Definitely the best location in Bangkok for a tourist in my opinion. It was next to the mall with floating river, food court and pretty much all the activities. I enjoyed my stay here and definitely will stay here again! Hotel was awesome! Breakfast was AMAZING!, Nice happy hour. Hotel was great, friendly staff and clean facilities. I give this place a solid 4-Stars!

After visiting the Millennium Hilton Hotel for the first time in two years, I was truly impressed. The staff, from the lobby to the lounge, were exceptionally kind. The friendly smiles from everyone made my time there very enjoyable. I especially want to mention the lounge staff. My previous experiences with the lounge staff were marked by adequate friendliness or a somewhat formal demeanor. However, this time, the lounge team was warm and personable. I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Ms. Freya. Thanks to her, my stay with my mom was incredibly comfortable, and she enjoyed it immensely. She is not only kind but also has excellent communication skills. Conversations with her were delightful and cheerful. I look forward to seeing her again next time. Thank you, everyone.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely incredible, especially after a disappointing at the Conrad Bangkok. From the moment I stepped foot in the hotel I was greeted with warm hospitality and exceptional service by the staff. As a Diamond member, I was treated like royalty with special perks such as a room upgrade (based on availability) and a personalized tour of the hotel. The room itself was not only spacious but also well-equipped, offering a stunning view of the river that truly enhanced my overall experience. I also found the hotel's pier to be incredibly convenient for exploring the surrounding area. One of the highlights of my stay was the executive lounge, which offered a wide variety of drinks and snacks. I particularly enjoyed indulging in afternoon tea while taking in the breathtaking views. Even during the lively Songkran Festival, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, providing me with a towel after my festive activities and quickly addressing a broken bag issue. Their attentiveness and willingness to assist truly made my stay unforgettable. Although check-out was seamless, it was certainly bittersweet to leave behind such a remarkable experience. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking exceptional service and genuine Thai hospitality. A huge thank you to the incredible staff for making my stay so memorable – I am already eagerly counting down the days until I can return and relive it all over again!

I stayed in 2 types of room. Deluxe is the cheaper category and the bed is so big. Very nice. Executive Room more expensive (can access to lounge located at 31st floor) but the bed is smaller. I like Deluxe room more. Hotel is big and nice. Breakfast selection moderately. Very crowded. View from the lounge is also nice.

Amazing hotel right on the river next to the best mall in Bangkok. The pool was a great place to relax with awesome views. I’m a Diamond member so they upgraded me to a higher floor and treated me really well. Would definitely stay here again
