I stayed at Avani Riverside Bangkok for five nights. The hotel has some very strong points, but overall the experience was not as impressive as expected. The infinity pool is definitely the highlight. The views over the river and the Bangkok skyline are beautiful and create a great atmosphere. The free boat shuttle is also very convenient and makes it easy to get around. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional during the entire stay. On the other hand, there are areas that could be improved. The rooms are clean and comfortable, but they feel a bit dated and not very modern anymore. Compared to other hotels in Bangkok in the same price range, it does not really stand out. The gym is quite simple and has limited equipment, fine for a short workout, but nothing special. Breakfast was disappointing. Coffee is self-service with only two machines, and the quality was not good. Some of the Asian dishes tasted nice, but others were bland. The egg dishes were okay, but nothing memorable. Overall, the hotel has strong features like the pool, location, and staff, but it no longer feels like one of the top choices in Bangkok.

This hotel in Bangkok exceeded every expectation I have ever had and set a completely new standard for luxury, comfort, and service. From the very first moment, I felt genuinely welcomed and taken care of at the highest possible level. The staff were exceptional—professional, warm, attentive, and always one step ahead, anticipating every need with a smile. The room was immaculate, beautifully designed, incredibly comfortable, and offered breathtaking views that made every morning unforgettable. The facilities were nothing short of world-class. Every detail, from the elegant interiors to the relaxing pool area and outstanding dining options, was executed to absolute perfection. The hotel managed to combine luxury with a sense of calm and privacy, despite being located in the heart of a vibrant city. Everything worked flawlessly, and the overall atmosphere made it impossible not to feel relaxed and spoiled. Without a doubt, this is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. It wasn’t just accommodation—it was a truly exceptional experience that I will remember for a lifetime. I am 100% satisfied and would recommend this hotel to absolutely everyone without hesitation. If you are visiting Bangkok and want the very best, this is the only place you should consider.

My wife and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Avani Riverside Hotel Bangkok, and it truly exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, the customer service was exceptional—easily one of the best we’ve experienced in all our travels. The room was amazing, with stunning river views, a very comfortable bed, and excellent cleanliness throughout our stay. Every detail made us feel relaxed and well taken care of. The breakfast deserves a special mention—it was one of the best breakfasts we’ve had across all the hotels and countries we’ve traveled to. The variety, quality, and overall experience were outstanding. A big thank you as well to Win at the concierge, who was fantastic. He was very helpful and recommended excellent tour packages that made our Bangkok experience even more memorable. Overall, our stay at Avani Riverside Bangkok was exceptional, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return or highly recommend this hotel to others.

Have your cake and eat it too!!!! I am entitled to write this review to warn people about this hotel and its hidden business practices. We booked recently in advance through an Indian travel platform for a four night stay at this hotel. At the time of check-in a surprise was awaiting us. The lady receptionist wanted to hold 8000BHT as a deposit. She said it would be refunded to me on the day of our check out. I checked the hotel policy on their site and it mentioned BHT2500 next day . When I asked about this they said it would be calculated by the number of nights we booked. So it should have been BHT 10000. Well, you can’t argue about it when you have no other choice and especially if there is a language problem. At the time of check-out they didn’t refund the amount and after I enquired why they didn’t refund.” Oh, don’t worry it will be returned to your account within a few days “. We returned home after a long holiday and then Lo and Behold there was a message nearly a month later that the deposit amount was credited to my account. So the benefits of keeping customers money on the pretext or holding it long enough to have some sort of compensation for something like doing damage or stealing from the property gives either some kind of benefit or protection?? I don’t get it. Never again. We promised ourselves that if a hotel was going to keep our money and not make it clear from the time of booking at least and we had booked it two months before arrival in Bangkok that place is not worth the wait. Book another hotel and ask them about their deposit policy in advance. Maybe even in writing.

This is a great hotel with wonderful staff! They have an AMAZING breakfast buffet- one of the top ones I've ever seen. Our housekeeping lady on the 21st floor, Ket, was incredible, so helpful and nice. Wonderful staff all around. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone that would like a comfortable, clean, modern hotel. Great value for your money too.
