I had a great overall experience at The St. Regis Downtown Dubai. The hotel is beautifully designed, the rooms are luxurious, and the service throughout the stay was excellent. The staff were professional, attentive, and made sure I felt welcomed. However, there was one issue that left a negative impression — when I handed over my car to the valet at the lobby, I expected the same level of convenience upon departure. But when I returned, I was told I had to go down to the basement myself to collect the car, which was unexpected and inconvenient, especially for a hotel of this standard. Despite that, the stay itself was enjoyable, and I would still recommend the hotel — but I do hope they improve the valet experience to match the rest of their premium service.

Great hotel. Location is a little far away from the metro station. I am kind of disappointed on the clearness of the walk in shower. It needs some really good deep cleaning. Great breakfast , great customer service. Staffs are extremely friendly. Too many construction site near the hotel. If all the new buildings are done , It will be an even better hotel to stay.

Exceptional Hospitality, Great Location, and Outstanding Service I had an incredible stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was beyond exceptional. The entire team was incredibly attentive, ensuring that every aspect of our stay was perfect. One of the best things about this hotel is its great location, just a short distance from Dubai Mall, making it very convenient for shopping and entertainment. The lobby and coffee shop had a beautiful ambiance, and the food and desserts were absolutely delicious. My family and I stayed for two nights, and it was one of the most enjoyable stays we’ve ever had. The staff was also wonderful with children, making our experience even more special. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. I initially had some feedback about the cleanliness, and the team immediately took action, providing a deep cleaning along with a thoughtful fruit basket and a sincere apology card—an impressive level of care! A special thanks to Carolina, who went above and beyond at check-in to adjust our reservations according to our needs. Her professionalism and kindness truly made a difference. I also want to extend my gratitude to the entire team for their outstanding service and attention to detail. This hotel truly deserves more than 5 stars for its exceptional hospitality. Highly recommended!

Our stay at The St. Regis Dubai for our 5th anniversary was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and personalized service that truly made our celebration special. The attention to detail was impeccable—the room was elegantly decorated, and the surprise anniversary setup was a beautiful touch. The butler service was outstanding, ensuring that every request was met with efficiency and care. Dining at the hotel was an experience in itself, with exquisite cuisine and a refined ambiance that added to the romantic atmosphere. The spa and amenities were top-notch, providing the perfect setting for relaxation. Overall, The St. Regis Dubai exceeded our expectations, making our milestone celebration truly unforgettable. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for luxury, elegance, and exceptional service. Would definitely return for another special occasion!

This is my first stay in St Regis Downtown, Dubai. I have stayed in the Singapore and Mumbai St Regis hotels. I found the check in experience efficient and friendly and there are ample staff to help when needed. However, I found the room layout (superior suite) uncomfortable in that the wardrobe did not have direct access to the bathroom. The light switch to the bathroom was by the bed, not by the bathroom, which was inconvenient. My biggest disappointment was dinner at the Tabu restaurant. We ordered the royal platter, but the texture of the raw fish was clearly lacking. At that price, I was rather upset as I have had better quality fish in smaller restaurants. The short ribs, though, was excellent.
