The St. Regis Downtown Dubai

We were glad to have stumbled upon this incredible place tucked away in downtown Dubai. The location was surprisingly convenient, it was close enough to get to many of our destinations in less than 20 min but far away enough from the hustle and bustle. Our hotel experience was top tier. Everyone was warm and welcoming, from the bell service to the front desk, to the housekeeping and even security showed great hospitality. The property itself was sophisticated, modern, and clean. Check-in was smooth, we were even offered an upgrade if we were willing to wait a few minutes, which we couldn’t pass up because our wait was offered in the cafe during tea time. This was much needed after our long flight. Our upgrade was a stunning suite with a view of downtown overall it was a phenomenal experience. We definitely will be returning.

Stayed here for four nights and honestly didn’t expect to like it this much. I thought it would just be a standard business hotel, but the service completely surprised me — everyone was super attentive without being over the top. The room was really spacious, and the bathroom was huge too, which made the stay extra comfortable. The hotel itself feels new and well-kept, and the amenities were all solid. Breakfast was another nice surprise. It’s not the biggest buffet in Dubai, but the selection covered everything — Middle Eastern dishes, some dim sum, cereals, fresh pastries. Small variety but carefully chosen, and everything tasted good. Overall, way better than I expected. I’d definitely stay here again.

A fantastic experience at The St Regis Downtown Dubai. Rooms are magnificently sized, the attention to detail is exemplary and the service is simply superb. There are too many names to mention but two that come to mind are Anthony at the Concierge desk for being so unbelievably kind with his suggestions and Sanjay in the breakfast area for providing a first rate service. My only criticism of this hotel is that they need to step up their breakfast offering (it’s too simple and basic for a 5 star hotel) and that the bedrooms require increased lighting. Putting these two points aside I would have absolutely zero hesitation in recommending this wonderful hotel. Thank you again!

We recently stayed at The St. Regis Downtown Dubai, and honestly, I’ve always wanted to experience this hotel — every time something came up and plans changed, but this time, thankfully, it finally happened. The room was spacious, the view was beautiful, and the location is absolutely perfect. There were a few small notes regarding room service, but the quick response and genuine care from the management team completely turned our stay into an amazing experience. Mr. Jamal was the first to notice my slight disappointment — he personally approached me, asked if something was bothering me, and truly listened. He genuinely cared and insisted that my experience must reflect the true St. Regis standards — more than 5-star service. Shortly after, he informed Ms. Carolina (the Duty Manager), who came to speak with me herself. She was incredibly kind, professional, and thoughtful, and her warm attitude represented the hotel beautifully. Thanks to Mr. Jamal and Ms. Carolina, I can truly say the hotel isn’t just 5-star — it’s beyond 5 stars. Their sincerity, attention, and care made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. Thank you both — it was an absolute pleasure meeting you.

One of the best hotels i've every stayed at. The rooms are spacious, incredibly well designed, and the canal views are beautiful. Service across the hotel was excellent, really felt looked after the whole time. I celebrated my birthday here and was welcomed with cake and balloons in the room that made the stay extra special. The pool is a must, at night the views are insane, probably my favorite part of the stay. Also want to give a shoutout to Habib at Basta. He was super welcoming and made the dinner experience even better. Overall, great stay and would definitely come back.
