    The hotel room is spacious and conveniently located near local attractions. The housekeeping staff did a great job cleaning the room. However, the rest of the hotel's offerings are subpar. The room has an old, strange smell, and the furniture is old and damaged. The bathroom sink looks dirty due to stains, and although the toilet bowl works, it needs to be replaced. If you are looking for a comfortable and relaxing hotel room to stay, this is not for you. However, if you are looking for a convenient place to stay, then this is still not for you. I think there are better options out there.

    My recent stay presented a mixed experience. The room was notably clean and generously sized, and the service from the staff was consistently excellent. Particularly commendable were the comfortable beds, ensuring a restful night's sleep. However, the hotel's age was evident in its dated ambiance and tired rooms. Despite the positives, the worn decor and furnishings diminished the overall appeal of the stay. While the hotel's cleanliness and service were notable, potential guests should be aware of its aging infrastructure, which may impact their satisfaction. also, with family the public transport is not easily reachable

    I was staying in the corner room which is a very big space with a stunning view. The building isn’t that new but the room is very clean. Thanks to K.Faasai who assisted a very smooth check in process. The foods and drinks in the lounge is good and the staffs are so friendly. The welcome drink menu could be better as no any cocktails in the list. Breakfast is good, a variety of foods, tasty and the area is big. The local is not close to any train station but there is a shuttle service to drop you off.

    The hotel staff were very accommodating and the service is great! Enjoyed a room service for dinner and buffet for breakfast and lunch. The bed is very comfortable and the amenities such as iron, percolator, and fridge were available. The hotel even gave me complimentary chocolate elephants for my stay. 😊 Overall I am very satisfied with my stay and the hotel really lives up to its 5 star status. 🫰

    Pleasant large comfortable room. Reasonable price. Shuttle service to underground and hotel car. A good restaurant and friendly staff who try hard and are obviously proud of their good standards. There is an impressive number of discerning guests on holiday and on business. Special thanks to Piew for working so hard managing the restaurant floor par excellence.
