Stayed here for one night in transit for a work trip, first time staying in this hotel and could not fault the staff or the facilities.
The room was spacious and top notch and a nice view of the city.
The buffet breakfast was comprehensive to say the least with usual breakfast choices mixed in with Japanese, Chinese and Indian dishes amongst others.
It is in a great location, close to large malls, quite a few convenience stores and sky rail service.
Strongly recommend this hotel whether for work or leisure, will be recommending it to work for future stays 😊
FRANKSLAND
Rooms are old.
Need lots of renovation.
The wood floors keeps making noise when we walked on it.
Rooms not ready when we arrived. neither towels available in my room.
My jet washer is not working.
Water pressure quite low.
Internet super LOW.
Breakfast quality options are poor.
The coffee is terrible.
Staff need to be calm, polite and relax.
I love my housekeeping. She is super nice and friendly.

Rooms are very dark. Location is great. Breakfast is not bad either, have Indian and continental food options. Staff is friendly and nice. We had an early flight and they gave us a huge breakfast box to go…you have to ask for this and let them know your preferences.

The Cutting Edge
I stayed in a junior suite for an extended business trip. The location is great, being a five minute walk from Asok station and Terminal 21 shopping mall. The facilities are generally very good, as is the service. The price point is also good for the area. The rooftop bar has great views. The gym is decent, as is the pool. The restaurants are okay.
What let it down was the most important feature of a hotel - the room. I will list out my observations:
- The room had a wifi module fixed to the ceiling which has a large bright green LED light that, when reflected on the many large mirrors in the room, lit up the room with green light through each night. Don’t get me wrong, this light isn’t the subtle light you see on smoke alarms. It was bright enough to light up the entire room so as to see everything including my shadow. The green LED also flashed incessantly for hours numerous times a night turning the room into a mini disco and kept me up. I did not have a single good night’s sleep during my entire stay because of this.
- The wifi is slow and unstable.
- Though the suite has two universal power outlets, there is just one USB socket. The bedside table area only has standard Thai power outlets and no USB.
- The room needs renovation. One of the cupboard doors had come off its hinges which nobody had bothered to fix. The false ceiling has seen better days.
- Although it’s described as a suite, in reality they just threw in the corner a cheap blue sofa and table. Otherwise, apart from the big bathroom, it’s really just an ordinary room.
- The bathroom is huge but the water pressure is low, and the marble floor gets perilously slippery when wet. They brought in a bathroom rug after the fourth night. Guess it was supposed to be there but they forgot.
- Weirdly, the wardrobes are in the bathroom so you’ll have to walk on wet floors to access your clothes after a shower/bath.
- The entrance area where luggage is placed is way too dark to properly see anything and needs better lighting.
- No cutlery or crockery, except for two small spoons and, oddly, eight glass tumblers.
- The coffee machine comes with just two capsules a day. They didn’t replenish the free snacks.
Because of these gripes, particularly the issue of the flashing light, it’s impossible to recommend this place to anyone for any reason. There are better options nearby. I actually left a day early to catch up on sleep at a different hotel.
