I stayed in a Club Grand Deluxe Balcony room for 3 nights. Check-in at the 'Fairy Reception' was pretty smooth and separate from the main reception area, and the welcome drink was so refreshing. Everything was explained clearly and in detail during check-in. The room was impeccable and well-designed, which justifies the hefty price tag. It was so spacious. The view from the balcony was really good too. Bathroom amenities by HARNN left me smelling like a million bucks after each shower! Nothing to complain about breakfast. Club dining at NAVA during the happy hours of 1pm to 6pm was good too, although the snacks served were at a snail's pace, despite only a couple of other tables occupied. Pool was big enough for laps but the location of the pool is too 'public' that I feel 'watched' during my swim. Although the location of the hotel is pretty far from the city centre, boat rides are provided to ease our journey, though you will need to reserve spots on the boat rides beforehand. This unfortunately restricts your freedom a little bit. Otherwise, travelling out of the hotel by Grab is your next best bet. There are 7-elevens within walking distance and a good massage joint nearby too. The service and warmth provided by most of the staff was heartfelt and much appreciated. Overall, I would recommend The Salil Hotel Riverside Bangkok for a pleasant and unique stay. I would definitely consider staying at the hotel again the next time I'm in Bangkok!

From the moment I arrived at The Salil Hotel Riverside, I was truly blown away by the elegance, hospitality, and attention to detail that make this place a perfect luxury getaway. The food was absolutely divine — so delicious and beautifully presented! Every dish was freshly prepared with care, and there was an incredible variety to choose from. Dining here felt like a culinary adventure, full of flavor and artistry. The room was equally impressive — spacious, thoughtfully designed, and decorated with stunning architecture and modern elegance. It had everything and more than I could have wished for. The ambiance was both luxurious and relaxing, creating the perfect balance for comfort and style. The bed was exceptionally comfy, and the cleaning service did an outstanding job keeping everything neat, restocked, and spotless throughout my stay. I also had the privilege of visiting the spa, which was nothing short of paradise. The staff were incredibly attentive, welcoming, and friendly. Even as a walk-in, I was swiftly assisted and immediately accommodated for a treatment. The atmosphere was deeply relaxing and rejuvenating. A special shout-out to therapist Nuch, whose skill and kindness truly worked magic — she melted away my stress and made it a memorable experience. The reception team also deserves the highest praise. From check-in to departure, they went above and beyond to make me feel valued and cared for. A heartfelt thank you to Scale and Amm, who were so kind, caring, and supportive. Their warm hospitality made my stay extra special. The hotel’s location is another highlight — perfectly situated along the river with boat services available, adding a charming and unique touch to the entire experience. The online resources for the hotel are also excellent and convenient, making everything easy to navigate and plan. Lastly, I want to express my deepest gratitude for the shuttle service to and from the airport. A special mention to Jintana, the lovely lady who drove me — she was professional, thoughtful, and incredibly kind. Her genuine compassion and good company made my journey all the more pleasant. Every single person I encountered at The Salil Hotel Riverside made me feel special, valued, and truly at home. To everyone at the hotel — thank you for an unforgettable stay. This is without a doubt a true 5-star experience, worth every moment and more.

I must say that my experience at this hotel was far from pleasant. My first impression was already disappointing, the lobby was crowded with people waiting to check in, and the process took much longer than expected. The staff informed me that it would take some time, but I didn’t expect to wait around 30 minutes just to check in. The welcome drink was served to everyone but me and it was served when I was there for half an hour already. What's worse is my room was still not ready, so I had to wait another 20–30 minutes. Considering that check-out is at noon and check-in is at 3 PM, I really don’t understand why the room wasn’t prepared on time. The staff did offer me a late check-out as compensation, but honestly, it didn’t make me feel any better. When my room was finally ready, a staff member only escorted me to the elevator and let me find the room on my own. That small detail made me feel unwelcome — something I’ve never experienced even in much cheaper hotels, where the check-in process was smooth and the staff personally escorted me to my room. For the price I paid, I expected much better service. This is definitely not the level of hospitality or efficiency one would expect from a five-star hotel. The check-in management was truly disappointing. The only positive thing I can say is that the hotel and the room are indeed beautiful — that’s the reason I chose it for a staycation. Unfortunately, I ended up leaving feeling disappointed rather than refreshed.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful, with stunning views, relaxing pools, and great restaurants and bars. Everything feels refreshing and well cared for. The staff are friendly, English-speaking, and truly accommodating, making every guest feel welcome. I want to give special thanks to Prim and Aom, who went above and beyond in every possible way, as well as the two wonderful women at the reception and concierge desks. They were incredibly kind, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their warmth and professionalism made my stay unforgettable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and genuine hospitality.

An excellent hotel. It’s a real resort in the city. Good services and good food too. Rooms are beautifully decorated and clean. The hotel shuttle boat is well connected with IconSiam and BTS station. This hotel Is a gem in Bangkok! Surely we will come back again!!!
