I love this place. The three bedroom suites are reasonably priced and are actually full bedrooms with two full size beds each in two rooms, and a master with a queen and a master bedroom. And a washer dryer, so we'll finish our trip with no duty laundry! And a kitchen to cook some eggs in the morning. The maintenance is pretty good, showers are hot but definitely not hot hot, the cabinets are dated, but for the price I'm very happy. I've stayed here twice and will definitely be back. MaryLou at the desk was always sweet to us. Pool looked nice but we never went.

This place is amazing. The staff were accommodating and nice. Our room was ready when we arrived. They gave it to us early without a charge. They have a website to request any service. They are quick with the requests. We are a family of 7. I asked for more dishes, pot, pans, soap, extra towels to make our stay a little more vacation like. That was no problem for them. The property is clean and well maintained. Water pressure was good. There was Plenty of chairs and towels at the pool. Beds and pillows were comfortable. We all really enjoyed our stay. Thank you

I recently stayed at Floridays Resort Orlando for a weekend, and while the spaciousness of the unit was a plus, my overall experience left much to be desired. Upon arrival, I noticed that some windows had duct tape, which gave off a poor first impression. The cleanliness of the room was also a concern; the sheets were ripped and some appeared dirty, and the soap in the shower had not been replaced, which was disappointing. No paper towels for a full kitchen available. The furniture in the unit felt extremely old and flimsy, and I encountered some issues with maintenance, such as a broken garbage disposal and a bed frame that was coming apart. Noise was another significant drawback. We had our toddler with us and couldn't sleep. Despite being on the fifth floor, we could hear everything from the street below, and the windows were far from soundproof, making it difficult to relax. On a positive note, the staff was nice and accommodating, which was appreciated. However, given the state of the facilities, I won't be staying at Floridays Resort again. The hotel is in dire need of a full renovation to meet guests' expectations.

The room was a lot bigger than I expected it to be. It was really clean and central to a lot of things. We took full advantage of the deal they were offering and it cost us a lot less than it normally would have. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and look forward to staying here again.

Pros- rooms are a good size and the Maintenance team were friendly Reception staff friendly Cleaners cleaned the room well Good size pool Pizza was good and well priced in the pool cafe Pool towels were always available Cons - Not walkable to attractions or the main parts of international drive; Only has one transfer bus for universal, doing one trip at 8.30am but not returning until 8pm (the park closed at 5pm). The one transfer bus has limited capacity so you can’t always get on the bus as it’s busy. Rooms are dated, which wouldn’t be an issue if everything worked but we had multiple issues. Most got fixed once we asked. The dishwasher tray was corroded so we asked for another which we got, but that was also rusty. The dishwasher did not work, someone came to try to fix it but we couldn’t be bothered to report it again. There is a washing machine (which was broken on arrival and later fixed) but it’s not very good. TV’s need retuning, channels in one bedroom were fine but the other two were pointless. Windows don’t stop any outside noise coming in such as the hotels staff using the leaf blower at 5am, the noise from people outside the rooms or the DJ music. Checkout was supposed to be 11am but the cleaners told us it was 10am so we had to leave early. Late checkout needs to be requested on the day. It’s $25 per hour and only until 3pm. There were no rooms available for us so we went to another hotel which worked out cheaper and we had it until 6pm (although not a luxury hotel, it felt like one after staying at floridays) We were a big group and all had issues with our rooms. None of us would return.
