Not too bad of a place. I did not like the surprise parking fees and the rooms seem to be outdated. They really need some new dishwashers. The Starbucks isn’t really a Starbucks. But overall, I think it was worth the value. My daughter left behind some items in the room, and the cleaning staff was able to mail it back to us. That cheered us right up.

This location gives Sonesta a bad name. The room had an awful smell the carpet was dirty and the furniture had stains on them our air conditioner wasn't working. Not to mention we waited over an hour after our scheduled check-in time to be placed in a disgusting room that we had to be switched out of due to no A.C. The entrance to our building reaped dog poop there were no oven mitts or hand towels to remove hot items from the oven and the staff member Diane had a really bad attitude and very poor customer service.

Our room was super clean and spacious with full kitchen, sofa and a dining table for 4. The pool is big enough with hot tub, pool toys for the kids. Game room with arcade games, BBQ area. The staff is super friendly no issues at all during our stay.

The location is super close to Sofrito Latin Cafe, and Disney Springs, lots of stores and an urgent care... The hotel has three floors of rooms but no elevators. You have to go up steep staircases with your luggage.... The room was a nice size and didn't smell funky, so props for that but the place looked like it needed work and it's being put off or overlooked... The tub didn't drain during the shower because the drain wouldn't latch upright like it should, so I spent my shower using my toes to hold up the drain to not overflow the tub.... The towel rack was missing the bar and was dirty, so hanging up individual towels was not going to happen..... The light switch in the kitchen was barely attached to the wall, the pillar outside our room was boarded up with wood and a cabinet was missing a corner piece of wood.... And then when we left we had to walk down the narrow stairs with all our bags and suitcases because there are no elevators. Good luck doing that in the rain! I'd only stay here again in a first floor room if other hotels were booked.

Beautiful property at a fantastic price. When we checked in, there was a long line, but the guy working at the desk remained calm, professional , and friendly. The suites are spacious, comfortable and clean. Everyone who works here was friendly and helpful. The kitchens are fully stocked with dishes, a coffee maker, and pots and pans The AC is very powerful. Dogs are welcome.
