Just returned from a stay at this Wyndham and it was a great experience. Every employee we encountered was very pleasant and seemed to actually enjoy being at work. Bed was super comfortable and room was spacious. We returned from the parks every day with made beds and fresh towels. I love that they offer transportation to the Disney Parks - huge perk for my family. Also loved that we could easily walk to Disney Springs. We will definitely use them again for our next Disney vacation.

My check in went perfectly. They were very accommodating. Maria was the person to check me in and she was very knowledgeable and helpful. Shelton who worked at the bell hop was also hilarious and did a great job! Our stay was perfect and the location was walking distance from Disney springs. I liked that we could wait at the pool and they had changing rooms while you were waiting. The elevators were also super quick! My cousins check in was the opposite. We arrived at 11am and requested early check in (Which we understand is not always possible). They said that if they couldn't do early check in, the latest it would be was 4pm. My cousin did not hear anything at 4, so at 4:03pm she went to check again. They said it still wasnt ready and they would call when it was. She didnt get a call until 5:30! By that time we were in Disney Springs to do engagement photos and a dinner reservation.

We had a great stay at this hotel, the location is amazing! 5min walk to Disney springs and the shuttle buses to the parks are very good and save a lot of money. Our cleaner Wislaine was fab-u-lous, she was very friendly and our room was spotless. The pools were very nice and they had a jacuzzi !!! The views of the lake were amazing.

2nd stay. We want to like this hotel more than we do. The proximity to Disney Springs is really the big draw. You can walk over in minutes and catch a bus to just about anywhere on Disney property. No microwave in the room is a real inconvenience. Rooms are clean but a little dated. TV reception was annoying, many channels were pixelated, like a bad satellite dish reception. The daily parking fee is offensive, expensive, and not immediately obvious when you reserve. Pool is nice with a bar and kids area. Fast elevators. Had to call for housekeeping service one day.

We stayed at Wyndham Lake Buena Vista – Disney Springs Area for just one night before checking into our Disney resort, and I honestly wish we’d stayed longer. I booked it because I wanted to be close to Disney Springs and get an early start on our first park day, and this hotel ended up being a great choice. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Shelton and Marcus from Bell Service/Valet really stood out—Shelton’s personality is fantastic. We were both exhausted from a long travel day, but after just a few minutes talking with him, our moods completely turned around and we felt ready for vacation. The hotel was spotless and smelled fresh, and our room on the 19th floor was clean with a great view. The poolside grille was another pleasant surprise—the food was excellent, especially the loaded nachos and the passion fruit non-alcoholic drink. Honestly, their food was better than most of the quick-service or poolside options within the Disney resorts. The pool itself was also one of the nicest in the area, especially for families with kids. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Orlando/Disney area. Perfect location, great staff, and a really enjoyable stay from start to finish.
