This was an absolutely amazing stay and once again exceeded all my expectations. This is my third time staying at this hotel, and it continues to be outstanding. The hotel is always very clean, warm, and welcoming, which makes it feel like a home away from home. A special thank you to Mr. Earth, who was incredibly welcoming and kind. He went above and beyond by giving me a room upgrade, which truly made my stay even more special. Even though the hotel was 100% fully booked, the service never dropped for a moment it remained excellent, professional, and attentive at all times. I would also like to sincerely thank Mon and Land, our wonderful housekeeping hosts, who did an amazing job. The room was spotless, comfortable, and perfectly maintained thanks to their hard work and care. Overall, this hotel continues to impress me every time. My parents stayed here at the start of December for 6 nights (1st to 7th). They stayed in premier twin room and had access to the lounge. They had an amazing time and the staff were amazing. My parents are old and my wife and I had visited the hotel previously and they could not be more helpful. I travel a lot for work and the staff here are the best I’ve ever experienced. In terms of location, very close to central world and a few malls. Breakfast was excellent and rooms very comfortable. Thank you team

The hotel is elegant and beautiful, with an excellent location close to most major shopping malls. The staff are extremely polite, friendly, and professional, which made the stay very pleasant. However, I did experience a small issue related to some guests from certain nationalities. I hope the hotel can provide clearer guidelines or reminders about respecting public etiquette. For example, some guests came to the breakfast buffet wearing sleepwear, and others caused noise in the lobby. Overall, it is a very good hotel, and with a bit more attention to maintaining public decorum, the experience would be even better.

I’m honestly shocked this hotel claims to be 5 stars. This is a one-star experience at best! From the moment I checked in, everything went wrong. I was given a twin room instead of the king I booked, and the air conditioning wasn’t even working. The reception staff were unbelievably rude and acted like they were doing me a favor. What’s even more shocking is how many good reviews this hotel has on Google. I seriously don’t know how! I paid a premium expecting comfort and quality, but I would’ve had a better experience at a one-star hotel in Dubai. It’s only my first night and I already want to leave. Save your money, your time, and your sanity. This hotel is a huge disappointment.
