I just love the riverside hotels in Bangkok! This was my first time here after I’ve been to several riverside hotels in Bangkok.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
If you wish a riverside view, book the rooms that mention it otherwise you might get a city view and a little of the river view.
Once I got to my room there was a heavy rain and a leaking, I called the reception and they switched my room with no time.
The breakfast was delicious with lots of international cuisine. The pool was nice too.
The hotel located right next to Icon Siam mall so you have lots of dinner and shopping options too!

My stay at this hotel was absolutely incredible, especially after a disappointing at the Conrad Bangkok. From the moment I stepped foot in the hotel I was greeted with warm hospitality and exceptional service by the staff. As a Diamond member, I was treated like royalty with special perks such as a room upgrade (based on availability) and a personalized tour of the hotel. The room itself was not only spacious but also well-equipped, offering a stunning view of the river that truly enhanced my overall experience. I also found the hotel's pier to be incredibly convenient for exploring the surrounding area.
One of the highlights of my stay was the executive lounge, which offered a wide variety of drinks and snacks. I particularly enjoyed indulging in afternoon tea while taking in the breathtaking views. Even during the lively Songkran Festival, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, providing me with a towel after my festive activities and quickly addressing a broken bag issue. Their attentiveness and willingness to assist truly made my stay unforgettable.
Although check-out was seamless, it was certainly bittersweet to leave behind such a remarkable experience. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking exceptional service and genuine Thai hospitality. A huge thank you to the incredible staff for making my stay so memorable – I am already eagerly counting down the days until I can return and relive it all over again!

Lovely location with rooms overlooking the majestic Chao Praya River. Service is very friendly and efficient. The rooms are quite clean, with adequate facilities. This hotel has a quiet location and not far from the Grand Palace. The lobby is quite spacious with lots of sofas. I really liked staying here.

The hotel is nice and the service is great. I usually book either suite or executive rooms so that we're able to access the executive lounge. However, the executive lounge was a letdown. Not much spread compared to other hotels. I don't think I'll be back here at all. On the positive note, the 360 bar was very nice. Breakfast was OK too.

This property is magnificent. The executive level lounge/rooftop is worth it alone. Watching the sunsets and twilight from there was a can't miss event. They have an excellent jazz lounge that's climate controlled to stay out of the heat that was perfect for after the sunsets. Stand out service by staff and always with a smile. Highly recommend the suite. Worth every penny.
