This is an okay hotel! You get what you pay for simply put! I've been to this location twice. The first visit was good and that made us want to come back another time, this time for a celebration. I was very disappointed in the service we received this time around. I called twice, after noone returned my call, I even got transferred to leave the hotel manger a message in regards celebrating my child's birthday and still haven't heard back from anyone. The front desk receptionist informed me that they were extra busy. The lazy river pool which is my kids favorite was closed because they didn't have enough life guards on duty, so that was a bummer. The actual pool area was open but was completely overcrowded and there were kids below the age limit in the hot tub and all the towels were taken. It wasn't the best experience at all. I understand things can happen but the hotel should be better able to handle these situations in the future. Just an honest review.

Great place to stay! The hotel is very clean and the room we were in was really spacious. We had a minor issue with the shower draining slowly. I told the front desk the first morning we were there and unfortunately they didn't fix it while we were out that day. I brought it up to the front desk the next day and that time it was fixed right away. There was plenty of parking, even coming back late at night. We didn't get a chance to use the pool or lazy river, but we had a view of it from our room and it looked nice and clean. Definitely not a luxury hotel, but we got a good price and didn't feel like we were slumming it.

I just stayed here for a week. The hotel was amazing very nice very well cap the people that worked there were great. They have a nice gift shop that has everything you can think of the laundry room works. Amazing the pool, hot tub and lazy river was very nice. Very clean property Will definitely be staying there again. Recommend this hotel 100%.

I don’t know where to begin; the rooms are fantastic and very spacious. However, the service left much to be desired. While we were at the pool, the lifeguard was more focused on his phone than on the guests. My son slipped while trying to get on his tube for the lazy river and hit his head, but the lifeguard didn’t even react. Thankfully, my son was okay, and I reminded him to be careful. We also dined at the Oasis during our stay, and the experience was disappointing. The server took our order and brought our drinks, but then she disappeared and never returned for refills or to check on us. When she finally brought our food, it was in to-go containers, and a lot of it was cold. We waited 50 minutes for our appetizers, which arrived at the same time as our already boxed food. I have no idea where she went during that time. The only person who came to greet us was a timeshare representative trying to get us to join a presentation after our meal. It was a strange experience for our first visit to Florida, and I'm not sure if this is typical. Additionally, the hotel only had one elevator functioning.Safety is not priority. On a positive note, the room service on the hotel side was excellent.

Stayed here as a family friend recommended it. This was a mistake. Made a reservation for a king pool view room. When we arrived they had sold out of my reserved room….which begs the question what is the reservation even for?!! The only king room available was a handicap room…which I accepted even though this meant no tub for my wife to soak in. Got to the room and it absolutely reeked of cat urine. There is no way housekeeping could have missed this smell. We suffered thru the night (they had said this was the last king room and there weren’t any close enough by at other properties that I could find). Reported this issue at check out. Paid full price for a cat piss room. Not at all pleased. Oh, and the walls are so thin you can hear even moderately loud sounds from neighboring rooms. There are much better hotels nearby for the same amount of money. ETA: response to the owner….how did you upgrade my room the next day when I only stayed 1 night? And if your staff can’t smell cat urine in a room (that isn’t a pet friendly room) …. Then your staff needs to be better trained.
