Perfect location - close to the parks , 5 min walk to Disney springs, free shuttles to Disney parks. Excellent customer service. Restaurants and bar on site. Pool looked nice and clean. Beds were comfortable . Mini fridge In room and microwave down in the lobby. Coffee shop on site with the nicest employees. We had a great day and loved that it was so close to Disney Springs. We did not even have to take Uber for anything except back to the airport. Would definitely stay here again.

We booked this property four our anniversary given it's a Disney good neighbor affiliate. It's less than 5 minutes walking distance to Disney Springs. The rooms were very clean and their location is ideal, and you cannot beat the rates for families not wanting to pay the Disney accomadation prices. The staff was great and the food is great. What more could you ask for for having a memorable time. My feedback for this place is to always ask if the guest plans on attending the parks. If you do, they should notify the guests that if they plan to use the shuttle service, that you should be given a blue ticket to be eligible for early park attendance. We had a reservation with the shuttle, but was not given a blue ticket. Upon arriving, disney castmember gave us those instructions and was told we couldn't access without that ticket. Thankfully we showed them proof of reservation and they let us in. In addition if there is any wifi options, it should be shared with us. There wasn't any mention of this, but because we were out most of the days, it didn't bother us, but it could for others, especially when entertaining kids. Other than that, we would definitely come back again!

Just returned from a stay at this Wyndham and it was a great experience. Every employee we encountered was very pleasant and seemed to actually enjoy being at work. Bed was super comfortable and room was spacious. We returned from the parks every day with made beds and fresh towels. I love that they offer transportation to the Disney Parks - huge perk for my family. Also loved that we could easily walk to Disney Springs. We will definitely use them again for our next Disney vacation.

Don't be fooled by the lobby—the rooms are a massive letdown I was completely misled by the beautiful, modern entrance and lobby of this property. While the public areas are well-built and impressive, the rooms themselves feel like a cheap, outdated roadside motel. It is incredibly disappointing to see such a huge gap in quality; it’s clear the investment went into the entryway while the guest rooms have been totally neglected. The accommodations were dingy and poorly maintained—definitely not the Wyndham experience I expected. I would not stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at the Wyndham Garden Disney Springs. The front desk staff was exceptionally friendly and made us feel welcome right away. The only downside was that our luggage was misplaced at the bell station, which caused some inconvenience before it was found. Despite that, the hotel was comfortable and the service overall was very good. We would stay again.
