Radisson Blu Plaza Bangkok impresses with elegant rooms, excellent service, and a prime Sukhumvit location. A special mention to Poki , whose warm hospitality and attention to detail enhanced the stay. The rooftop bar, fine dining, and relaxing spa make it ideal for both business and leisure travelers seeking luxury and comfort.

This is a great hotel located in the heart of Bangkok. I think the best thing about this hotel is their stuff, they have made our entire stay very comfortable and they have always been very helpful. In the initial days you might find it challenging to find the place but slowly you'd be able to figure it out. The rooms are very comfortable and have all the necessary facilities. You'll absolutely enjoy your stay in the hotel. One important part is their breakfast, you should try all the items and you would absolutely enjoy it.

I always return to Radisson Blu whenever I can — the rooms are quiet and comfortable, the front desk team is very friendly, and the location is convenient. The breakfast is excellent. This time, special thanks to the staff: we accidentally left a purse with cash, cards, and a passport in the room. One call, and they found it immediately. We returned to pick it up — outstanding service and care. Truly impressed!

This is not a 5 star hotel. Neither the service, nor the quality of rooms complies. Rooms are old and worn out. From your bed you can hear every sound of the elevator when it is called and arrives. Our room was also facing some ventilation equipment (see foto) which works 24/7 and all night it sounds like you are in airport. Light is very poor in the room. Lift cards do not work properly and require several attempts, failing which you are already moving to some floor to someone. Safe box in our room did not work. We had to call staff twice, they ignored our first call. The only good thing was breakfast, but it is 30 minutes of your stay, all the rest has to be redone. No one asked "how was your stay" at check out. Zero interest in customer. Only choose this one with a discount offer and less star hotel expectations.

Our stay at the Radisson in Bangkok was truly exceptional! We spent three wonderful days in the 'Junior Suite King' room, which was easily one of the nicest accommodations we've ever experienced. However, what truly made our visit unforgettable was the outstanding service from the reception staff. A special mention goes to a concierge team member who went above and beyond every morning to help us plan our daily adventures in Bangkok. His deep knowledge of the city, combined with his thoughtful recommendations tailored to current events—such as Chinese New Year festivities—made our trip even more memorable. Unfortunately, he wasn’t there on our last day, and I never got his name, but his kindness and expertise truly made a difference in our experience. We can't recommend the Radisson enough for its incredible hospitality and top-notch service!
