I can’t believe the value. We stayed a few nights and I was floored by the bang for your buck. I couldn’t believe the suite we had for what we paid. There were two bedrooms, two baths, a kitchen, dining and living room. The proximity to the parks is great. The pool and game room looked like a lot of fun with a ton of families enjoying the amenities Is it a five star resort? No. Could a few updates be done? Yes But was my room clean? Yes. Was the staff helpful and friendly? Yes Was the value awesome? Yes. Would we go again? Absolutely

When you walk into the lobby, it looks modern and beautiful. The pool view is inviting and the staff is super friendly. We were assigned to Building F, which is at the very end of the complex. As you travel within and head to the building, it almost feels as if it is decreasing in category. The last building feels run down, and let go. We had a 3-bedroom corner unit on the 5th floor. I was surprised not to see an enclosed - more child-friendly- balcony, I didn't feel comfortable letting my small kids go in it, where they can easily climb the furniture and fall off. Inside it was sparkling clean, I was very impressed, except that the microwave was broken and the dishwasher was falling apart. When we travel to Orlando we like to have ready-to-eat microwave food (poor parent choices, I know), after the parks.. so this was a bummer for us. We didn't get to enjoy the amenities as they were far and we had major storms while we were in the hotel. There was also not enough parking in Building F. The windows are thin and not soundproof, so you get to hear your neighbors laughing until 11 pm, so not the room for you if you want to go to bed early. We found that the value we paid for 2 nights for 8 people was great, which is aligned with what we normally spend when we come up here, however, my experience wasn't the greatest thanks to the malfunction of the appliances and location in the complex.

The resort was nice, but I was disappointed with the grounds and some issues with our room. When we checked in the room had zero toilet paper or paper towels. I had to make a few calls to get some. Housekeeping day was challenging. We were told they begin service at 8am. I wish they could provide a better window when housekeeping will come. We left the room for 6 hours with our dog. When we came back they still hadn't come. Then they showed up so we left again with the dog. I also wish we were told that a ton of cheerleaders would be staying at the resort and specifically our building. They were very loud passing by the rooms very early in the morning and extremely late at night. Our room overall was nice, but the view was not good. Different issues with the toaster, one of the bathrooms toilets leaking intermittently, door security lock not well anchored, sliding door to balcony did not slide well at all. One day we went to the smaller pool and there weren't any towels. I called the front desk and they said they would send someone over with some. 2 hours later and still no towels. Someone else ultimately called and requested some. Some of the grounds were not well maintained. I found trash, broken glass, etc in areas where people walk their dogs. For the amount of money spent to stay there for a week, I expected much better. Also as a side note: we had originally booked at Floridays to celebrate our daughter and new son-in-law. They were so unhappy with the resort that they ended up leaving after 1 day. It ended up being a waste of money.

We absolutely loved our stay at Floridays! The hotel room is basically the size of a freaking apartment and the pool is so fun and well kept. We had a 2 bedroom suite and it was nice, a little worn in but clean (which is all that really matters to us) and we can happily say there was NO SIGN of any bedbugs whatsoever. We've had scary run ins at other hotels but this one gave us peace of mind. The only thing we did not enjoy was the on site "restaurant". It's more like a quick eatery and it was quite pricey. Our party of 3 rang up to over $60. Save your money and go out to one of the wonderful places Orlando has to offer (like Fords Garage Restaurant!). All in all, we loved our stay. Every single member of staff we encountered was friendly and helpful, from Gardenia at the front desk to Tomas at the bar. We will definitely be back!!

This is our second stay here. We enjoyed our stay here when we went to Halloween Horror Night at Universal and we decided to stay here again, this time with our 3 kids, when we went to Universal again. We got the 2 bedroom suite, the room is very spacious and clean. Swimming pool is nice, they have a Starbucks in the cafe, which unfortunately we couldn't enjoy because it was closed by the time we went. Cafe hours are until 11p the day we were there but apparently the Starbucks portion closes earlier. Check in was super easy, check out was even easier because you can do it from your phone. We required more towels at around 11p, I requested through the app and they were brought to our room within 10min. The hotel is also very close to Universal studios so I'm sure we'll be staying again.
