Our accommodation was spacious and very clean. Beds were very comfortable. We were missing chairs in our balcony, but in all fairness we could have asked for them. We had a problem with our sink that was promptly sorted, once reported. (I would suggest a welcome folder with some instructions for appliances would be helpful). The pool is great and spacious. It can be busy at times. The staff was polite and helpful but an extra smile wouldn't go a miss. The location is great for all the parks.

Upon arriving the check in was fast and easy except,
The receptionist was not welcoming. She did not greet me, and just said “name”?. As if I was inconveniencing her.
I booked a deluxe 2 bedroom villa and we got to our room and realized we were put in an accessible room. I called the office to ask about this and same receptionist replied “honey that’s all that was available” in a condescending demeanor. I wasn’t aware that, that’s all that was available.
Outside of the building there was a strong cigarette smell. The elevators were dirty and smelled. Upon entering the room, we noticed scratches on the cabinets in the kitchen. Stains on the remote, closet doors, water in the sink kept getting clogged, the fire detector was not screwed in and was about to fall, & Stains on the lamp shade.
The room is half renovated, it seems as if the property put most of the funding into the lobby area and the pool area. As they were nice and modern.
The sprinklers were turned on around 8-9 o’clock to the point where we couldn’t even exit the building or walk on the side walk without getting sprayed by sprinkler water.
Palm cafe food was good and pool bar drinks were good. Pool water was warm, and game room was decent. Parking not too crowded

Floridays, to me, is a 3-star hotel trying its best to be a 4-star hotel. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite, which was very spacious and exactly as pictured on the website. We were ground level, so the walk out patio was screened in, which was a nice bonus. Our jacuzzi tub wasn't working, but the front desk gave us a workaround with the breaker panel, so we were still able to enjoy. Our dishwasher wasn't working, but it was able to be repaired after 2 days. We unfolded the extra blanket to find it was dirty. Last concern, and most importantly to me, was the king bed was very uncomfortable and I wasn't able to fully relax at the end of the day. The front desk was very responsive to concerns. The room was otherwise clean. The pool was a lot of fun. Would stay here again and again! Hopefully some of the smaller issues are not common.

Stayed in 2 bedroom initially but 1st morning encountered a plumbing issue and they resolved immediately, upgraded to 3 bedroom and was very responsive. The room was exceptional clean, staff was superb, and overall stay was fantastic! Definitely recommend and most definitely will return.

Just had 10 nights in a 2 bed suite. Hotel is definitely not 4 star, More like a 3 star. Room clean but very dated and needs renovation. Hotel has no lifeguards and pool is open till 11 o’clock at night. Lots of people who are not hotel guest use the pool most days. Most seem to be locals who use the hotel and pool at weekends. Just pull up in cars and enter the hotel with no one to stop them. Most nights people are by the pool playing music and smoking what smells like weed. The hotel on arrival charge $337.50 room tax and $350 holding deposit. So on arrival be prepared to spend nearly $700 before u even start. Housekeeping and towels done every 4 days. Ok as an adult only hotel and location was good.
