Nice setup with the kitchen, washer and dryer. We had the two bedroom. It was clean and plenty of room. The pool area is beautiful, plenty of towels and room to sit. There is even an arcade that our kids enjoyed. Our flight was delayed and they let us check out an hour late. Was much appreciated. Would stay here again for sure

My family and I arrived late due to flight delay, I emailed the hotel to notify them and I received a reply 11 days later as I arrived home after the holiday. During check-in the hotel receptionist was very rude and barely looked at me. She gave very little details about my stay and was very grumpy. A lady arrived to transport our luggage to block D and again didn't speak or look at us never mind help us with our luggage!! We did not feel welcome and at the point I had regretted booking this hotel. The hotel room was adequate with 2 bedrooms, a kitchen and lounge. Great space for a family of five. After 4 days I had to request fresh towels and sheets and for the garbage to be emptied. The floors appeared clean but our socks got black from walking around the hotel room- disgusting! The rooms were adequate but tatty and in need of an upgrade but was ok for the price we paid. The location was good enough but I don't think I'd return. I certainly didn't feel welcome except the ground staff around the hotel were very friendly.

Reminiscent of an apartment complex with additional amenities. Check-in was a breeze. Although the 3 bedrooms I booked & paid for were not given to me, the resort manager compensated my family with some other perks, which was satisfactory. Although we we only stayed 1 night, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The pool was a bit chilly, and the hot tub was warm. Great 80's music played by the bar. We had a few cocktails that were made perfect. Rooms were clean, plus a fully stocked kitchen for us. Jacuzzi was a plus in the master bedroom. I would definitely recommend staying here. I was promised a bottle of bubbly which I didn't receive... but that wasn't an issue. Lovely resort! I would definitely stay again when I'm in the area!

When we got to the room everything seemed ok. We got a 2 bedroom condo, one with 2 queens and one a master. Right when we entered we noticed a horrible smell. When we turned on the TV we noticed a green line covering some of the screen. In the room with 2 queen beds the fan was making a weird clanking noise which made it harder to sleep. The next day we noticed the ceiling above the shower had a leak. So we moved rooms next door which was way better. We had some plumping issues with three toilet with it rising up. Then later, the toilet overflows and floods the bathroom and some of the room. The room overall was quite nice, besides the complaints. Housekeeping is very good. The pool was good overall.I do recommend going early to the pool to get chairs because a lot of people like sunbathe. Horrible experience and probably never coming back. Besides the bad experience it was nicely setup, the cafe was good, arcade was good and the pool was excellent.

Fantastic resort with a wide range of activities to enjoy. The bar and food options are top-notch. The rooms are spacious and impressive, making it perfect for families or a relaxing escape. Ideal for hosting business meetings with its amenities. The accommodations include a full kitchen, two bedrooms, a full dining room, and an outdoor patio. I absolutely loved my stay! In room Jacuzzi awesome as well.
