Great Conference Facilities! Was invited for a conference on Friday 26th of April and was amazed at their tech set up, layout of chairs was done to perfection, catering was excellent and the lunch was brilliant. The bright LED screen for the presenters was excellent and allows for blinds to be open to still enjoy the wonderful view - gone are the days of dark rooms and projectors. Food is always the highlight of most events and I thought it was excellent - please see photos below. Still 5 stars, but the negative was there isn't much seating.

My husband and I stayed at here March 30-31 and April 6-9. Our experience was truly perfect. The staff was wonderful and friendly our personal favorite was Yusuf at the front door. He was so warm, and helpful whenever we had questions. Everyone we encountered from the young man who checked us in on both of our stays (I don't know his name but he was very fast and efficient), to the wait staff, security and butlers were exceptional. We were truly impressed with the level of service we received.

Lovely hotel with the most proffessional staff. I want to thank everyone from house keeping to personal butler even chefs at breakfast buffet. The staff were wonderful at taking care of me during Dubai rain storm time when every other hotel wont accommodate me. They were patient and kind.

The staff are very welcoming. I give them 5 stars on everything First of all, when we stopped the car, the staff welcomed us with a friendly smile and behavior. Then, we found three employees who were waiting to welcome and serve us. After that, they guided us to the reception, and they provided us with Iced Tea and towels. Next, one of the employees walks with us to show us the way to our room and to describe the hotel utilities to us. In addition, they offered us a free room upgrade with canal view. The experience in this hotel is more than exceptional and excellent.

The hotel's facilities were outstanding as well. I enjoyed relaxing by the pool, soaking up the sun and sipping on refreshing drinks. The spa was a true getaway experience. I treated myself to a deep tissue massage that melted away all my stress. One of the highlights of my stay was the culinary experience. From breakfast to dinner, each meal was a delightful journey of flavors. Overall, my time at the hotel was nothing short of extraordinary. The combination of impeccable service, luxurious comfort, and unforgettable experiences made it a trip to remember.
