The location of the hotel was outstanding. We walked less than five minutes to Disney Springs. Access to the parks was easy too. We chose to Uber most of the time but did take the free shuttle once. The bathrooms in the tower rooms were a little small but we made it work. The staff was super nice and helpful. We will definitely be coming back.

This is a Disney Good Neighbor hotel, and I feel the amenities offered at the hotel are somewhat similar to what would be at a Disney Value Resort (restaurants on property, along with a lounge, pools, arcade, and coffee shop). The hotel does offer free shuttle service to and from the Disney parks via a third party, and is located next to Disney Springs (which is why we like to stay here!). We’ve stayed here twice now. The first time, was between Christmas and New Year’s (2024/2025). We stayed in one of the rooms that are accessed from outside. You could tell the room was older but with updates over the years. It was still nice, clean and the bed was comfy. This time we stayed in one of the “tower” rooms. I would consider these rooms to be the hotel’s “upgraded” rooms, as this room was slightly nicer than the prior room we stayed in. The staff were friendly and helpful both times, and we’ve not had any hassles staying here. Although, they have canceled their valet service at the hotel starting effective September 1st. It wasn’t an issue for us, just thought I would mention it. We have tried the poolside restaurant and the restaurant on the third floor that offers breakfast. Prices seemed fair considering you’re staying at a “resort style” hotel, and the food quality was decent. Bottom line, we enjoyed our stay here both times and would stay in either type of room again. We will definitely keep returning until for some reason something might change our minds otherwise!

We had a great stay at Wyndham Garden Lake Buena Vista, and it exceeded my expectations in cleanliness and comfort. The hotel is perfectly located right at the border of the Disney Resort — as soon as you enter the Disney Resort area, you’ll find it. It’s also a Disney-certified hotel, which means you can use your confirmation number in the Disney app to get early entry access to the parks. Believe me, this makes a real difference! If you’re unsure how to set it up, the staff will gladly help. They also provide a promo code for a fabulous bus shuttle service to all the Disney parks. There are usually two buses: one serving Magic Kingdom & EPCOT, and another for Animal Kingdom & Hollywood Studios, running every hour. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, with a coffee machine, refrigerator, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, TV, and more. The bathroom is basic (not luxurious), but functional and clean. Service was excellent — whenever we needed something, the staff were quick and helpful. A few notes: bottled water is not provided complimentary, and they are firm about check-in and check-out times. Early check-in or late check-out is possible for an extra fee. Overall, a very convenient and pleasant stay, especially for Disney visitors.

We stayed for 7 nights. The rooms were cleaned daily for us. The coffee machine in the room is 1 cup at a time and the staff was happy to provide plenty of coffee packs and cups. The shampoo and conditioners were good quality as well. The room did begin to get moist accumulation I think from the AC fan on possibly. I was not as moist when we arrived. The location is excellent, easy to walk across the pedestrian bridge into Disney springs and the shuttle included with the hotel was sooooo nice to go to the Disney parks

This hotel was everything we wanted it to be for our stay while visiting Disney Springs prior to sailing on the Disney Cruise Line. The hotel was clean, had lots of amenities and was in a terrific location to walk over to Disney Springs. The pool was also fantastic, enjoyed by all kids and adults in our party. Highly recommend and will definitely be staying here again when we come back for the parks!
