Great location many stores and attractions. Rooms were clean, but need to supply at least 2 rolls of toilet paper for each room, check sheets for stains, because there was 2 stains, and to check the iron every visit because had a burn mark & messed up my shirt. Customer service was good, as they were attentive and very nice. The only thing they didn't mention where was the ice machine, soda machine, etc or anything about the wifi. Otherwise great hotel for the price.

The lazy river hours are lousy 11am-8pm so you don't have much time to enjoy it and you can't really relax before you check out. They don't have enough tubes for it anyway. The pool is nice and seems to be a salt system. The fitness center is 24 hours. Someone was smoking pot on our floor and stunk the entire floor up, I told the front desk who informed security but their security officer is completely useless. The rooms were fine. The location was also fine. Not very close to the theme parks though. I would not stay here again.

I only stayed one night didn’t get a chance to experience the pool and restaurant but it was a convenient location. Plenty of parking. Many stores and restaurants in the area. It’s kid friendly. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom had a tub and shower.

This is an okay hotel! You get what you pay for simply put! I've been to this location twice. The first visit was good and that made us want to come back another time, this time for a celebration. I was very disappointed in the service we received this time around. I called twice, after noone returned my call, I even got transferred to leave the hotel manger a message in regards celebrating my child's birthday and still haven't heard back from anyone. The front desk receptionist informed me that they were extra busy. The lazy river pool which is my kids favorite was closed because they didn't have enough life guards on duty, so that was a bummer. The actual pool area was open but was completely overcrowded and there were kids below the age limit in the hot tub and all the towels were taken. It wasn't the best experience at all. I understand things can happen but the hotel should be better able to handle these situations in the future. Just an honest review.

I had the pleasure of staying two nights at the Red Lion Hotel, booking each night last-minute on separate days and I have to say, Iris made the entire experience seamless. She went above and beyond to accommodate me without hesitation. Her kindness, professionalism, and calm demeanor stood out right away and really made me feel taken care of. The hotel is in a great location, very close to Disney and the rates were super reasonable, especially for how last-minute my stay was. I highly recommend using Priceline to book; that’s how I found such a great deal. It’s rare to find this level of convenience and service at such a fair price. Thank you, Iris, for making my stay smooth and stress-free!
