Disney told me this was a Disney resort, it is NOT. It's ok but it's in no way something I'd call a deluxe resort. The gentleman at the bell desk is full of energy and very kind but it's a bit much for me personally. He's also the ONLY extremely nice human in the facility. Nothing is the quality of a deluxe resort and honestly the only good part was being able to walk to Disney Springs to catch actual Disney busses. It was not dirty or scary but this is just a basic hotel with a deluxe label. I would have paid less to stay at a value resort on property and then wouldn't have had charter busses that don't follow any guidelines they give you.

We stayed at Wyndham Lake Buena Vista – Disney Springs Area for just one night before checking into our Disney resort, and I honestly wish we’d stayed longer. I booked it because I wanted to be close to Disney Springs and get an early start on our first park day, and this hotel ended up being a great choice. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Shelton and Marcus from Bell Service/Valet really stood out—Shelton’s personality is fantastic. We were both exhausted from a long travel day, but after just a few minutes talking with him, our moods completely turned around and we felt ready for vacation. The hotel was spotless and smelled fresh, and our room on the 19th floor was clean with a great view. The poolside grille was another pleasant surprise—the food was excellent, especially the loaded nachos and the passion fruit non-alcoholic drink. Honestly, their food was better than most of the quick-service or poolside options within the Disney resorts. The pool itself was also one of the nicest in the area, especially for families with kids. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Orlando/Disney area. Perfect location, great staff, and a really enjoyable stay from start to finish.

We stayed 3 nights here over Thanksgiving. Shantel at the front desk was great! Jill at the store/coffee area was so helpful. Jared at the pool bar/restaurant was awesome. He made sure our drinks and food were perfect. Great place to stay!

The location of the hotel was outstanding. We walked less than five minutes to Disney Springs. Access to the parks was easy too. We chose to Uber most of the time but did take the free shuttle once. The bathrooms in the tower rooms were a little small but we made it work. The staff was super nice and helpful. We will definitely be coming back.

I loved this hotel, it was so close to Disney springs like a 10 min walk. It was very safe, I found there was cops everywhere so I could walk at night feeling safe. The hotel was great. I had groceries delivered and wasn’t able to get out of my room since my kids were sleeping and they went out of their way to bring it to me, I really appreciated it. The pool was great for the kids and even the food by the pool was soooo good! Definitely recommend, especially for the price, the service, everything was great. Everything was awesome, they have shuttle buses too which run late so you can go home after disneyworld to take a nap then go back with the late bus. Great great great!
