This hotel is a great location for any type of traveler! They have their own ferry to take you to IconSiam and also to the BTS station. Right next to the hotel there are 2 ferry locations for the Chao Phraya express boat to take you up and down the river which was the best way to get around and beat traffic. Also super close to Talat Noi for art, food, and exploring. Everyone who worked at the hotel was extremely friendly and eager to help with any requests. The rooms were spacious and had great river views! If you need laundry done while here, there is a laundry business about a 5 minute walk from the property for 70 baht a kilo.

This hotel is conveniently located right on the river with free ferry access to ICONSIAM and then also another stop that I cannot remember but you can then catch a free ferry from there to the Asiatique Pier.  Employees are very friendly and helpful. Common areas are clean and are absolutely beautiful. The rooms are spacious and very clean. I am not a huge fan of half shower doors but the tub was deep and clean. Beds are very comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast in the lounge which was complimentary with my Marriott status. Definitely a great bonus. Great restaurant options within the hotel. Will definitely be staying here again. Now for my standard comments. Location is very clean and well-kept. Easy access to the ferry and food or drink spots in the city.

I recently completed a 5-night stay at the Royal Orchid Sheraton, and it was truly wonderful. We were there to celebrate my mother-in-law’s birthday, and the hotel went above and beyond with the room decorations. It was such a thoughtful touch that made her day extra special. The entire stay was relaxing and comfortable. Thank you to the team for the excellent hospitality and for making our family trip so memorable!

Excellent hospitality services by the hotel management. We had good moments from the check in to check out. The experience at the Club Lounge was great. Our family had first class treatment by Nimit and his teammates during each breakfast session. I have to applaud the chef for the cocktail session in the evening as the presentation was like a buffet dinner. We had an amazing experience as a family at Sheraton. Well done.

I had a great experience at this hotel. The service was excellent, and the staff demonstrated a high level of professionalism and good management. They handled situations efficiently, which made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Especially Khun Supramit at front desk who provided outstanding service with a high level of professionalism. Even when customers were dissatisfied, he remained calm, patient, and handled the situation exceptionally well. His clear and step-by-step explanations helped calm customers effectively and reflected excellent service standards. His ability to resolve issues promptly and carefully, even with limited resources, was truly impressive. I would also like to commend the support from the other team members, the Duty Manager on that day, and Khun Blue for their excellent assistance and helpful guidance. Overall, this was a truly five-star service experience.
