I had the pleasure of staying two nights at the Red Lion Hotel, booking each night last-minute on separate days and I have to say, Iris made the entire experience seamless. She went above and beyond to accommodate me without hesitation. Her kindness, professionalism, and calm demeanor stood out right away and really made me feel taken care of. The hotel is in a great location, very close to Disney and the rates were super reasonable, especially for how last-minute my stay was. I highly recommend using Priceline to book; that’s how I found such a great deal. It’s rare to find this level of convenience and service at such a fair price. Thank you, Iris, for making my stay smooth and stress-free!

Rented a room for 5 days/nights the room was fantastic. Plenty of space and above all else clean! Loved the mini fridge and microwave in the room, and the bathroom was quite spacious. Plenty of outlets for charging gadgets and devices. Strongly recommend if you have Disney plans as the parks are minutes away, 20 to 30 depending on traffic.

This is an okay hotel! You get what you pay for simply put! I've been to this location twice. The first visit was good and that made us want to come back another time, this time for a celebration. I was very disappointed in the service we received this time around. I called twice, after noone returned my call, I even got transferred to leave the hotel manger a message in regards celebrating my child's birthday and still haven't heard back from anyone. The front desk receptionist informed me that they were extra busy. The lazy river pool which is my kids favorite was closed because they didn't have enough life guards on duty, so that was a bummer. The actual pool area was open but was completely overcrowded and there were kids below the age limit in the hot tub and all the towels were taken. It wasn't the best experience at all. I understand things can happen but the hotel should be better able to handle these situations in the future. Just an honest review.

Location is great! Super close to old town and Disney Springs. The rooms are very spacious and pretty clean. The pool stays open pretty late the lazy river everyone gets along. We didn’t try the restaurant but did see quite a few people there. Will definitely stay here again.

UPDATE: since I cannot reply to the owner’s response. No one was damaging your property if that was the case the police would have investigated the “damage”. You were on a power trip because we allowed our children to continue using the pool THAT WE PAID TO USE! If you rent out your hotel to hundreds of people you should be prepared for a full pool. Nowhere on your posted rules did it state no JUMPING in the pool. You’re just a manager with a power trip and cost your hotel thousands of dollars of repeat visitors. The police were kind and told us they wish they could join us and to have a fun night as they left! It was a stupid mistake moving a pool full of kids/teens having contained fun to roam the hotel without supervision. So whatever may have happened after that is on you! The awful managers ruined children celebrating after their championship because they didn’t want children JUMPING in the pool. When the children continued to play they called the POLICE and had the pool shut down. It was absurd! We’ve used this hotel for years as a place to celebrate the championship weekend and never had such an awful experience. We will never return.
