I had a wonderful stay at Lancaster Bangkok. The hotel is beautiful, spacious, and very clean. Its location is extremely convenient - just a short walk from the train station - yet the surroundings remain quiet and peaceful. The swimming pool is lovely, and the breakfast was tasty, though I wish there were a bit more variety in the dishes. The staff, especially the front desk team and bellboys, were attentive, friendly, and always willing to help. I also appreciated the complimentary tuk-tuk shuttle to the train station, which was perfect for days when I didn’t feel like walking. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would happily return on my next visit.

Lovely stay at a premier hotel. From the moment we arrived on the property we were treated with care and attention. The room was clean, spacious. and gorgeous with no detail overlooked. The pool and fitness facilities exceeded expectations as well. The breakfast was a special experience and wonderful way to begin the day. The one drawback, though no one's fault, is congested traffic around the property makes it difficult for timely pick-up or drop-off. But we learned to plan accordingly. Overall it was an amazing stay and we would love to return.

I stayed at the Lancaster Bangkok in November, and it was truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The staff were exceptionally attentive and welcoming, the rooms were spacious, modern, and immaculately clean, and the on-site facilities were outstanding. Every aspect of my stay was positive, I genuinely have nothing negative to say. The location is also very convenient, making it easy to explore the city while still enjoying a peaceful retreat. Without a doubt, this will be my go-to hotel whenever I return to Bangkok. I wholeheartedly recommend the Lancaster Bangkok to anyone visiting the city.

This upscale hotel is definitely not recommended. The room smelled strongly of smoke. - The breakfast buffet was mediocre. - The water in the pool was very cold. - No balcony. - Lots of traffic right in front of the hotel. The room reeks of smoke.

I had a wonderful stay at Lancaster Bangkok Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and attentive, making me feel very welcome. The check-in was smooth and efficient, and I appreciated the thoughtful hospitality throughout my stay. The room was spacious, modern, and spotless, with very comfortable bedding and all the amenities I needed. I especially enjoyed the large bathroom with its luxurious design. The hotel facilities are excellent. the pool and fitness center are well-maintained, and the spa is a great place to relax. Breakfast was another highlight. The buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, both international and local, with great attention to quality and presentation. The location is also convenient, close to public transport and easy access to the city’s attractions, yet quiet enough for a relaxing stay. Overall, Lancaster Bangkok exceeded my expectations. It’s a perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and warm Thai hospitality. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bangkok.
