I was staying at the hotel for an event offsite for ten days. The general manager introduced himself and manhy of his senior team early on but even before that, the welcome from Conscierge to reception was impecible. The facilities are very good, the pool area was noisy because of the neighbouring construction, nothing that can be done about that but the pool staff were always attentive and trying to make the experience as comfortable as possible. Had an issue with the room part way through the stay (odour issue) . Once reported the staff attended to it as soon as I was out for the day and although they did a great job to try and rectify but unfortunately it remained. They offered a room change and as soon as it was requested, a team was at the door tomove us to a new room within a few minutes. There is not a bad word that I can say about the staff. The hotel is a little aged but it is well maintained and has the range of facilities that you would expect. The hotel is in a busy area of the city but it therefore had good transport links to all areas where I was travelling. Jon is particular and his semior managers were amazing and deserve huge praise

I recently had a wonderful stay at Grand Mercure Bangkok Atrium, and it was truly an amazing experience. The hotel has a beautiful ambiance, spacious and comfortable rooms, and excellent cleanliness standards. Its location in Bangkok makes it very convenient for travel, shopping, and exploring the city. What really made our stay special was the exceptional service from the staff. A heartfelt thank you to Praew, Dream, Earth, Eyety, Natty, and Luk for their outstanding hospitality. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with a warm smile. Their professionalism and caring attitude made us feel welcome and valued throughout our stay.

I had a wonderful time during my stay, especially thanks to the amazing hospitality at the restaurant. A huge thank you to Praew, Dream, Enety, and Nook for their professional and friendly service. As a Platinum member, I truly appreciated the Welcome Drink they served—it was a great touch and made me feel very valued. On top of the great service at the restaurant, I was also very happy with the room upgrade I received as part of my member benefits. The team here really knows how to take care of their guests. I highly recommend this hotel for their top-notch service and Platinum recognition!

Stayed at Grand Mercure Bangkok and overall had a good experience. The hotel is quite busy but well managed. The room was spacious, clean, and came with all the amenities you’d expect. Staff were supportive and helpful throughout the stay, and housekeeping did a good job. Breakfast was good with a decent variety, and the location is definitely a plus, very convenient. One downside: I was given a front-facing room with poor sound insulation, and there was a lot of noise during the day, especially early mornings, likely due to construction (possibly from the hospital opposite). Something to keep in mind if you’re a light sleeper, request a quieter room if possible.

Lovely hotel with amazing staff! Rooms are spacious but a bit old, for me is ok, as long as it’s quiet and clean. Staff is always top notch! All of them are amazing but I only know one name, which is Pear, from room service. He served me with a big smile, even at 5 am, was very attentive and polite. Food quality could be improved a little, for ex. the pastries don’t look very appealing. Location is good, maybe not a top area but you have everything around and easily accessible.
