I absolutely loved my stay. The rooms were clean, the staff was kind and helpful, and the location is close to everything. The hotel is reasonably priced, and the amenities are unbeatable! I loved the pool, but that jacuzzi can use a few more cleanings. Also, the phone didn't work in our room. No worries. This place is still a jewel. I would go back any day.

Not enough carts to bring luggage to rooms. No dresser in rooms to put clothes. A 7 day stay, and I have to leave clothes in my suitcase. Housekeeping is a joke. I've asked for Housekeeping to clean my room for 2 days now, even went to management the 2nd day and my room still was untouched. I had to go get more towels myself at midnight after returning from Disney. Garbage is overflowing, and there were no garbage bags left up here. Also, for 2 days now, I could smell weed as soon as I turned the corner for the elevator. Never staying here again, and I wouldn't suggest this place. Not to mention the Oasis Cafe is expensive as all get out. $55 for 2 burgers, 1 small basket of fries, and a tiny bowl of salad.

Great hotel, especially for the kiddies. I loved the lazy river (it’s only 3 ft), and the pool itself was a maximum depth of 6ft. The bar makes great drinks for the adults regretting their family vacation lol. The hotel can get a little loud and busy over the weekend especially from Friday to Saturdays. There is a waitress who can take your order while you are in the pool and bring you a drink. The bathroom is outdated and dark. The tub drains VERY slowly. Housekeeping didn’t bother to knock and ask for room service, so my husband had to go out and request one. Other than that, very nice rooms, great AC, great location and great staff.

Great location, good price. The hotel needs some updating the rooms have hideous decor red striped chairs old couches. The lazy river was closed most of our stay due to weather one day but the other it didn't open. Was looking foward to it but never had a chance. Staff was friendly, night time was quiet.

The staff here have been absolutely wonderful to work with. The pool is absolutely amazing. They have two great restaurants here. The one and only drawback is the hallway carpeting to the rooms needs to be cleaned or more like replaced.
