This is a nice place, a little pricey but it is close to Disney. My bed was very soft and the pillows had nothing to them, which wasn’t conducive to a great sleep. The room was spacious though. The warm cookies and daily water bottles are always appreciated.

The location of this hotel is fantastic—super close to Disney, which made it convenient for our trip. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The rooms were extremely disappointing. Surfaces were sticky (even the blow dryer had residue), and I found leftover clothing tucked away in hidden spots from previous guests. The pillows were flat and uncomfortable, and the beds themselves were rock hard. To make matters worse, there were actual burn marks on the sheets—completely unacceptable. The overall cleanliness of the room was terrible, and housekeeping did not keep up with basic needs. Amenities ran out and were never replaced, and I had to constantly go ask for more towels instead of them being restocked. While the location and staff are nice, the hotel itself is dirty and poorly maintained. I would not recommend staying here unless you only care about being close to Disney and don’t mind very low standards of comfort and cleanliness.

We recently stayed at the DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Orlando – Disney Springs Area for five nights while visiting extended family, and had an overall wonderful experience. We used Hilton points for four nights and took advantage of the fifth night free, a great value. From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was quick and efficient, and every staff member we interacted with was welcoming and helpful. The hotel is in a fantastic location, a short walk to Disney Springs, which made dining and shopping for souvenirs easily accessible. Our suite was impressively spacious, comfortably accommodating our family of four adults. The layout was ideal for relaxing after a long day out, and we appreciated the fast elevators which were surprisingly big plus! I don't think we ever waited more than 2 minutes for an elevator. The lobby was also large and their hotel shop/cafe was nice. Although we did encounter a small leak in our room towards the end of our stay, the staff responded promptly and documented it, and it didn't interfere with our stay. The large parking lot made coming and going by car easy, and while we didn’t use the Disney park shuttles, it's a nice amenity for guests planning to visit the parks. We had a very enjoyable stay. We’d definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again on future visits to the area.

We stay here 3 or 4 times a year, The rooms are very clean and spacious, the location is great but the reason I’m only giving it 3 stars this time is again a perk was taken away by greed. The complementary coffee bar in the morning was a great start to the day for guests and now it is gone. You have to get the same cup of coffee from the market place there for a charge of 4 dollars a cup. This is ridiculous and very disappointing at the same time.

The hotel was clean and in close proximity to restaurants and attractions. Zoe from the front desk made our stay amazing! She was so warm and welcoming. She offered great suggestions for things to do in the area. I highly recommend this location for your next stay in Orlando. Zoe is an asset to the hotel. The best!
