Wyndham Lake Buena Vista Disney Springs Resort Area

We had a great stay at Wyndham Garden Lake Buena Vista, and it exceeded my expectations in cleanliness and comfort. The hotel is perfectly located right at the border of the Disney Resort — as soon as you enter the Disney Resort area, you’ll find it. It’s also a Disney-certified hotel, which means you can use your confirmation number in the Disney app to get early entry access to the parks. Believe me, this makes a real difference! If you’re unsure how to set it up, the staff will gladly help. They also provide a promo code for a fabulous bus shuttle service to all the Disney parks. There are usually two buses: one serving Magic Kingdom & EPCOT, and another for Animal Kingdom & Hollywood Studios, running every hour. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, with a coffee machine, refrigerator, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, TV, and more. The bathroom is basic (not luxurious), but functional and clean. Service was excellent — whenever we needed something, the staff were quick and helpful. A few notes: bottled water is not provided complimentary, and they are firm about check-in and check-out times. Early check-in or late check-out is possible for an extra fee. Overall, a very convenient and pleasant stay, especially for Disney visitors.

GREAT LOCATION !!!!!!! Our 1st night we did have to change rooms due to ants once we moved we had a roach in the room , flying ant bugs in the bed 2 nights in a row & the shower did not cut off. Left wallet in room when going to park and my key was deactivated due to being by my phone. Once getting off the Disney bus went to the front counter to have it reactivated. I know protocol is a photo id however when asked for my name I provided it as well as my child & partners name. I advised again I left my wallet etc when going to the park for the day & it was in the room offered to have someone escort me but was treated as if I was not a customer here. It made me very uncomfortable and for a manager her tone & attitude stating " I'll call security to go check" as if I stole a key definitely changed my perspective of staying here again. EVERYONE before today has had AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE breakfast spot in the am has some good selections. We didn't get a chance to eat at the hotel but Disney Springs is next door with several different food options. I'd definitely say this is a convenient resort if planning to visit Disney. The busses to and from the park definitely a plus. Even with having to switch room service was great offered to have someone come & move our luggage for us. All it takes is 1 bad experience after spending 1000s to deter someone from returning . The new room did have hairs & tissue behind some furniture but we cleaned & got settled in. Rooms are available inside the hotel . We booked through Expedia & selected exterior(I assume they are cheaper based off appearance etc). UPDATE not sure if it was due to the review we didn't receive house keeping but no one came today

Lobby is beautiful and parking situation is great. Very close to Disney Springs. Easy to walk to or 3 minutes by Car. Room was nice, But A little small, Bathroom needs to be re done. I am 6 ft Tall and im taller then the shower head. Have to bend down just to even shower. If bathroom gets re done I would stay here again. Its nice. Not much complaints. Noisy neighbors with music and banging door.

First time staying here, and we will be back!! We typically stay at Disney resorts and have stayed at the All-Star resorts. However, the cost is always higher. Just stayed here at the Wyndham and it was lower pricing however exceptional service!! The rooms were clean, the employees were very friendly and informative. We will definitely be staying here for future Disney visits! One last thing to add is that the Disney view is phenomenal. You can see all of Disney Springs and it’s serene.

I mean, it's probably the closest hotel (technically this is a "motel" for those that understand the difference) to Disney Springs. Rooms are clean but about as spacious as a Howard Johnson -- maybe less so. Tiny bathroom, and this big guy needs space to put on his drawers. Hotel and grounds are nice. Pool is nice, with splash area for the kids and bar for the big kids.
