This was an absolutely amazing stay and once again exceeded all my expectations. This is my third time staying at this hotel, and it continues to be outstanding. The hotel is always very clean, warm, and welcoming, which makes it feel like a home away from home. A special thank you to Mr. Earth, who was incredibly welcoming and kind. He went above and beyond by giving me a room upgrade, which truly made my stay even more special. Even though the hotel was 100% fully booked, the service never dropped for a moment it remained excellent, professional, and attentive at all times. I would also like to sincerely thank Mon and Land, our wonderful housekeeping hosts, who did an amazing job. The room was spotless, comfortable, and perfectly maintained thanks to their hard work and care. Overall, this hotel continues to impress me every time. Exceptional service, fantastic staff, and a consistently high standard. I can’t wait to come back again. Highly recommended!

I stayed here a few months ago and I'm still amazed of how great my entire stay was. The customer service at the front desk, the door menin the lobby and the housekeeping...the staff overall was EXCEPTIONAL! The room was immaculate; just clean and upscale. The views were nice and breakfast (for a fee) was amazing. The location is walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The only downside was the construction near the hotel.

My parents stayed here at the start of December for 6 nights (1st to 7th). They stayed in premier twin room and had access to the lounge. They had an amazing time and the staff were amazing. My parents are old and my wife and I had visited the hotel previously and they could not be more helpful. I travel a lot for work and the staff here are the best I’ve ever experienced. In terms of location, very close to central world and a few malls. Breakfast was excellent and rooms very comfortable. Thank you team
