The price was a bit much considering a normal room. Parking is not free nor is breakfast. I like the location of it since Disney Springs is only a 10 minute walk or less. I do like that there’s a coffee shop, a lil arcade and a small convenience store. Their blended coffee was great called Iced Dream Latte I believe. Price on the coffee was decent.

We really enjoy this Hotel and its location next to Disney Springs. The staff is always great and this trip we really enjoyed the pool bar’s food and service there. The only downside this trip was that we were placed in a room on the south west building facing the loading docks. Every morning way before sunrise the trucks and their backup alarms were blaring. Impossible to sleep-in in any of those rooms. The hotel was fully booked so they couldn’t move us. We will book there again but not in that area

If you want to visit Disney Springs this location is PERFECT. We spent more time then we thought we would over there because of the convenience. The pool here was also very enjoyable! And amazing staff, the valet person who welcomed us as we first was arrived was awesome, wish I got his name. Really kicked off a great couple of days here!

Love the proximity to Disney Springs! Staff was friendly and helpful. Gave my daughter a $10 game card to their little arcade which she appreciated. Pool was warm and the staff at the pool bar were great, food was as well. They also have shuttle service you can schedule to the parks AND this hotel qualifies for early entry to parks. My only complaint was the mattress being too firm for me but everyone has their preferences. Definitely recommend!

Stayed here for seven nights and I will not be returning. Arrived and were hit with resort fees that were overpriced for what they offered and we did not even use any of the amenities offered as this was a Disney trip where we spent our days at the parks. The bus service to Disney is a mess and a headache to operate. The walls were thin and we could hear every conversation. On our last day we noticed a very large cockroach in our room, we managed to get it outside, but we were completely disgusted. Promptly called and told hotel staff about the cockroach, to which they explained we would get a “vip clean.” No staff had shown up in a time we felt was reasonable for our findings, so we came down to the lobby to ask a time estimate and they had nothing on file of our complaint or to get a cleaning on our room. The woman at the desk told us the cleaning could take hours for the cleaners to reach our room, which I was very displeased with because we have a whole last day of Disney planned and we had to rush out of the room without getting ready because we were uncomfortable. They offered us nothing but new towels because we threw ours on the floor to cover the crack in the door making sure no other bugs would get in the room. I was not happy with this as we do not want to be in the room while we do not know where the bugs are or how many there are. I have stayed in numerous hotels and ones in this area, this is the first cockroach I have come across and I am disturbed and disgusted. The offers of the hotel staff were less than satisfactory and the staff were quite dismissive. I will not be returning.
