Super invincible bad experience. We called to make a reservation. The receptionist said that our price included all the expenses. I kept confirming with her that she said yes. We didn't need to pay any extra fees when we arrived at the hotel. When we arrived, a man in front of us said that we needed to pay the parking fee. We agreed. I asked him. There should be nothing else. He said yes! As a result, when we checked out, a resort fee suddenly appeared! $418!This is pure fraud! They won't tell you a lot of things they want to hide! It's not transparent at all! What did I ask the female front desk service? She replied that I was able to deliver water and use the refrigerator! They didn't even deliver water! I stayed in the room for 4 days and didn't come to clean it up once! They can check the monitoring! I'm definitely going to sue them! All the guests have to go down and ask! Liar!

My girls and I had an excellent stay at Holiday Inn- Disney Springs. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Even my 12 year old daughter noticed how the staff smiles and greets everyone. Very clean room. Great breakfast and pool. Very convenient shuttle to and from the parks. The restaurant has great food. We enjoyed the dinner. Very close to Disney Springs, it was a 4 minute drive. I wanted to give a huge shout out to the following staff for being so kind and helpful: Pat, Odalys, Amber, Jaime and John and the bus driver whom I forgot to get his name ( he drove the 9 am trip to Magic Kingdom and Epcot on 7/9). Last but not least to the cleaning lady for keeping room 913 clean and changing all the towels and fixing the bed everyday during our stay (7/7 to 7/11). I may not have met her but I wanted to let her know that I appreciate her hard work. Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely go back next time. Thank you so much to the staff and continue the great job.

Great budget-friendly option for a WDW vacation! We were 4 adults, no kids. Staff at check-in was great, we were a party of two rooms and checked in with separate staff but they put us in rooms next to each other without us even asking, and they gave us a balcony with the view of the parks. Side note, you can indeed see the fireworks from certain balconies but do not expect anything spectacular, you'd be too far from the "magic", but still a nice little treat. The pool is a welcome refuge from the Florida heat and they also had a small jacuzzi. It is within walking distance of Disney Springs. Free shuttle buses to and from the parks are also available although not as frequent as if you're staying on property so you have to plan ahead. Staying in this hotel grants you early park access, so it's also great that shuttles leave early enough for that. Rooms were okay, decent-sized and clean enough. Improvements can be made on the cleanliness of the toilet though - especially the inside of the toilet bowl, from the outside it looked okay but it looks like the inside hasn't been scrubbed in a while and you can easily see it from the vantage point of the tub. The tub drain was also slow-draining. I realize it is a budget-friendly hotel but these are basic cleanliness standards that should be expected. Will still consider booking in the future, though, especially for quick trips.

Stayed at the resort for a couple days, absolutely loved the experience! Sweet housekeeping staff and great food were some pros to name a few. Not an alcoholic per se, but the happy hour during noon time (and the extremely cute and friendly bartender :D) was the best part of my stay! Will definitely visit on my next trip to Orlando.

The room was very clean. We got 2 drink vouchers when we checked in. We were visiting to relax and go to Disney Springs, which is a short drive from the hotel. There are also a lot of restaurants nearby. Although polite, the staff was not very friendly except one lady at the front desk who may have been a manager. Off happy hour drinks are very expensive, which is normal for resort hotels.
