***Pros: Nice safe area, friendly staff, comfy clean rooms and beds, lovely pool area with hot tub, game & fitness room, hotel restaurant & bar (complimentary adult drinks, cookies & lemonade), very close to Disney Parks, (free shuttle) and can even see the fireworks from private balcony. Also coupons available. ***Cons: Beware of Resort & parking fees, Elevators can use some maintenance, had to keep reminding housekeeping for needs the second day and pool is not heated. Small things! *****Overall nice hotel! Would stay here again. Recommended

My family would love to stay here again. Friendly staff! The location is convenient. It’s about a 15 minute walk to Disney Springs. The shuttles run every day to the Disney parks and make it worth the stay. The staff was accommodating. We had an issue with our room and it was resolved very quickly by staff and office management. We even got an upgrade.

Wow!!!! This hotel is awesome! Super friendly staff. Impeccably clean rooms. The pool area is so nice. Free transportation to and from all 4 parks and an easy walk to everything in Disney Springs even with two small children. Great place to stay with kids. Look forward to staying there again.

I loved this hotel. Checked in with a large party after a long day of travel. It was about 10:30pm on Sunday 12/3 and the young lady at the front desk was an absolute delight. The check in was fast and the young lady was able to give me and my sister adjoining rooms, which we loved. The valets drivers were great and so friendly each and every interaction. Rooms were clean, we had a great view, and we were so comfortable. Pool area was very nice as well as the bar. Only issue is that breakfast is a bit on the pricey side but. I would definitely stay here again considering how close it is to Magic Kingdom, Epcot, etc. This was a great stay!

We stayed this weekend for the first time at this Holiday Inn. I travel for work a lot so I’m a diamond member with IHG. Needless to say, I’m pretty much living in hotels… but let me tell you guys. The service I got at the front desk from Kathrine was OUTSTANDING!!! I was in town for Disney world and beside being super friendly, Kathrine had all the answers to our questions. She gave us extremely helpful tips and tricks to make our trip absolutely perfect! Would recommend her every time! Customer service is top priority in her eyes! Thank you for everything!!!!!!!!!
