The river views is a gem! Staffs are also attentive and polite. However, this hotel urgently needs to be refurbished. I feel sick after slept one night there because of my dust allergy. Although the staff try to solve the issue with air purifier, the root cause is still there in the room - the ancient rug full of dust. It’s a pity, because the hotel is in a very good location and carry well reputation but I wouldn’t comeback until it would renovate its rooms.

Love this hotel. It is absolutely huge, so there's a risk that it could be industrialized and impersonal. However the staff are so helpful , polite and attentive that you always feel that you're in a home from home. The quality of the food in the Club Lounge is outstanding. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Great location on the river. Look forward to returning many times.

Pros: Great hotel. Pools are great, rooms are great albeit very dated. Beds are very comfortable. Views are amazing. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Cons: Restaurants and bars are very expensive as well as any supporting drinks or food at the pools. Considering there is ample option of street food stalls and restaurants just outside the hotel, it seems over over priced options at the hotel as well as spa options. There are many massage places and nail salons just outside.

Great location on the river with boat service to the ICON SIAM mall. This is a very nice hotel. Good gym nice restaurants but if I’m being picky the rooms are a little dated. We had a great stay. The staff is amazing and just pointing out the rooms could use a makeover but nonetheless it was exceptional value and location.

If you are a big fan of River’s life, this hotel is definitely a must. The place is with a stunning view of Chaopraya’s curve. You can also see and cross the river to Icon Siam, one of the best luxury shopping arcade in Thailand. The room, the service and the food are just fantastic. Next to the hotel is the pier that you can take the boat ride to other attractions, like emerald Buddha, or any other part of the old town. Driving here is not ideal, better to take the boat ride to avoid complications of parking lot.
