The location was really good close to so many things. The main pool was very clean and offered nice amount of area for smaller children. The unit we stayed in was outdated in decor needed major upgrade to appliances because the oven/stove top was not working properly and can be hazardous for cooking. The dishwasher had water in it the disposal didn’t work. But the unit had no bugs great sun light the beds were comfortable. One tub was stained like chipping of paint however that’s okay. It gave very much we own it and rent it that’s it vibe. I say this because the furniture was outdated and had smell like the sofa. But listen for the location the price you can’t be mad especially when everyone is price gouging for no reason. The pool at the other side has the grill and activities you have to pay for which is not included like mini golf and rock climbing. The water smelt like sulfur which I’m finding out is common to Orlando I do not suggest washing your hair while in Orlando! But like I said out of the other units ppl gave reviews about I feel the one we stayed was very good clean just need some basic things and it be great.

We were in the 5000 building with a spectacular view of the pool area. We were able to watch beautiful sunsets and see Disney fireworks in the distance from our huge beautiful balcony. The room was very clean and spacious. It was a beautiful mini getaway for me and hubby. Some of the reviews on here had me wary of the place but we loved every minute of it. It was an affordable mini getaway at a beautiful place.

They offer suites with balconies. Enough room for the entire family. They have 4 pools, a jump zone, zip lining, miniature golf. Everyday different activities, movie night by the pool, less than a mile from Walmart and the dispensary is less than 3 or 4 miles away. My family and I just came back from spring break. Everyone enjoyed our stay. Oh and a full kitchen with a laundry room. Pet friendly.

I recently stayed here during the off-season, and it was a delightful experience. The smaller crowds allowed for a more relaxed atmosphere, and the staff's promptness and positive attitude made me feel truly pampered. The buildings are dated and need some updating and maintenance, however it is my understanding this is being done in stages. Overall they were adequate and clean. The weather was still lovely for December and I enjoyed the amenities without the usual hustle and bustle. It turned out to be a hidden gem for a tranquil getaway.

First impression: Hotel is a title run down and not the cleanest. Experience: After our second night we woke up with tons of BED BUG bites! Our whole room was infested! The front desk told us they would treat the room and we needed to be outside for a few hours while they dealt with the problem. We went out to the pool and came back and all of our things were gone! The front desk moved all of our personal items to another room on the other side of the resort. When we got there, all of our items were stuffed into our bags and the room wasn’t even clean! The staff took the liberty to go through all of our personal items, put them in a dryer, then stuff them (clean and dirty) back into a bag. This was a nightmare to sort through, re wash, and replace damaged items. Very unimpressed! Again, we brought these issues to their attention yet and all they did was give us “complimentary laundry detergent” we were not looking for a free stay, but they do owe us for damaged clothing and all of the bed bug bites. we will never return and I hope this is a fair warning to the next person that is on the fence about staying here, save your self the trouble and stay at a different resort.
