It is an amazing place to stay! The room is super spacious, clean, and feel really luxurious. The service is top-notch—staff are so friendly and go out of their way to help with anything you need. It’s a great mix of comfort and excellent hospitality. Highly recommend!

Just In Credible
Good value for money spent here. The 2 bedroom suite was a bit small, but packed everything a family might need when traveling. Including 2 full bathrooms. The staff were a highlight - welcoming and attentive. While not in the central shopping district, the hotel is a short walk to the nearest subway station.

This is a true 5 star hotel. People were nice. Food was good. The location was very close to the reason file access around the city. Rooms clean and modern. I would stay again. The only thing i can offer that is constructive, the two times we sat down at a restaurant within the hotel, the service was slow. Room service however was very quick

Worth it My review comes from the perspective of someone who stays at the Four Seasons and Fairmont regularly. As my first time in Bangkok the hotel prices were varied, took a chance with Lancaster and I truly enjoyed my stay. The room was very large, the bed very soft, the room amenities were five star. The pool although small, was sufficient for a quick dip and my lack of 5 stars is because I was not approached by a server where I could have totally ordered a drink. The breakfast buffet in the morning is top notch, as a club level member you can order in the lounge. Or you can have breakfast in the restaurant downstairs which turned out to be better with more varied options. I loved the club lounge it was perfect for unwinding in the afternoon or before dinner. I really loved my stay here and would recommend it for the value.

Staff are helpful and friendly. The Lancaster Club's staffs are very friendly and serve us well. However, the location of the hotel may be slightly further away if you are commuting via a walk. Overall, service is very good.
