not getting cool enough, but now that I'm understanding the condition of this country and learning about the Temps for cold vs cool. I understand. The lowest the AC goes is 22c, but the outside is hot and humid so it makes it warm on the inside of your room. The food and drink are pretty good and I enjoy the culinary experience here. They do address all your concerns and do their best so on that I'll give Yucatan Princess adult only a 4.5. I would come back again, when I've tried a few other locations first, but I would recommend to family or friends.

We went for my husband’s birthday and to celebrate our anniversary This is a 3.5 star resort at best. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. But there is a lot of lack to detail in terms of cleanliness of the room. I encountered roaches in the bathroom coming in from crevices and holes. The tub was visibly dirty.
We were supposed to have 24hr room service but when we tried to get some food before we left for our early morning flight no one picked up the phone. We called multiple times between 12am and 3am no response. We even tried going to the 24 hr snack bar but it was shut down at 430am. We ate mostly from the buffet which was a hit or miss. Food was either undercooked, not heated etc. The Rodeo restaurant had the best meal on the resort and the Asian restaurant was pretty decent but be aware the portions are measly at the specialty restaurants
The saving grace was the quietness of the resort. It was not a party resort which was what we needed. We did enjoy their foam party on Saturday.
It wasn’t a horrible resort but it wasn’t exceptional definitely not a 5 star. I personally would not return back.

I loveddd my stay here. Everyone was so nice. Rooms were nice but there was a bit of mildew on the taps that should be cleaned. The food was really nice they had a lot of vegetarian/ vegan options. The pools are really nice too. In high season it’s hard to find a chair by the pool tho. The beach itself was nice. It’s kinda mossy but they try their best to pick it up but it just comes way faster than they can clean it. There’s some clearer spots for the beach at the sister resort if you walk a bit. The drinks were really good , Jose was my fave at the main pool bar he made the drinks so perfect. Overall it was such a nice place to go I would go back any day. To not like your stay here you would have to be the type of person to let all the small things make you miserable . If you’re a grateful person there’s honestly nothing you wouldn’t like

It is my first time at this resort and so far the experience has been just OK. It is our second day and the food has been pretty good so far. I think the biggest disappointment has been the staff. They seem extremely cold, and you certainly do not get the feeling that they want to make your stay better, they seem to really not care… almost to the point of arrogance. I am here with four other girls on an all girls trip, which does not happen too often. All we have really asked for as far as an extra is to have some wine in our room so that we can at least all have a glass of wine together before we go out for dinner, our request seems to be astronomically impossible. I think in all of my years of travelling it is the first time I have experienced absolutely no connection with the staff, it is almost as though they are robots with no emotion….kind of sad. Whoever is running this place should really find employees who would enjoy their job, or perhaps management should treat the employees well enough that they really do want to work here. My husband and I really love to travel, I was hoping that I had found a new place for us to explore. We will see what the next five days will bring. I hope I have a positive experience. I am really wanting that. Will keep you posted at the end of my trip.
