Myself husband and daughter stayed here for two weeks a week ago. Cannot fault anything from cleanliness, beds and pillows so comfortable my husband wanted to take them home with him. Towels changed regular, bins emptied regular . Facilities from kitchen equipment excellent. Thank you again for a wonderful holiday

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room was in terrible condition from the moment I checked in. There were no comforters or blankets — I actually had to go to Walmart and buy a sheet set just to have something clean to sleep on. The sheets that were provided were dirty and had bugs. The AC was stuck at 66 degrees and would not adjust, making the room uncomfortably cold. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, and the carpet was so filthy that when I wore socks, they turned black as if I had been walking in dirt. On top of that, I had a package delivered and was charged just to have it picked up at the front desk. This place is not maintained, not cleaned, and the service is unacceptable. I will never stay here again. Travelers beware before booking this hotel!

Convenient hotel for Disney parks, with rooms that are basically small apartments – very spacious and with really comfortable beds. Unfortunately, ours had a strong damp, musty smell and only one window that could be opened. On the positive side, there’s a nice pool and a relaxing BBQ area. Breakfast was probably the weakest part – much better to have it outside at a local spot. After the first morning, that’s what we did. Overall, an average stay.

Great hotel. We stayed here 3 nights. Location is perfect to everything we did. Epic, Disney and discovery cove. On the last day the kids used the arcade small but they enjoyed it. Pool looked clean and a nice size. We didn’t get to make use maybe next time. We used the laundry that was good and the gym also small. It it has everything you need. The room two bedroom with a fully stocked kitchen living room and two bathroom was clean comfortable and big. We walked to the complex next door which had plenty of food options a dollar, gas station and Walgreens. Very walkable at night to grab drinks and food. escape room and arcade in another complex which we walked to. A Starbucks and restaurant right in the hotel. We will be staying here again

Spacious,clean and well equipped. The breakfast options are great and loved being able to get my Starbucks on property! The pool was perfect, clean and refreshing. Only possible complaint is the lack of elevator to the third floor.
