Dream wedding come true! My wife and I recently held a destination wedding here with about 42 guests and it exceed our expectations tenfold. Natresha our wedding coordinator went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Along with that, all the staff were exceptional. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the entire resort always offered something to do. We absolutely loved our swim-up room! The all-inclusiveness really makes it worthwhile. You truly can relax here without hesitation! The food was amazing, and it is recommended to make reservations to the on-site restaurants as soon as you arrive. The grab and go spots are perfect if you want a quick snack by the pool or the beach. We would absolutely recommend this resort if you are looking for a great vacation spot, or as a stand-out location for a destination wedding! We can’t wait to go back 🇯🇲🌴

I recently stayed at the Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall in Montego Bay, and it was a fantastic experience! The resort is very clean and well-kept, with immaculate rooms. The overall beauty of the resort is truly impressive. The entertainment was okay, nothing extraordinary but still enjoyable. The coffee shops were a highlight with great coffee options available. One thing to note is that the adult area isn't separated from the family area, but children are not allowed in the adult side, which maintains a good balance. The beach has plenty of loungers, though not all of them have shade. However, the cabanas are absolutely worth it! Though a bit pricey, we found a better deal than initially listed. They offer full service, including bottles of Prosecco, a cooler with fresh ice, water, soft drinks, and plastic champagne glasses. The staff was incredibly attentive, ensuring we always had enough drinks and ice. The food at the resort was fantastic, especially the French restaurant, which I highly recommend. Although there was only one restaurant on the adult side, the rest on the family side were still good options. Overall, it was a wonderful vacation, and I truly recommend this resort!

I had a great experience! The room was clean, service was great, food was authentic. Close to the airport. Plenty of food options on the premises, but book reservations for restaurants early or you’ll be stuck eating at the smorgasbord which is delicious but a nice restaurant is great as well. No shopping on the resort as I had hoped. Nothing walkable. It costs an arm and a leg to leave by taxi. You don’t necessarily have to leave the resort. I went for a beautiful view and relaxation and that’s what I got. If you want to join the festivities at night, they had something going on.

wouldn’t in good faith recommend this location to anyone. As soon as we arrived we were told they overbooked and separated the two rooms we booked into separate buildings. The staff was incredibly uninviting upon our arrival. After a short time we got to our room which was very poorly constructed. We called 3 times for a simple tub stopper and never received it. The room service out neighbors ordered is still outside of their door over 48 hours later. It’s not all bad as the location is beautiful. It’s hard to get past how rude the staff has been and how bad the food has been. The children’s side of the resort is much nicer. I would definitely recommend that to someone, but not the adult only side. We spent a lot of our hard earned money for this vacation and we’re definitely disappointed. As of yesterday our light in the bathroom turned into a strobe light and has yet to be fixed. Please stay here at your own risk, and if you do I hope your stay is much better than ours.

Converted from the old Ritz Carlton. Resort is kept clean but it is obvious that there are layers upon layers of wall and trim paint over the years. Bathroom fixture are acceptable but they are aging. King size bed mattress very old and uncomfortable. Elevator was very slow. I learned a hard lesson - make your dinner reservations BEFORE you get to Jamaica ... Otherwise... You will only eat at West End Chicken or the Buffet restaurants. The pool cabana with the day bed was the best part of the trip ... Butler service, constant attention from waiters and servers. Fully stocked cooler with beer and water and pop and prosecco. Spectacular. Hotel shuttle to and from airport very nice. Concierge desks were always super friendly and helpful. Only disappointment was the variety of choices for 4 hour/half day trips... Mostly everything was a full 8 to 12 hours day for Waterfalls/Rum tour/Zipline/river cruise. Beach very small but kept clean. All in all, a very nice all inclusive and worthy of the Hyatt name
