Holiday Inn Orlando - Disney Springs Area

My family stayed here over New Year’s and had an excellent experience! The hotel is a bit older but kept up well. The pool was heated and we enjoyed it one evening, although other days were too chilly outside. We especially liked the zero-entry part for our toddler. My kids liked the ping pong and other games. We didn’t try the small arcade. The service was very friendly, from the bell service to the front desk to the bar and breakfast staff, everyone was kind, helpful, and welcoming. They honored my Diamon status with free breakfast vouchers, and of course the kids ate free at breakfast and at the small bar/restaurant. The dinner menu was small but it was good enough for an easy night in after our Disney Springs day. We walked to Disney Springs multiple times, a very easy 10 minute stroll with a raised walkway across the road. We didn’t try the park shuttle service, but we did enjoy the early theme park entry amenity at multiple parks during our stay at this Disney good neighbor hotel. For the price and convenience, this hotel was excellent. We will definitely consider it again the next time we visit Walt Disney World!

Really enjoyed our stay! Sarina checked us in, provided all details, tickets to Hard Rock and free cocktails at the hotel. Water in rooms YES please!!! Eleazer assisted with b-fast, great omelets and foods. Rooms were clean, stocked and quiet. Will def return!

This hotel was perfect for me! Here's what I loved and some things to keep in mind: 1. The hotel isn't new but is very clean and well kept. It's not a sprawling Disney deluxe resort but there is a pool, bar, and my room has a balcony. Perfect if you plan to be out and about most of the time. If you plan to spend entire days at your hotel, I'd maybe consider something else. The hotel is quiet and feels very safe. 2. The front desk at all hours were very friendly and accommodating. 3. You do have to pay for breakfast and parking. 4. The housekeeping was phenomenal. My room was clean when I arrived and refreshed as expected each day. 5. The location cannot be beat and is a very short walk to Disney springs. If you're more adventurous, you can also walk to the outlets and other stores down the road. 6. My room faced the highway but the noise didn't bother me. You can hear it at night though but even as a very light sleeper, it didn't bother me. 7. The hotel does offer shuttles to/from the parks. At least when departing the parks, they always arrived on time. One bus did have a few leaks though from the roof but I'm hoping that's an anomaly. 8. I know I already mentioned this but I really appreciated the balconies. Hard to find and it was clean and relaxing. 9. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms came with plenty of towels. They also give you two bottles of water a day.

This was our second hotel during our vacation because the first holiday Inn we checked into was disgusting and had mold on the walls, so we had to move. Unfortunately, this hotel was not much better. I was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness and overall condition of this hotel room. The shower area was visibly dirty, with buildup in the corners, and dark residue around the shower shelf and fixtures that appeared to be mildew or long-term grime. It also clearly looked like someone had used an Irish Spring bar of soap in the shower before we even used the room, which is unacceptable. If they can’t do a simple wipe-down of common surfaces, it makes me seriously wonder what else isn’t being cleaned properly. Additionally, after walking in the room, my family and I developed rashes on our feet, which made our entire stay uncomfortable and itchy. Also the body wash and shampoo bottles were not refilled, and I had to call on our first day just to receive more. I would not stay at this hotel again until they raise their standard of “clean”.

I love this holiday inn! Great for anyone doing disney! They have shuttles going to the parks every hour. When we stayed, it was perfect for us. My kid and I could leave my husband at the park, and we took the shuttle back. We swam and ate before taking the shuttle back. Downside is having to pay for parking and breakfast. Makes sense though since its so close to Disney springs.
