I’ve just stayed there for 9 nights and my wife and I were so happy with our decision to stay at Amari Bangkok. For this trip, their staff had made our stay there even more special. I want to give a special mention to the Concierge Manager (James) who went beyond his duty to help me. I had initially wanted him to help call and talk to a local luggage repair vendor to see if I could wait there while they replace the wheels. James called and he helped to arrange for them to pick and send my luggage from/to hotel at a fee. With this arrangement, I left my luggage with him and could explore the other parts of Bangkok which was just beyond our expectations. We were so blessed by the very attentive service by James and the other hotel staff. One other wonderful experience we had was with the booking of taxi, one of the lady manager dressed in beige uniform assisted us to get a street taxi after checking the estimated cost from private hire car company, she and her team helped to bargain with the taxi driver so I need not wait too long for it to come. While I read some negative feedback about the hotel staff, I must say that I never had that negative experience. One thing we believe is to treat others the way we like to be treated. Nobody owes us a living just because they are in service industry. Highly recommended to stay in this hotel if you are coming this part of Bangkok.

This was my first time staying at Amari Hotel, and I will definitely be coming back thanks to the outstanding service I received. The location is excellent (within walking distance of all the major malls) and the rooms were spacious, very comfortable, and spotlessly clean. I would especially like to thank Nicha and her team (James, Minny, Nidnoi, Aum, Tangmo) who truly made this stay exceptional. Her professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help went far beyond expectations. She handled every request with a smile and genuinely cared about making my stay perfect.
