Hands down the 2nd best bed I have ever slept in, in a hotel. We got a king room. Huge king down pillows. I am a pillow hound..I sleep with 3+. I slept comfortably with 2. The room was great. Didn't eat there..breakfast isn't included(not free). But there is a fridge and microwave if you bring your own treats ( which we do). They do discounts and if your a Disney passholder, parking is free. Disney Springs was a 7 minute walk. Even with a resort fee, it was much cheaper than Disney World resorts holiday rates. The resort was quiet, clean, friendly and a welcome respite from all the noise of Disney. Buses have an hourly schedule to the Parks and all in all..Will 100% book here again!!

Great location with a good price for the area. Also had a nice view overlooking Disney Springs. The staff were all very nice as well. My two big complaints were the ants in the room and the humidity level. The ants were just small sugar ants and we could deal with them. We got lucky that it was cool and dry out on the later days of our trip because the room would have been otherwise very uncomfortable. I took a pic of the door one morning. All of that water was on the interior side of the door. I’ll also add that breakfast wasn’t worth it. It was as something like $25/per person for a mediocre continental style breakfast.

This hotel was perfect for me! Here's what I loved and some things to keep in mind: 1. The hotel isn't new but is very clean and well kept. It's not a sprawling Disney deluxe resort but there is a pool, bar, and my room has a balcony. Perfect if you plan to be out and about most of the time. If you plan to spend entire days at your hotel, I'd maybe consider something else. The hotel is quiet and feels very safe. 2. The front desk at all hours were very friendly and accommodating. 3. You do have to pay for breakfast and parking. 4. The housekeeping was phenomenal. My room was clean when I arrived and refreshed as expected each day. 5. The location cannot be beat and is a very short walk to Disney springs. If you're more adventurous, you can also walk to the outlets and other stores down the road. 6. My room faced the highway but the noise didn't bother me. You can hear it at night though but even as a very light sleeper, it didn't bother me. 7. The hotel does offer shuttles to/from the parks. At least when departing the parks, they always arrived on time. One bus did have a few leaks though from the roof but I'm hoping that's an anomaly. 8. I know I already mentioned this but I really appreciated the balconies. Hard to find and it was clean and relaxing. 9. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms came with plenty of towels. They also give you two bottles of water a day.

I stayed here Saturday after my previous hotel was sold out and could t extend my stay. The room was clean and spacious. But the real stars of my stay was the employees. The woman that checked me in (I wish I got her name) was so welcoming and a pleasure. Justine and Scott at the bar were so much fun to talk to and great people. They made my stay there worth it on their own. I had gotten a Fireworks view room and it was amazing. I could see the fireworks from Epcot and Hollywood Studios from my Balcony. I will definitely stay here again.

A wonderful experience for our honeymoon! From a very helpful, informative, and friendly front desk staff (thank you Josie V. For the hair ties!) to a great bar & grill service (Dana) we had a fantastic trip. The rooms are clean, there is a shuttle service to the parks, as well as, their resort status within the Disney World universe. An easy yes for my husband and I.
