We stayed at Salil Hotel Riverside twice in one month, and were upgraded both times—the rooms were absolutely fantastic! It’s clear they've put effort into thoughtful design and high-quality materials. Service throughout our stay was exceptional: everyone—from the reception staff and bellboys to housekeeping, breakfast team, and shuttle boat crew—was friendly, helpful, and professional. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options, including freshly made coffee upon request. The hotel offers its own shuttle boat service every hour to Icon Siam and Sathorn Pier, which we found very convenient and used frequently. The pool area was spacious and beautiful. Our only minor issue was a slightly slow check-in process. Overall, we loved our stay and highly recommend Salil Hotel Riverside!

The breakfast spread was incredible—so many delicious options to choose from! A special shout-out to Noona, who warmly welcomed us and took care of us with such genuine hospitality. And another thing is we arrived at the hotel in the morning before the check in time but the team didn’t even hesitated to make the arrangements to give us an early check in. Special thanks goes to Boat and the team, especially boat gave us a high class service. What really made this experience stand out was the people. Every staff member we encountered was kind, caring, and went out of their way to make us feel at home. It didn’t feel like they were just doing a job—they truly love what they do and treat the place as more than just a workplace. I’ll definitely be coming back—not just for the facilities, but because of the amazing people who make this hotel feel so special.

We had an amazing stay at The Salil Hotel Riverside in Bangkok! The hotel itself is beautiful and well-maintained, but what truly made our experience special was the warm hospitality from the staff—especially Noona. She went above and beyond to take care of us, especially during breakfast and lunch in the dining hall. Noona was incredibly kind, gentle, and respectful throughout our visit. She made us feel so welcome and at home, and her attentive service truly stood out. Thank you, Noona, for making our trip even more memorable. We’ll definitely be coming back!

We stayed at the Salil for 5 nights in late March/early April. It is a wonderful hotel and an especially good value. The rooms are spacious, quiet, and modern, and the pool area is beautiful. There are some nice restaurants, snack places, and even a wine and cheese bar situated around the pool, and guests can stroll down to the river and enjoy the view there. It truly is a 5-star hotel. The staff are wonderful and couldn't have been more supportive and helpful. I especially want to acknowledge Ploy and Meen at reception for all of their thoughtful assistance. I actually live in Bangkok and was staying at the Salil while I was displaced from my condo following the March 28 earthquake. Not knowing when I could go home, I was extending my stay day by day, and every morning when I approached the desk, Ploy and Meen would greet me and say that they'd already seen my booking for the next day, and that they'd arranged for me to keep the same room. They couldn't have been more helpful. If I ever need to stay in a hotel in Bangkok again, I won't think twice: I will choose the Salil Riverside. It's very special.
