A very beautiful hotel with great service. The breakfast was nice, and we had good rooms that were even upgraded at no extra cost. Everything was very comfortable and enjoyable. The only downside is that the food at the restaurant and the spa treatments are quite expensive. If the prices were more reasonable, I believe more guests would make use of these services.

We stayed at the hotel last year, and we had a wonderful stay. Firstly, the hotel has a great location, with so many local markets around it in addition to a selection of shopping malls. Secondly, the rooms were spacious, modern, had comfortable bedding, and they were always clean up to standards. Another factor that made our stay even better was the breakfast buffet: there was a huge variety of cuisines to satisfy the tastes of different cultures, and everything was delicious. Furthermore, the staff were very friendly, and they all always had a smile on their faces. It is definitely a hotel that I would recommend to anyone planning to go to Bangkok.

Many thanks to the friendly, fast, and wonderful housekeeping team ( Ami - Tong- Som ) who cleaned our room spotlessly every day. This was the best housekeeping team I have ever experienced in all the hotels I’ve stayed at. The hotel staff are amazing, the room service is excellent, and the food is perfect. Location is also great, 5 mins walk to nice restaurants and shopping centres. Will definitely visit again.

Beautiful hotel with courteous and professional room service staff. However, the lift waiting time was unusually long despite there being five elevators in operation which significantly affected overall convenience. The lack of an express checkout system resulted in a 25-minute wait for a process that took less than three minutes to complete. There’s definitely room for improvement in operational efficiency and guest convenience.

We stayed at the Amari Hotel for 4 nights with family and friends. We loved everything, especially the warm hospitality from the receptionist named Oat. She welcomed us kindly and was very informative. We also loved the ambiance and pleasant scent in both the lobby and the room. The Premier Room was beautifully renovated . It felt like a brand-new, fresh hotel room. The breakfast was delicious, and the manager even helped deliver the food to our table. We will definitely come back!
