Absolutely love Ochi. The staff is amazing, I'm amazed how they seem to remember everyone by name, very impressive. We stay on hillside, the villas are beautiful, we enjoy the privacy and having a pool is great. Can't say enough about the food, too many favorites, chicken sandwich at Mariner definitely a go to for lunch. The entertainment was non stop! Can't wait to return for our 3rd stay.

All the staff at Sandals are outstanding. Helpful and friendly. To highlight special people, the service and personnel (Leon, Tishana and Cornett) at the Rabbit Hole are outstanding. Alan Alexander was outstanding with the snorkeling trips. Alando at the Vista Sky was outstanding as well. Again, the service and friendliness. Dave at the Beach Bar was outstanding. We called him Dr. Dave since he was very creative with the drinks. Valentino was outstanding with the Hobie Cat sailing. And Jadon at the beach took excellent care of us. And Sanjay at Valentinos’s Italian Restaurant was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Can’t say enough about Sandal's Ochi resort. Excellent service. Excellent location. Beautiful scenery. The entertainment was great as well, especially the young lady who sang at the Rabbit Hole and Bar on the hill top. Don’t remember her name.

It was a fabulous place to stay,the staff were awesome,perfect service from everyone,but special mention I'll make of Devonte from Sky Vista,Princess from Tapas Grille,Daniel from Valentino 's,Ronald from Sky Terrace and the guy with the dreadlocks who does all things aqua sports. The food was great,drinks of all sorts on tap,the Entertainment was world class,the grounds and pools well kept,but the room decor is a bit dated,but very clean and the mini bar was always well topped up and a selection of tea coffee always available. I loved all of the people,everyone took care of me well without a fuss.

We had the absolute best time at Sandals Ochi, and a huge part of that was thanks to the incredible entertainment team, especially Damaine and Kaybur. From the moment we met them, they brought so much energy, fun, and warmth to our vacation. They kept the poolside atmosphere lively every single day, making sure everyone was engaged, laughing, and enjoying themselves. Whether it was games, music, or just taking the time to chat and connect, they went above and beyond to make our trip unforgettable. We can’t thank Damaine and Kaybur enough for making our stay so special, they’re the heart of the entertainment team and a big reason we’ll be coming back. Highly recommend seeking them out if you’re lucky enough to visit Sandals Ochi!

Our stay here was simply amazing. The resort is beautiful and the service was excellent. Every member of the staff was friendly and helpful, but we especially want to praise the entertainment team. **Rosario L** went above and beyond to make our vacation so much fun and special. He gave us a great tour of the property and made sure we understood where everything was. Rosario L, always went out of his way to say hello to us and make sure we were having a great time. We can't wait to come back.
