When you walk into the lobby, it looks modern and beautiful. The pool view is inviting and the staff is super friendly. We were assigned to Building F, which is at the very end of the complex. As you travel within and head to the building, it almost feels as if it is decreasing in category. The last building feels run down, and let go. We had a 3-bedroom corner unit on the 5th floor. I was surprised not to see an enclosed - more child-friendly- balcony, I didn't feel comfortable letting my small kids go in it, where they can easily climb the furniture and fall off. Inside it was sparkling clean, I was very impressed, except that the microwave was broken and the dishwasher was falling apart. When we travel to Orlando we like to have ready-to-eat microwave food (poor parent choices, I know), after the parks.. so this was a bummer for us. We didn't get to enjoy the amenities as they were far and we had major storms while we were in the hotel. There was also not enough parking in Building F. The windows are thin and not soundproof, so you get to hear your neighbors laughing until 11 pm, so not the room for you if you want to go to bed early. We found that the value we paid for 2 nights for 8 people was great, which is aligned with what we normally spend when we come up here, however, my experience wasn't the greatest thanks to the malfunction of the appliances and location in the complex.

I rarely write reviews, but our experience at Floridays Resort was disappointing enough that I feel compelled to share. Upon checking into our suite, we immediately noticed crumbs in the bed, suggesting the linens had not been changed or the room had not been properly cleaned. Unfortunately, it only got worse. We encountered cockroaches in multiple areas of the unit — the bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen/living area — which is simply unacceptable. This raises serious concerns about the hygiene and pest control practices at this property. Additionally, the silverware in the kitchen was dirty, as if it hadn’t been washed at all. For a resort that markets itself as family-friendly and high-quality, this was incredibly frustrating and made us question the overall sanitation. We expected a relaxing, enjoyable stay — what we got instead was discomfort and stress. I sincerely hope management takes these concerns seriously and improves the cleanliness and maintenance of the resort. Until then, I cannot recommend Floridays to other travelers.

I can’t believe the value. We stayed a few nights and I was floored by the bang for your buck. I couldn’t believe the suite we had for what we paid. There were two bedrooms, two baths, a kitchen, dining and living room. The proximity to the parks is great. The pool and game room looked like a lot of fun with a ton of families enjoying the amenities Is it a five star resort? No. Could a few updates be done? Yes But was my room clean? Yes. Was the staff helpful and friendly? Yes Was the value awesome? Yes. Would we go again? Absolutely

Location was great. That's about it. I wasn't offered a receipt upon checkout and didn't receive an email with an itemized invoice. The rooms are decent in only size. I think the curtains were the original ones, since there were paint stains on them and on everything else near the walls. The bathroom counters caulking was separated from the wall, there was hair inside the jacuzzi jets(which I cleaned out before my son used along with the tub itself), the floors turned the bottom of my socks grey(even after I gave them a light mopping myself), and some of the towels and linens were holey. My biggest concern was my missing hat, along with the toilet that constantly ran and whistled. I usually don't have housekeeping or maintenance in my room, but the toilet which sounded like an elevator dinging kept me up the first night and I wanted sleep. So, on day 2 while I was at a team dinner, maintenance was supposed to come and fixed a toilet. It still made noise when I returned, so I assumed they didn't make it in and I was patiently waiting. On day 3, I noticed the master bath made noise and saw toilet tank parts in the trash. Guessing they "fixed" the wrong toilet. Then, since I didn't have time to fix my hair, I went to grab my hat. I looked everywhere and anywhere, but it was nowhere. I called down to reception and told them that my toilet still made noise and that they didn't fix the master toilet and that my hat was missing. I was asked if housekeeping was there and said no and then was told that hopefully it would show up and he offered to fix the toilet. But I said that I didn't want anyone else to be in the room, while I was gone and what's one more night of disturbed sleeping, after having 3. So, after paying over $250/night plus tax in an outdated and not so clean room, I no longer have my favorite hat that fits my oversized head.

Great size apartment. We were in the 3 bed apartment and really enjoyed our stay. The furnishings in the apartment are a bit dated and worn and could do with upgrading. Excellent base to explore and the free transport to Disney and universal is a great bonus!
