The hotel is nice and comfortable. The rooms are spaces but need better ventilation. The windows does not open, so we couldn’t really feel fresh air. In the bathroom some of the accommodation needed better to be taken care. The cleaning was good and every day. The area of the hotel isn’t very good, it is located in dirty and crowded old area. The lobby was nice, most of the people too. I have only suggest to think better about the pool service, where we ‘ be waited more than 20 minutes for food menu and never receive it. Also the sofas and tables on the last floor need much better cleaning.

This hotel is undoubtedly the worst I've ever stayed at, and I've traveled internationally! The management is incredibly incompetent and unprofessional. Throughout our stay, we endured incessant noise outside our room, disrupting our sleep every morning. Despite numerous complaints, the staff provided only empty reassurances that the noise would cease, which never happened. After multiple calls, the manager promised reimbursement but failed to follow through, disappearing without providing updates as promised. Upon checkout, another duty manager took our details, promising a response within two days, yet we haven't received any communication from the hotel in over a week. We will never return to this hotel, and we strongly advise against anyone else staying there. The reviews appear to be misleading, and the surrounding shops and restaurants recommended by the hotel are frequented by unsavory individuals. Our honeymoon was utterly ruined by our experience here! Avoid this establishment at all costs!

Worst 5-star hotel I have ever been to. The amount of inconveniences in this hotel is more akin to those you would find in a 3-star hotel. For example, upon check-in I was told they were out of twin rooms although I specifically requested this via email in advance. I was then given a twin room which had a foul smell, upon close inspection I found a bad mold infestation in the toilet. When I raised this with staff, they offered to “clean the mold”… you cannot clean mold, it needs to be treated! Bear in mind I slept in that room for 3 nights before discovering the mold infestation. I told the hotel staff that I had respiratory problems and sleeping in a room of mold for 3 days is an extreme hazard, they seemed unfazed at this. Almost as if they didn’t care. I was then upgraded to an “executive room”, however there was nothing executive about it. Looked exactly the same as my standard room minus the twin beds which I specifically requested. I was promised that I would be getting moved to another twin bed room the next day, this never happened. I ended up having to share a bed with my business partner for the remainder of my stay. The “executive room” even had a door which led to another persons room! When were moving our stuff to the new room, the lady in the room next door opened up the door inside our room and startled us. How is that safe? When I raised this issue with the hotel manager, they claimed that I was lying and this never happened… despite the fact I had seen this with my own two eyes. On top of that, there was no hot running water in this new room. I ended up being late for work as I had to go and sort out the water situation. This was a daily occurrence, sometimes the water would get hot eventually but most times I would have to go and ask for assistance which would add an extra 15minutes on top of my time. It’s also worth mentioning that the pillows and the headboard in the room smelt strongly of damp. There also isn’t a pedestrian entrance, you have to walk in through the car park entrance… again, how is that safe? After all these negative experiences, the hotel was unwilling to offer me any sort of compensation. I’ve had a better experience in Dubai at a 3-star hotel. I won’t ever be returning here again. The service is extremely poor and shocking for a 5-star hotel. Please save your money and look elsewhere… you’ll thank me later.

We loved the proximity to Indian restaurants and shopping centers. Breakfast was good, 1-3 Indian options were available everyday in the buffet. Rooms were clean, but bathrooms could be better. We did not like the response time and we had to call multiple times for the same request. We had to wait so long for the room to be assigned and were not even offered water. People who came after us were offered rooms but we were kept the waiting with no proper hospitality. Also they have a club downstairs which plays loud music well into the night, sometimes till 1 am which was disturbing. And they continued playing music even after requesting. We had a view of the cemetery which wasn't expected. Apart from this the stay was good.

We stayed here a couple of days as part of our honeymoon. Seemed like a nice place, modern lobby, friendly staff, decent breakfast and a cool rooftop bar. However, the stay was ruined by very bad rooms. The rooms had significant issues with moist. We needed to change room 3 times during our stay, and still our bed, cloths books all were moist and smelly. Significant issues with ventilation (non existent) on all 3 rooms we tried out. We stayed for 3 days, almost checked out after 1. I do prefer my bed not to be wet and smelling like mould when going to sleep. Amateur hour. Would not recommend at all.
