While the hotel's location is decent, it's worth noting that there aren't many restaurants or bistros within a 5-10 minute walk. However, this wasn't a major issue for us since we typically relied on taxis for transportation during this trip. One highlight of our stay was breakfast at the executive lounge. Although the selection may be slightly limited, the elegant offerings and peaceful atmosphere made it a delightful experience. This was a welcome change from the busy lobby restaurant, which was always bustling with tourists and hotel guests throughout the day. Despite the constant influx of visitors, the service level remained commendable. The frontline staff managed to uphold a professional demeanor amidst the chaos, which is no small feat. I opted for a corner room and was thoroughly impressed. The spacious layout, additional luggage room, and well-appointed bathroom with outstanding water pressure made for a comfortable stay. While it's evident that the hotel's design is a bit outdated and some areas show signs of wear, the cleanliness and functionality were maintained to a high standard. Considering my future travel plans, I would still consider returning to this hotel, especially if I don't mind relying on taxis for local transportation.

Location quite good. Within 15 mins to SIAM shopping area and around 50 mins to airport, with some buffer of traffic. Service is very good. Room is spacious and very clean. Wide range of selection of food for breakfast and in room dining. Only I didn’t like is the massage from the spa in the hotel (not sure if it’s separate management).

Have stayed at the hotel a few times and each time it is the same, super friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is not brand new so some of the facilities are a little tired, but the team and the catering make up for it. Access to the Privilege Lounge for breakfast and evening cocktails is a super bonus. Large choice of foods that are tasty. The rooms are a decent size. with the amenities that you would expect. Gym is huge, pool is ok.

Lovely hotel. I stayed over with my little girl during the new year and we enjoyed our stay. The rooms are just wonderful and house keeping keeps them clean daily. We absolutely loved the buffet layout and also the menu. Great and well equipped health club and swimming pool. The concierge are also quite helpful. Kudos to driver Yong.

The standard room was spacious for 2 of us. We found it to be clean and modern. There are at least 49channels on the TV. Wheelchair lent out for free, but it must stay on property. No convenience store inside the hotel lobby, but there is a 7-11 at the end of their driveway. A hotel shuttle to take us to the closeby mall is available at 11 and 3pm. Must find your own ride back. No airport shuttle service. Laundry service was so convenient, having the laundry picked up at our door and returned the next day. Just dial 0 on the hotel room phone to order it. Breakfast buffet service ends promptly at 10:30.
