Decent, quiet and comfortable rooms. Beds where comfortable and the cleanliness was immaculate. All the staff provided fantastic service and everyone tried to go the extra mile to make the stay nicer. Breakfast is varied and to a high quality. Sky bar is good, with a fine view (though I found the music a little loud). The Chinese resturant (China Table) is fantastic and we tried the Peking Duck (needs to be ordered 1 day in advance) which blew us away of how good it was. Reception bar is good and the bartenders make great cocktails. If you are a Radisson VIP member they have a separate lounge which I found was very good. Staff where incredibly helpful and the small bites where great. Honestly, I will use this hotel again for my future visits to Bangkok.

Review: Radisson Blu Plaza Bangkok – A Well-Executed and Comfortable Stay We began our stay in a Junior Suite and were very satisfied from the start with the comfort, standard, and overall atmosphere. The room was spacious, quiet, and modern, with well-appointed facilities that made the stay very pleasant. When Phirom arrived, we contacted the front desk to inquire about the possibility of an upgrade. The request was handled professionally and courteously, and we were upgraded to a One Bedroom Suite on the 27th floor, which further elevated the experience. The suite was elegantly designed with a separate living room and bedroom, a spacious bathroom, and a beautiful view of the city. The overall impression was refined, well-maintained, and conveyed a strong sense of quality and relaxation. Service throughout the stay was professional, efficient, and friendly. Breakfast was of high quality with a good selection, and the hotel’s facilities were clean, well organized, and well managed. Summary Radisson Blu Plaza Bangkok delivers a reliable and comfortable stay with strong standards, excellent location, and consistently good service. We stayed 2 nights and the overall experience was great. For the service, Check in was a bit slow, but they let us change room on the second day since my grandmother was joining us and we want it to have a communicating room. The gym is really nice and clean for hotel and they have a good sauna. And they have happy hour from 5pm to 7pm with some good quality drinks with really good banana chips. Location was really good with shopping mall & restaurants in walking distance.

I stayed at the Radisson Blu Plaza Bangkok from December 31st to January 3rd. The hotel is located in a modern, lively area, full of restaurants and services. The property is modern and well maintained. My room (Deluxe King City View) was spacious, bright and comfortable, and with nice city views. Breakfast is international, with western, Indian and Asian options. Variety is good, but coffee quality and fresh orange juice are missing, which for me is an important detail. The location worked well for me, but it is far from the main tourist attractions, so taxis are required to move around. They are quite affordable, but travel times need to be planned carefully. As a Radisson Rewards Premium member, early check-in was not available, which was disappointing after a 12-hour flight. Staff was polite, but English proficiency at reception was limited.

Not sure where to start. We only stayed here one night, thank goodness… I do recommend the breakfast though, one of the best buffets I’ve ever had. The pool was great — got plenty of sun from 10am to around 4pm, so you have lots of time to catch some rays. But the ladder into the pool is a bit wobbly and not very stable, be careful.The bathroom was kinda gross, with some hairs left by guests before us, and there was even a cockroach walking around like he owned the place. Towels looked like they hadn't been replaced in 20 years — not impressed at all. We also asked about a late check-out since our flight wasn’t until 8pm, and they charged us half price for 4 extra hours, but then they called the room just to chase us out at 4:05. This was just cherry on the top… The staff definitely isn’t very attentive or caring, and hardly anyone speaks English, so communication was a nightmare. Honestly, there are way better places to stay. We finished our holiday pretty disappointed.
