I visited Bangkok some time back (probably a year or two may be). I had the pleasure of staying at Amari Grand Hotel, Bangkok, and the experience was nothing short of delightful. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and efficiency. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff maintained a professional yet friendly tone throughout my stay. The room was spacious, tastefully designed, and thoughtfully equipped with everything a traveler needs—comfortable bedding, a well-lit work desk, and a stunning city view that made evenings truly relaxing. Housekeeping was consistent and discreet, ensuring a clean, welcoming space each day. What really set this hotel apart was the staff's genuine hospitality. Small gestures, like remembering my preferences or offering helpful local tips, made the experience feel more personal and memorable. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and care in the heart of Bangkok.

Room was nice, we were above the busy road so it was very noisy at night and the window was already closed. The service and staff was amazing, this was my final stop for a 2 week vacation and it was the best from all others I stayed. Food choice was amazing with so much to choose. Definitely recommend 💯

Nice and Cosy hotel.. The staffs very friendly and great! The reception were very helpful ' Ms Smile' . Good 👍 Jobs to all staffs. There is a Tuk tuk service served by Ball & Bas to bring us to 3 BTS stations which u require to book in advance. A must try experience. Strongly Recommended Hotel to stay when you come to BKK.

Amazing place! The staff is so nice and welcoming - especially Golf, Korn, and Jack. They recommended a bunch of places and how to get around using different transportation. When we checked in they let us check in early, upgraded our room and let us check out later. They do also give you a $500 voucher for one of there restaurants as well. Right in front of the hotel are a couple different malls you can shop at. Would recommend!

⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ Comfortable Stay in the Heart of Bangkok Stayed at Amari Bangkok for a few nights and overall had a great experience. The hotel is well-located in the city center, making it very convenient for exploring. Restaurants, convenience stores, and shopping areas are all within walking distance, which is a huge plus. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, providing a good rest after a long day out. The design is modern with a cozy ambiance, though nothing extraordinary. Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything clean. Breakfast had a good variety, but Muslim guests need to be cautious as some dishes contain pork. It would be great if the hotel could provide clearer labeling or more halal options. Service was professional and friendly, with staff always ready to assist. Overall, a pleasant stay and a good option for those looking for comfort and convenience in Bangkok. Would recommend it for travelers who want a centrally located hotel with decent facilities.
