Great location & staff! Was very easy to take the ferry to the Grand Palace & reclining Bhudda. Hotel looks a bit dated from the outside but the Inside is really nice and was always very clean. Good amount of options for the breakfast buffet. The two pool choices were also really nice. One was more relaxing with a pool bar while the other was more rectangular with a 10’ deep end which you don’t see to often at hotels. Would definitely stay here again!

A perfect hotel overlooking the river. We had a room on the 20th floor overlooking the river. The location was very good, and there was an added advantage of the hotel boat that ran every 30 minutes. The hotel restaurants were very good. Staff were efficient, helpful, and friendly. It is a great hotel to relax in luxury with the advantage of easy access to the city.

Except for the room, location wise and accessibility to nearby cafes, 7-11, Chinatown, icon Siam are a plus points of this hotel. Room should have more type C and more Power points should be installed at important location such as both sides of bed, office table, toilet should have more clothes hanger and shower room should have more racks. The hotel looks old and should be renovated.

Great location with right across the river from the ICONSIAM. The hotel provides shuttle boat to the mall. Hotel has nice two pools and one of them has a pool bar with happy hour. Had great time there. Very friendly and helpful staff as well. Their food could be improved a bit more though. But overall, great hotel and I would love to visit again!

The hotel has amazing river views. All staff members were friendly and extremely helpful. In particular, Sphinx, Fah and Oat in the Exe lounge were brilliant, the lounge had a comprehensive cocktail list but we requested 2 cocktail that wasn't on the list, not a problem, they were prepared to exceptional standards, great team great location, would highly recommend and return to this hotel. There is a free water taxi to get to Iconsiam and the leather seats make the short journey extra special!
