The location is about the best thing this hotel has to offer. The hotel has motel feels and vibes. There is no elevator, all rooms accessible via the parking lot from outside. The place charges a daily parking fee that should come standard with the reservation, however it does not. I could see if it was covered parking in a garage, but it’s not. The walls are paper thin and the guests are in and out of the rooms all hours of the night regardless of the 10pm-7am quiet hours. The waste management company shows up at 4am to dump the facility dumpsters which is absolutely annoying when you’re on vacation trying to sleep. We called 2 hours prior to our check in just to see if the room was ready. The attendant informed us that our room had been ready, and that we were welcome to check in prior to 4pm if we paid a $30 extra fee. Why would I pay $30 to check into my room that I already booked? The mattress on the beds are all worn out and not at all comfortable, bring your own pillows as well. If you’re traveling to Orlando for a Disney vacation, spend the extra money and stay on site or at a nicer hotel, we gave this one a chance and was so disappointed with the nightly routine and noise that we packed up and left a day early from vacation.

Extremely near to almost all food joints and grocery stores. Papa John’s nearby. Walgreens pharmacy also there. Go to Traders Joe for fresh and good fruits and vegetables and bakery and grocery and at lower prices. Starbucks is inside the complex. Get tickets to Disney and Universal within the complex. 🚨 Close all doors as soon as you enter least the cockroaches, insects or lizard might creep in. Lots of Nature abound. Good for Leisure walks. Old people friendly. Kid friendly as lot of outdoor games and game room with video games and multiple swimming pools with varied depth is there. Food is always optional here and is not complimentary. You will be charged a-la-carte basis. Laundry room is there. Gymnasium which consists of just 3 machines and weights is a bit small but workable. Hammock is there for one to lite the whole day.

Pulled up and immediately disappointed. Looked so much nicer online. Kicked off with a $60 early check-in fee?? Then $15/night for uncovered parking and NO ELEVATOR in a Disney-area hotel?? Dragging bags up stairs after travel…not ideal at all. No free breakfast either though they have a place in hotel…still, do better. Location is near a lot of restaurants, not far from parks and rooms are big at least, with decent kitchenette but that’s about it. Likely won’t stay here again. Lots of better options for similar price.

Definitely low priced for low quality. Passable if you need to save money and be central but there were very clear issues. FOUND DIRTY PANTIS AND BRA IN THE PULL OUT COUCH. Clearly shows cleaning staff does not do a good job. Dirty bathrooms including foot prints in shower, tub clogged and wouldn’t drain, toilet clogged, shower head rusted and dirty soap suds everywhere. Kitchen was small and awkward, dishwasher was disgusting and wouldn’t drain at the bottom. Carpets are dirty and smell with pet hair everywhere. Front desk staff have attitude. The building itself is 3 floors with NO elevator. No breakfast included Must pay $15/night/car for parking and there’s very little parking spaces. Paid $700 for 4 nights in a 2 bedroom “suite”. FYI rooms and bathrooms will be very tight spaced for big people.

Great location close to all necessary amenities We walked to disney springs and back roughly 2.5km less than 2miles. Easy walk. Lots of restaurants around to choose from. Walgreens across the street from the hotel as well as wawa gas station / fast food. We are currently here and checking out tomorrow - we have nothing but great things to say about this hotel and its amenities. We booked the 2 bedroom suite and our kids enjoyed their own private space as did we. Rooms are roomy and clean and recently updated. Equipped with all the basic necessities (kitchenware etc) Highly recommend to everyone thinking of staying in a comfortable environment that feels like home away from home. I forgot to add that they went above and beyond and had cookies for us as my husband was celebrating his birthday during our stay. Very personalized experience and truly enjoyed everything.
