We stayed at Salil Hotel Riverside twice in one month, and were upgraded both times—the rooms were absolutely fantastic! It’s clear they've put effort into thoughtful design and high-quality materials. Service throughout our stay was exceptional: everyone—from the reception staff and bellboys to housekeeping, breakfast team, and shuttle boat crew—was friendly, helpful, and professional. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options, including freshly made coffee upon request. The hotel offers its own shuttle boat service every hour to Icon Siam and Sathorn Pier, which we found very convenient and used frequently. The pool area was spacious and beautiful. Our only minor issue was a slightly slow check-in process. Overall, we loved our stay and highly recommend Salil Hotel Riverside!

The hotel service was very good. They were very kind. I don't remember the name of the bellboy who helped me get my luggage as soon as I got off the taxi, but I was grateful. You can also try on traditional Thai clothing for free. Mint, who helped me put on the mask, was very kind and grateful. The overall service was excellent, and the facilities included a swimming pool and fitness center. The room condition was also good. I highly recommend it. All the staff were very kind.

Wow. This hotel is spectacular! We visited from the USA and felt super VIP here. The concierge is very helpful, and the rooms were calm, quiet, clean. The staff was friendly and kind. The breakfast was also delicious offering a wide variety of American, Thai, and even Japanese cuisine to accommodate everyone. We also tried in room dining and the burger was very good along with the service. The view from our deluxe riverside view room was spectacular! On our last night we got lucky and were even able to see fireworks from an event nearby right from our window. The pool is so beautiful and relaxing, if you’re coming to Bangkok I would plan out an afternoon to relax at the hotel since it has so many amenities. Included in our visit was an hour at their rooftop pool, the Rabbit Moon, where Harley took good care of us. He ensured that we were safe and had a relaxing treatment. I recommend giving this a try during your stay. Another memorable part of our stay was dressing up in traditional Thai attire. Selene and Bew assisted us and took beautiful photos of us throughout the property. An experience we will never forget! If I come back to Bangkok, which I plan to, I will stay here again! Wish we could have stayed more days!

An unforgettable stay !!! The hotel is fantastic, and the service truly exceeded our expectations. We had a wonderful time throughout our stay. The breakfast spread was incredible—so many delicious options to choose from! A special shout-out to Noona, who warmly welcomed us and took care of us with such genuine hospitality. Her service was exceptional. And another thing is we arrived at the hotel in the morning before the check in time but the team didn’t even hesitated to make the arrangements to give us an early check in. Special thanks goes to Boat and the team, especially boat gave us a high class service. What really made this experience stand out was the people. Every staff member we encountered was kind, caring, and went out of their way to make us feel at home. It didn’t feel like they were just doing a job—they truly love what they do and treat the place as more than just a workplace. I’ll definitely be coming back—not just for the facilities, but because of the amazing people who make this hotel feel so special.

Exceptional Experience First time the actual experience was better than its advertisements, pictures, and reviews. The hotel's overall score of 9.0 on Agoda is way too low. I don't really wanna repeat what other folks have said. They are all true. Aside from those, two wow factors for me were attention to detail and professional yet friendly staffs (shout out to Sophia, Prim, Boat, and few other FO ladies sorry i forgot the name, and the concierge.), The FO and especially the housekeeping team's uniform were best I've ever seen in my life. Just enjoying the beautiful design of the hotel with beautiful smell and the beautiful staffs with beautiful uniform made the difference for me. It was my 10th trip to Bangkok and was my last but i think that i will for sure to return just to stay at the Salil.
