Great location within 10-15 minutes from Disney parks, 5 mins from Aldi, Publix and behind the Vineland outlet. Check in was easy and front desk was courteous. We had an apartment in building A which was very close to the pool. The pool is great for relaxing and for kids, very large and lots to do. Towels were readily available. DJ on Friday night was good fun and played great music. The apartment itself was clean and had some unexpected bonuses like detergents and soaps. We had a three bedroom suite that was perfect for a big group. It is not new and some items such as the dishwasher could use some updating. We found door knobs to be loose. There was nothing that impacted our stay. It was great value overall and we would recommend it to friends and family.

We stayed here for 11 nights at the end of August and had a fantastic time. The resort is wonderful with friendly staff and a fantastic pool! The location is superb and super close to all the parks as well as a great selection of restaurants and shops and other amenities. We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment with a lake view and loved sitting on the balcony to watch the turtles swimming in the lake or the lightning storms! The apartment itself is perhaps showing its age but it was very comfortable and clean and incredibly spacious - the spa bath in the master bedroom ensuite was amazing! When we make another trip to Florida (we loved it so much we will definitely be back!) I would 100% stay again at Floridays :)

We stayed at Floridays and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. We arrived a little early and were immediately charged an early check-in fee, which we were fine with—until we actually got to the condo. I always check the beds, and to my shock there was blood on the sheets. That’s completely unacceptable and made me wonder if they’re not changing sheets as they should. I called the service desk and spoke with Mary Lou, but instead of apologizing, she only said someone would come change them. No acknowledgment that this was a serious issue, no “I’m sorry,” nothing. It’s frustrating that they’re quick to charge for early check-in and cleaning fees, but when there’s a major problem like this, it’s brushed off. On top of that, the hot water was barely working during our stay. We ended up checking out at 3 AM, and honestly, if they can charge early check-in fees, maybe I should have asked them for an “early check-out fee” too. Blood on sheets is a serious issue, and the lack of accountability and customer care here was very disappointing. The hot water in room was not hot plus the hot tubs by the pool was not hot.

Great place to stay especially for the price. Close to all the parks, pretty much right in the middle of everything. Staff was very nice and welcoming. Room was clean, could use an update but for the price very adequate. Would stay again.

Spent 3 weeks here. We had a 3 room suite on the 6th floor. Room was great and the staff are amazing. If there are any issues that are on hand to help. I did not get everyones names but a massive thank you to Michael Driscoll. We had a little hicup when we got here but its all about how its handles and Micheal did great. Thank you. One of the best things for my kids was the Pool is open until 11pm which is amazing. Room was cleaned often. If you need extra towels, shampoo anything let the front desk know and it gets delivered to your room. Thank you team for making this a great holiday.
