The landscape and pools were clean and enjoyable. Overall, all of the amenities were well kept. The activities room was closed, so I can not speak on that. The location is also good if you are heading to seaworld as you can just walk across the street. It took us about 8 minutes to get there.
Sadly, the rooms were disappointing. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. The layout was very nice and accommodating. However, the cleanliness was lacking A LOT! The room also had a terrible smell, specifically the bathroom. We complained, they did attempt to clean (we think, but we were not in the room when they came), but the smell remained, and it was very difficult to be in the room. We assumed it might be the shower curtain, and we did suggest that, but it was not changed. We were disappointed as we often choose to stay at Hilton resorts, but this was not up to our expectations or what we have seen at other Hilton properties.

Lovely resort with beautiful, spacious king suites (which we had last trip) and 1-bedroom apartments (where we stayed this trip). The landscaping and decor are tastefully done. This resort has something for everyone. There are nice areas to relax, several grilling picnic areas, a HUGE family-friendly pool area with activities, and a smaller, quiet pool mostly used by adults. We will be back and highly recommend it for anyone like us who like to entertain our family with small children but also like our quiet time as a couple.

Our rooms were great. We had a full kitchen laundry and bathroom with a shower and separate tub to soak in after a long day at the orange county convention center. The rates were reasonable. We would come back.

Had a great time at this hotel a few weeks ago! We chose the king suite which was one of the larger rooms I’ve stayed in in the area. We loved the large space with laundry, screened balcony, and large jacuzzi tub. This would be a great location for a large family or family with kids! We also enjoyed the pool and boardwalk.
I would note that there are very limited dining and concession options at this hotel. The only option during the daytime was the poolside dining which was VERY hot during summer.

Had a great experience here. It's so great that we're coming back and staying here for our honeymoon while going to Disney World (last time we did Universal which was close, but we don't do Seaworld) Though it is a short drive away, we feel secure with this large property as many families stay here, there is gated parking, and the resort fee gives you one water bottle or coffee each morning of your stay. We stayed in a studio and got a balcony overlooking the side more private pool, and it was perfect. When you go to get your parking after check-in, they will invite you to the vacation club presentation, but it is completely voluntary whether you do it or not, so we skipped it. The pool area is a huge plus with 2 kiddie areas, hot tubs, a waterfall, private seating areas, more open covered areas, shaded seating, and a little food area. It rained for a brief period so we sat with a family briefly under the permanent gazebo and chatted. Everyone was friendly, plenty of parking available, and it was very quiet. Room was clean, and the studio had plenty of room for us with a kitchenette as we wouldn't be cooking but might have microwaved some leftovers and used the mini fridge for drinks for the week. We went in the first week of June, and now we're going back in December!
