The stay was amazing, rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff were polite and helpful. Has an amazing rooftop bar with great view of the city skyline. Breakfast buffet was good but could be better for vegetarian guests. The hotel itself has lots of amenities and the location is amazing. Lots of restaurants nearby at walking distance. Overall a good stay.

I stayed at the Radisson Blu Plaza Bangkok from December 31st to January 3rd. The hotel is located in a modern, lively area, full of restaurants and services. The property is modern and well maintained. My room (Deluxe King City View) was spacious, bright and comfortable, and with nice city views. Breakfast is international, with western, Indian and Asian options. Variety is good, but coffee quality and fresh orange juice are missing, which for me is an important detail. The location worked well for me, but it is far from the main tourist attractions, so taxis are required to move around. They are quite affordable, but travel times need to be planned carefully. As a Radisson Rewards Premium member, early check-in was not available, which was disappointing after a 12-hour flight. Staff was polite, but English proficiency at reception was limited.

Great hotel but sadly let down by experience on check when our executive rooms were not ready but communication was woeful. Senior Hotel Management were good to try and put right but again sadly let down by certain other staff members. Our last night in Bangkok should have been special but service from the young lad manager and certain members of his staff in the rooftop Brewski bar were terrible. From not being asked for our drinks order to finally getting served 25 mins later. They then brought out the wrong main for me. I ordered Thai Wagu, they brought out pork belly. I complained, askes it to be changed, they didnt even bring a replacement out. At this point i had had enough. A special mention though goes to the lovely young girl waiter called Ya who did everything she could to rescue our evening. She was great, as was the bar manager the previous night called Earn.

I spent two weeks in a Business Room, and it was a truly relaxing and peaceful experience. The breakfast offered a great variety, and the lounge drinks and canapes were excellent. What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff—their kindness and attentiveness in the restaurant and lounge are remarkable. Also, a special thank you for the swan towel decor and the cake for my wife’s birthday on our first day. It made our stay unforgettable. See you next year!

Enjoyed my stay here. The location is very convenient near the MRT and various malls. The staff were great and we got an upgrade to the high floor business rooms thru the VIP scheme. They're a little dated but the bathroom and room itself is huge. The executive lounge is small but pretty good with free flow alcohol from 5-7pm. The roof top bar has some nice views. The breakfast was one of the best I've had in Thailand if not the best. Huge selection to suit all tastes. Overall I'd definitely recommend this place and will return again if the price is right. It's convenient and whilst the rooms are slightly dated they are still big and comfortable.
