This place was amazing from the time I walked into being welcomed to get into my room and it being an amazing temperature. The beds were so comfortable I could’ve laid there for a week and I got out of it. The pools are nice. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. I don’t know why this hotel does not have five stars, unless people did not experience the same as I did, but it was amazing. I will definitely be coming back to this place when I visit. And the room was very spacious more than a lot of other places I’ve been at.

Fantastic, especially for the price. Honestly start to finish I can't think of any issues other than the hot tub *maybe* being a little sus. Beautiful pool and lazy river though. I do wish they kept the lazy river open later! Very nice rooms and comfortable bed. Close enough to Disney and Universal! They will tact on an extra resort fee when you get there and a 200 dollar incidental for the room though.

One of the best hotels in Orlando. My wife and I have stayed here several times over the last few years and we have always had a wonderful time. Daisy and Iraida at the front desk are amazing and always made us feel welcomed. The rooms are clean, the staff are nice and the atmosphere is very inviting. It's about 15-20min from Disneyworld and SeaWorld. Lots of great food options in the area and plenty of shopping. I highly recommend this hotel

the bed and things were overall clean but they put me in this accessible room which had some standout things. missing is the cobwebs in the lights. in addition this sits over a major thoroughfare and is loud all night. as a wheelchair user too a few things of note, i would put a sign in front of the defibrillator saying not to put carts in front. in addition the trash cans are stacked right in front of the elevator buttons making it super easy for the abled bodied person to push it but those who have no choice we just have to stretch out over trash. this room hasn’t been vacuum or dusted in god knows. the stain needs a rug like the body outline in the one sims map bc EW. in addition, i was bothered multiple times dispite having a late check out. they also did not update my card which locked me out from my emergency medication and could have locked me out of literally LIFE SAVING meds. i went to get a cart and i was trying to figure out how to do it all with my service animal, i almost left her to get a cart. if i did my service animal would have been locked in without assistance. front staff never made it and my husband had to get the key. the front staff did not care that i could not access the facilities or that there’s a massive stain as a focal point of the room. she did not care that i was locked out from life saving meds.

The place is wonderful. We stay here every time we go to Orlando. It's nice not to far away from the parks. Everything is near by. It's affordable. The people are nice. The hotel has restaurant bar and it's own pool. The lazy river also works and kids have fun in it.
