I had a fantastic stay at Amari Bangkok. The hotel offers a perfect combination of comfort, cleanliness, and excellent service. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, making my stay relaxing and enjoyable. A special thanks to Noi for the outstanding hospitality. Noi was extremely polite, helpful, and professional, and truly made a positive difference in my experience. The hotel’s location is very convenient, the facilities are well maintained, and the overall atmosphere is calm and welcoming. Everything met true 5-star standards. I highly recommend Amari Bangkok and would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit.

They were friendly, attentive, and incredibly thorough, always making sure my room was spotless and refreshed with care. Their positive attitudes and dedication to service were truly impressive. I stayed here a few months ago and I'm still amazed of how great my entire stay was. The customer service at the front desk, the door menin the lobby and the housekeeping...the staff overall was EXCEPTIONAL! The room was immaculate; just clean and upscale. The views were nice and breakfast (for a fee) was amazing. The location is walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The only downside was the construction near the hotel.

I’m honestly shocked this hotel claims to be 5 stars. This is a one-star experience at best! From the moment I checked in, everything went wrong. I was given a twin room instead of the king I booked, and the air conditioning wasn’t even working. The reception staff were unbelievably rude and acted like they were doing me a favor. What’s even more shocking is how many good reviews this hotel has on Google. I seriously don’t know how! I paid a premium expecting comfort and quality, but I would’ve had a better experience at a one-star hotel in Dubai. It’s only my first night and I already want to leave. Save your money, your time, and your sanity. This hotel is a huge disappointment.

We chose this hotel for our honeymoon & was disappointed at room quality. For the price we paid the room feel old & not worth the price. No personal touch, we stated in booking for honeymoon & check in didn't even wishes & nothing special in room. The bathtub is old too. Pool looks okay no as grand as look on website. Maybe if staying lower cost price room it's worth. Regrets upgrading & choosing as honeymoon hotel. When we walked in there's cigarette smell & room service offered to spray the room, it does goes away when we come back after a meal just doesn't feel nice house keeping didn't check ahead. Service at front desk feel top notch with grand entrance, but check in timing service desk can be a long wait. We also got lock out of our room for no reason after a day stay, both access cards not working & have to wait long with checkin guests to resolve this. We were busy during the trip and only time at hotel is to sleep, mattress was good. High floor nice view. Breakfast pretty good.
