Had a great time at this hotel a few weeks ago! We chose the king suite which was one of the larger rooms I’ve stayed in in the area. We loved the large space with laundry, screened balcony, and large jacuzzi tub. This would be a great location for a large family or family with kids! We also enjoyed the pool and boardwalk. I would note that there are very limited dining and concession options at this hotel. The only option during the daytime was the poolside dining which was VERY hot during summer.

Fabulous hotel for adults and teens across the road from Sea World and in close proximity to Universal Studios and Disney World. The rooms are spacious, modern and beautifully equipped! Huge bathrooms too with abundant space for four adults. The onsite shop is excellent and the video hire facility is a fun add on. Highly recommend this hotel.

This place was awesome! I cannot say enough good things about the property, cleanliness, helpfulness and friendliness of staff, and comfort of the room. The pools were wonderful and we had a marvelous time. The only thing that I could complain about is the bed was terribly uncomfortable and we ended up checking out early because of it. Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. There are lots of things to do and the food is good. There is an activity center for kids that is open most of the time. The location is central to all of Central Florida attractions.

Purchased a HGV club package, that included a timeshare presentation. The resort check-in was easy & quick. My room was a studio, which was cozy but had a very hard and uncomfortable bed. Front desk delivered an extra mattress pad & blanket to help cushion it. Did not help at all. The pool bar/restaurant is great, Diane took great care of me while I sat at the bar for food & drinks. I appreciate the shuttle they have to get me from one side of the resort to the other. The pool and hot tub near my building were great, clean area and towels available. I would say it was a good stay, besides the bed and super early 10am check out.

It's a very large property with great amenities! They had a playground for kids and interactive water area. The pools were nice as well. I stayed at the furthest end which meant I had to call for a ride but they came really quickly with the golf carts, they were always waiting on me by the time I took the elevator down from my room! The downside is when traveling with a toddler, is she took naps during my usual meal times and it made getting down to their bar to order food impossible, so we ordered door dash for meals. They we're able to bring the food to the door so I could eat and not have to wake up my toddler until she was ready to wake up and she could have food ready as well. I didn't want to cook on "vacation". They also don't clean your room if you aren't there for more than 5 days. I had to clean up and take out the trash every day with the cleaning supplies they provide. I wouldn't recommend it if traveling solo a toddler, as it's challenging to truly relax without any form of room service. If there is more than one adult traveling or no young kids, then I would recommend it.
