This hotel in Bangkok exceeded every expectation I have ever had and set a completely new standard for luxury, comfort, and service. From the very first moment, I felt genuinely welcomed and taken care of at the highest possible level. The staff were exceptional—professional, warm, attentive, and always one step ahead, anticipating every need with a smile. The room was immaculate, beautifully designed, incredibly comfortable, and offered breathtaking views that made every morning unforgettable. The facilities were nothing short of world-class. Every detail, from the elegant interiors to the relaxing pool area and outstanding dining options, was executed to absolute perfection. The hotel managed to combine luxury with a sense of calm and privacy, despite being located in the heart of a vibrant city. Everything worked flawlessly, and the overall atmosphere made it impossible not to feel relaxed and spoiled. Without a doubt, this is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. It wasn’t just accommodation—it was a truly exceptional experience that I will remember for a lifetime. I am 100% satisfied and would recommend this hotel to absolutely everyone without hesitation. This is an amazing hotel with a real five-star feel, which doesn't always come with many other hotels. The view is spectacular from the room and from the breakfast area and especially from the rooftop bars. The service is also great with almost immediate care and attention to any potential issue you could have. My room safe wasn't working and the cold water wasn't working in the sink and they were taken care of very quickly. The breakfast is also fantastic where everything tastes really good and you can even make your own juice which I've never seen anywhere else. That is so healthy to be able to do that.

Thoroughly amazing experience at this hotel! Would highly recommend anyone staying here. The staff are amazing and the location is brilliant. The rooms were beautiful and we were upgraded to a panoramic view room looking over the river! The shuttle boat to the city centre is perfect too, making it easy to get everywhere! Below is a convenient mall allowing you to grab anything you might need.

My room has a beautiful sunrise and sunset view. No complaints cuz I could fall asleep to the evening view after my business meetings. Every morning, i was greeted by a lovely lady Lucy at the breakfast section. She is always eager to serve and I was always greeted with her smile. Lucy always made me very comfortable. Importantly, Lucy's vibes are very positive. I am very happy with her service. Lucy has the potential to rise in the hospitality management. Please train her well. Looking forward to be served by her again and stay in the hotel again. My room number is 1616. Ciao

This is a great hotel with wonderful staff! They have an AMAZING breakfast buffet- one of the top ones I've ever seen. Our housekeeping lady on the 21st floor, Ket, was incredible, so helpful and nice. Wonderful staff all around. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone that would like a comfortable, clean, modern hotel. Great value for your money too.
