Exceptional Hospitality, Great Location, and Outstanding Service I had an incredible stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was beyond exceptional. The entire team was incredibly attentive, ensuring that every aspect of our stay was perfect. One of the best things about this hotel is its great location, just a short distance from Dubai Mall, making it very convenient for shopping and entertainment. The lobby and coffee shop had a beautiful ambiance, and the food and desserts were absolutely delicious. My family and I stayed for two nights, and it was one of the most enjoyable stays we’ve ever had. The staff was also wonderful with children, making our experience even more special. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. I initially had some feedback about the cleanliness, and the team immediately took action, providing a deep cleaning along with a thoughtful fruit basket and a sincere apology card—an impressive level of care! A special thanks to Carolina, who went above and beyond at check-in to adjust our reservations according to our needs. Her professionalism and kindness truly made a difference. I also want to extend my gratitude to the entire team for their outstanding service and attention to detail. This hotel truly deserves more than 5 stars for its exceptional hospitality. Highly recommended!

Went afternoon tea with friend to celebrate her birthday at Ginori Terrace. It is not only beautiful with the pink decorations but the dessert and tea and coffee are amazing. We thought it would be just pretty pink decorations and don’t put any hope on the food. We are soooooo wrong!!!! The macarons are so nice too. We had earl grey tea and you can tell is fine quality tea that we immediately order online and it was really expensive. We definitely coming back again with other girlies.

If you're coming to downtown or the financial centers have to buy this is a place to come. As it is with most st Regis, the service is impeccable and absolutely wonderful facility. The spa...and my therapist Sarah from Philippines were absolutely incredible. The therapies might be a bit more expensive than what you might expect but once u get in to your therapy room you will understand why you pay more !! All in all a great experience.

I love the property's incredible views and excellent breakfast waiting team. I also enjoy a drink at the terrace restaurant. The check-in service was lacking in details. The lady was very nice, but you can see and feel that corporate training is lacking, making us truly welcome.
