Let’s be honest, you’re only booking here if you want early entry at the Disney parks. If you are staying here explicitly for that purpose then this hotel is exceptional. It is one of the cheapest hotels that offers early entry. The rooms are outdated and smaller but the hotel itself is great. The lobby is quite grand. Definitely would stay here again if I need to go to the parks

The hotel and location was perfect for our needs. Our experience went bad when we decided to order food to go from the Oasis pool restaurant . The bartender Vanessa could care less about our experience as a guest. After ordering and receiving our bill I notice she included a 18% gratuity charge automatically. It then make sense was there was no efforts to make us have a great customer experience. We took our order to go to only find out there were missing sides on our order like no sour cream to our quesadilla or blue cheese to the wings. I only ask to management if you are including gratuity in all service make sure the staff is also providing quality service and not have a staff that feels entitled.

This place was a dump. Outdated, rooms smelled, mold on shower metals. Stains on doors. -Pool bar /restaurant charged 18% gratuity automatically on a non virgin drink that was premixed. Food was undercooked , just disgusting. -Hot tub water was below the level of the jets. Black substance on the rock figurine in the middle. -No complimentary water or coffee whatsoever. Bring your own waters because if you come car-less a bottled water is $4 each time . Even Starbucks gives free waters . - Very disappointing to say the least. Would not recommend this place unless you have no expectations .

Very good location to visit Disney Springs. Early Entry for the Parks. The room design is pretty and cozy but the bath tub drain was clogged. It has a decent fridge, double size of mini bar. We went to Disney parks by free shuttle. It was very convenient to get to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. But it took about an hour to the Magic Kingdom gate. At night, when the bus returns to hotel gets full, you have to stand a whole ride. Also it’s only one shuttle per hour so I mostly used Lyft. They have waffles at breakfast. My kid enjoyed. I hope there is more variety of foods for the price. The luggage hold was very useful. I’d like to come back to this place.

We stayed for a long weekend and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The location of our room seemed far from the lobby but in reality all the rooms are very close and convenient. The bar and restaurants had a good vibe, great food and drinks. The hotel is very clean and the staff are nothing but friendly and eager to assist you. The location of this hotel could not have been better. It's just a short 10 min. walk to Disney Springs which has an abundance of shopping and places to eat plus live music which we love. It was an easy 15-20 min. drive to all Disney theme parks and located near plenty of places to eat, drink or shop and only 20-30 mins. from the Orlando airport. Definately will be back again!
