Our accommodation was spacious and very clean. Beds were very comfortable. We were missing chairs in our balcony, but in all fairness we could have asked for them. We had a problem with our sink that was promptly sorted, once reported. (I would suggest a welcome folder with some instructions for appliances would be helpful). The pool is great and spacious. It can be busy at times. The staff was polite and helpful but an extra smile wouldn't go a miss. The location is great for all the parks.

Floridays, to me, is a 3-star hotel trying its best to be a 4-star hotel. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite, which was very spacious and exactly as pictured on the website. We were ground level, so the walk out patio was screened in, which was a nice bonus. Our jacuzzi tub wasn't working, but the front desk gave us a workaround with the breaker panel, so we were still able to enjoy. Our dishwasher wasn't working, but it was able to be repaired after 2 days. We unfolded the extra blanket to find it was dirty. Last concern, and most importantly to me, was the king bed was very uncomfortable and I wasn't able to fully relax at the end of the day. The front desk was very responsive to concerns. The room was otherwise clean. The pool was a lot of fun. Would stay here again and again! Hopefully some of the smaller issues are not common.

We enjoyed our stay here. We walked into our 2 bedroom and was very pleased. It exceeded our expectation. We had a housekeeping issue thus the 4 stars but otherwise had a great time. Will stay again and have referred to others.

Rooms are as pictured. Can communicate with the front by text if needed and for check out. The restaurant had a lot of gluten free substitutions available which was a nice surprise. Great value for a family.

Not a happy welcome. I’m going to suggest that Sabina at the front desk be retrained. Check in was going good until we tried to get into our suite and keys wouldn’t unlock the door. Not what you want when the entire family has been sitting in the car for hours and need to use the restroom.
