My family of 3 just returned from a 5 night stay. My son’s first trip to WDW! Hotel is conveniently located, no more than 10-12 min drive to entrance of all 4 Disney Parks. Staff was great outside of one issue with one of the check-in staff (but everyone else was great so still 5 star). The rooms are very spacious albeit slightly dated but at Disney you really just need a clean bed and shower. AC was a bit sluggish and probably 5-10 degrees warmer than stated temp so adjust accordingly but overall very satisfied with our experience!

The hotel room was not cleaned. When we arrived I cleaned all the counters with wipes and found debris. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned as I found hair on the toilet. There was white fuzz on the carpet . I found it funny because when we went to check i. They said the room wasn’t ready yet. I do not recommend staying here. The pictures look nice but when you look out of the windows they are not clear. The water also was leaking from the shower. We should have stayed on property or at a real Hilton property.

CHECK YOUR BILL! My confirmation email said one price and they over charged me by $150! They did fix it after a couple back and forth conversations but if I hadn’t been paying attention and remembered what I was supposed to be charged from the original confirmation I would’ve been out $150! I think the issue was I prepaid parking for a cheaper rate which they charged me and then charged me again each night at the regular more expensive rate. Other than that the hotel was good. Fast service for extra sheets and when the toilet wasn’t working correctly. Location was good and we appreciated the shuttle although it was an extra step to book it and they were late picking us up from the park once. If they can fix their billing issue they would be great!

Never stayed here before, but a great base for a theme park vacation highlights: 1. Included Disney buses from hotel are amazing and less busy than the Disney free ones, QR code made it easy to book. Also, we get early park entry. 2. 15 min walks to Disney Springs or to 711/restaurants etc, along shady tree-lined pavement. 3. Rooms are large, clean and well maintained. As a family of 5 we could fit comfortably. Fridge and sink were very helpful. 4. Staff were great, eager to help and solved all issues. 5. Free cookies. 6. Pool was great, sadly the hot tub was out of service, only real issue of our stay. 7. We used Uber to get to Universal, that was easy (20 mins) as the hotel is close to the highway. 8. Breakfast was good, lots of options and you can make your own Mickey Waffles too. So aside from the hot tub and some overzealous time share salespeople prowling the lobby, very happy.

I can’t tell you how much we loved our stay. We stayed during the busy Thanksgiving week and they took such incredible care of us. The breakfast was great, the staff was so kind, fast and caring. They had huge rooms with a pull out that my daughter thought was comfortable and she always hates these beds. They kitchette was so handy and we had a big table for all the activities and snacks. Very glad we stayed here. The room was so clean and I’m picky. I loved this hotel and will stay again
