ALMUDENA SERRANO
Hotel located in the center of Bangkok and in front of the subway. 5 minutes away from the Terminal 21 shopping mall, which is convenient if you want to have dinner or buy something at any local shop. The staff at the hotel was nice and helpful. The infinite pool was relaxing, specially at the end of a long day. You could see the skyline from the pool. The rooms were fine. I would say that the best of this hotel was the breakfast. There were different country food types clustered in 6-7 areas. You could find English breakfast, Moroccan style, dim sum or even lemongrass ice cream. All kind of fruits and drinks. Really amazing. We stayed a few years ago but I still remember this nice hotel.

I’m so sad I left this hotel… It was starting to feel like home! I didn’t have the chance to say goodbye to our Concierge Nina that was the star of our vacation! If you stay there you have to look for her advices! She was all the time worried if my family was having a goood time and scheduled the best tours for us! The room cleaning service fell short of expectations during my three-night stay yesterday. The reception staff’s limited English proficiency hindered their ability to comprehend my request. As a valued member of the Expedia VIP program, I anticipate higher standards of service. While the towels and sheets were replaced as per my request, the floor remained uncleaned, exhibiting dirt and long hair on the table. Furthermore, some guests were observed discarding towels in the corridor, which is a disconcerting practice for a five-star establishment.

I'm currently staying at the Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel Bangkok and am thoroughly impressed. The hotel offers a stylish atmosphere, spacious rooms, and a prime location in the heart of Bangkok. I especially want to highlight the excellent service in the Executive Lounge – a big thank you to Bow and May, who provide warm, attentive service and make the experience truly enjoyable. Happy Hour is offered daily from 5 to 7 PM and includes a selection of hot snacks and alcoholic beverages. The breakfast is also outstanding, with a great mix of classic international dishes as well as dedicated Indian and Japanese food stations. Highly recommended!

Envy with all the 5star rating experience, not my case. Definitely not a 5star hotel imo Room was dirty, floor was not cleaned properly, there was still shoes stains and dirt on the floor. Photos attached after i cleaned it myself. Then HK come to do room make up next day around 1:30pm, We went out and come back around 6:30pm, they did not leave the bathroom feet towel and didnt clean the trash can???!! Electric next to the bed very low voltage, with my fast charger usually take 1hr for full battery, here charged whole night and not full. Tried again day time, same. Had to charge near the wardrobe its normal. Bathroom lights also kept on-off rapidly regular. Room 1218. In 29 may. Out 31 may.
