The Pyramid Cancun is an all-inclusive luxury resort with adult-only exclusive areas. There is great diversity of all-inclusive culinary options: gourmet restaurants, Mexican, Italian, Japanese, international, seafood, sushi, and snacks.

The programme generally consists of breakfast, lunch and dinner, served in a variety of restaurants. During meals soft drinks, beer, water and wine are usually offered. Locally produced alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks like water, wine, soft drinks, beer and spirits are usually served throughout the day (except during meal times).

We booked this hotel for three nights to finish our trip in Mexico. Let’s start with the rooms: in terms of size and layout they were fine, but unfortunately they had a really unpleasant smell. It honestly smelled like sweat, and even after mentioning it, nothing improved. To make it stranger, when we arrived there was still a pot of paint left in the room — not exactly what you expect when checking into a hotel. As for the food, my experience was very mixed. I became VERY sick after eating the pizza, which was extremely disappointing (whole evening away…). The general buffet and snacks available throughout the day felt poor in quality. On the other hand, the à la carte restaurants that you can book (with the higher wristbands, which we had) were excellent — great food and service. The location itself was beautiful, and we did enjoy that part. The shows were entertaining enough, though not particularly impressive. What left us quite frustrated was at the end of our stay. We had arranged a timeslot to use a room for freshening up before departure, but when the time came, the room was suddenly “no longer available.” It felt like very poor service, especially after having that agreement confirmed earlier. We left feeling irritated, which is not how you want to end a holiday. We could “get” points…. Well no THANKS! Additionally, we were approached for what was pitched as a short sales talk. Instead, it dragged on for nearly three hours. We gave this as feedback as well, because it left us with a very uncomfortable feeling. Promises and options kept changing, and both my partner and I felt misled by the whole experience. All in all, while there were some highlights — like the à la carte dining and the location — I believe there are better all-inclusive options available than this one.

Stay at The Pyramid Cancun was absolutely unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warmth and hospitality. The rooms were spacious, modern, and offered breathtaking ocean views. The resort has endless dining options — every meal was delicious, but the specialty restaurants truly felt like fine dining. The entertainment was world-class, with exciting shows, live music, and a vibrant nightlife atmosphere that made every evening feel special. The pools and beach were always clean and inviting, with plenty of space to relax. What impressed me most was the service — every staff member went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience possible. I highly recommend The Pyramid Cancun to anyone looking for luxury, fun, and relaxation all in one place. Can’t wait to come back!

Don’t do it… just don’t. Spend a little more and go somewhere else—your experience and your vacation deserve better. This was the worst food I’ve ever had in a hotel, the facilities are old, and the beach experience is absolutely horrible. I can’t emphasize this enough. We ended up checking out 5 days before our scheduled departure, even though we had already paid for the whole stay. Complete waste of money. We went to another hotel, Majestic Elegance, and it turned out to be one of the best hotels and best experiences of my life. Amazing food, out of this world customer service and great perfect beach experience. They saved our vacations.

Hey! I just wanted to recommend this resort for your next vacation. It’s an excellent choice that offers something for everyone in the family. There’s plenty of entertainment for both adults and kids, so no one will be bored. Plus, the dining options are abundant and delicious, and the property itself is beautiful and well-maintained. The only minor downside is that some of the rooms are a bit dated and could use a few upgrades, but overall, it’s totally worth it. You’ll have an amazing time!

We stayed at The Pyramid at Grand Oasis in Cancun with our family, and it was truly an unforgettable experience! The hotel was spotless and beautifully maintained, with a spacious, comfortable room and an amazing view. The staff were always welcoming, friendly, and ready to help with anything we needed. The food and restaurant selection were excellent — delicious and varied enough for everyone to find something they loved. The beach area was stunning and well-kept, and the pools were clean and perfect for both kids and adults. Our children loved the entertainment and activities, while we enjoyed relaxing and soaking up the beautiful surroundings. Highly recommended for both family vacations and romantic getaways. 💙
