5/5 experience all the way. From friendly staff at check in to great hotel rooms with fantastic view. The rooms are very comfortable and are designed to take care of even small needs. The hotel is right across Platinum Mall which is a great place to shop.And most commendable is the hotel staff who try to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I had an early morning flight and had to leave before breakfast. I had requested if I could have breakfast boxes by 5.30 am to eat on the way to airport. To my delight the hotel staff made sure the boxes were ready before we checked out. And it was wholesome and thoughtfully packed. It is things like these which make one's stay truly special. I will definitely be staying at Amari each time I visit Bangkok

Very nice hotel in a good location.
Patty took her time to personalize the service and introduced herself upon check in. Furthermore, she went out of her way to meet up with us during breakfast to check up on us.
She even recommended a night market to us which we truly enjoyed.
We would like to extend our thanks to Patty and her team as well as Amari for making our stay a memorable one.
We really had a fantastic experience and will return again.

My stay at this hotel was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Every request we made was promptly addressed, thanks to the incredibly supportive team who made us feel truly valued throughout our stay.
I must highlight the exceptional service provided by Patty, who stood out with her generosity and attentiveness. On a particularly hectic morning, she noticed I couldn't enjoy my breakfast and promptly offered me a refreshing coffee to-go as I rushed to catch a cab. It's these thoughtful gestures that make a world of difference and exemplify the level of care at this establishment.
Thanks to the outstanding service and warm hospitality, I'm already looking forward to returning and will certainly recommend this hotel to all my friends. A heartfelt thank you to Patty and the entire staff for making our stay memorable and enjoyable.

A perfect place to stay in Bangkok. All the market places and Indian restaurants are in walking distance, when you feel lazy or tired take foot massage.
The hotel rooms are very nice, specious but the water is RO water. For breakfast lots of variety even for Indian separate food stations is there.
I gave one star less because in the evening around 11.30 pm I called twice but nobody picked the call and they have only one point to contact. I am still doing Recommendation for visiting again.

First time staying at Amari.
Excellent hotel service from the staff, especially Mint and Julia. They made my check in process smooth and stress-free. Thank you for the complimentary room upgrade as well!
Room service was superb and was served fast. The restaurants in the hotel served amazing food and I will definitely stay there again if I return to Bangkok.
Only issue was the air-conditioning. I wish it was not centralized cooling, would have liked the freedom to set my own temperature.
Other than that, the stay was close to perfect.
