I recently stayed at this hotel for a few nights, and overall, it was a pleasant experience with a few pros and cons worth mentioning. **Location:** The biggest selling point of this hotel is its fantastic location. Just a 5-minute walk to Disney Springs, it made getting to the shopping, dining, and entertainment district incredibly easy. Being so close to the action was a huge plus, and I could stroll over in no time, which was especially nice after a long day at the parks. **Staff:** The staff here were outstanding. Every interaction I had was warm and friendly, from the front desk to the housekeeping team. They were incredibly accommodating and really went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed during my stay. **Rooms:** The rooms in the older section of the hotel are on the smaller side. While they’re functional and clean, they do feel a bit cramped, especially when you factor in luggage and other gear from a theme park trip. The furniture is a little worn, and some areas, like the carpets and bathrooms, have that “lived-in” feel. It's nothing terrible, but it’s clear this part of the hotel needs some love. Even though the room size is a bit tight, it was still comfortable enough for a short stay. The beds were decent, and the bathroom was adequately equipped. If you're not planning to spend much time in your room besides sleeping, it's definitely manageable. **Self-Service Laundry:** One feature I really appreciated was the self-service laundry. If you're traveling for a few days (or more), it’s such a great convenience to be able to wash and dry clothes on-site. The laundry area was clean, and it made it easy to freshen up clothes without having to worry about expensive dry cleaning services or finding a laundromat nearby. **Final Thoughts:** If you’re looking for a hotel with a great location and friendly, helpful staff, this is definitely a solid option. The older section of the hotel might not be the most luxurious, and the rooms are on the smaller side, but it’s clean, comfortable, and gets the job done. Plus, you can’t beat the proximity to Disney Springs! It’s a good choice for those who want a convenient place to stay without paying a premium for a Disney hotel. Would I stay again? Absolutely. It’s not perfect, but it offers excellent value for the price, and I’d happily return for the location and overall experience.

Although the location was very convient and the staff was very friendly. The room was bad. When we first arrived it felt as if the sheets were not finished drying and quickly realized the whole room was Dewey/humid. Even the carpet felt wet. Even after turning the AC low, it did not help at all. We called the front desk and they moved us to another room, that one was in the same condition. But with a 14 month old it was already late and she was sleeping so we decided to stay the night. We had to end up going to Walmart and buying a fan to help and got us through the night. We also realized that the fridge in the new room was not working where I had milk stored for my toddler, good thing we had a cooler with us. I honestly don’t know if other people were not complaining about the humidity in the rooms. I had pre booked the same hotel before we had arrived for the following weekend and quickly canceled my booking after this. We ended up staying at the holiday inn the following weekend. It was just down the street and it was a much better experience with clean rooms and bigger ones at that.i have never had an experience like this before.

The staff are the absolute best! This is by far the most welcomed we have felt on our entire trip. From the moment we got there to the moment we left everyone was friendly, greeted us with a smile everytime and offered to help in any way possible. Have genuinely never had this good of service staying on any other disney resort or disney area hotel. Outstanding custoner service from everyone.

First time staying here with my boyfriend for our trip to disneyworld. We spent 10+ hours each day at the park and needed a place to sleep, shower, and leave our luggage. This was perfect! The black out curtains made for perfect sleeping conditions in the Florida sun, the fan on the AC was perfect white noise, and the lobby shop was convenient! My only area for improvement in the room was the shower. No fan, moldy spots on the ceiling, and intense water pressure. But did the job. Less than 5 min walk to Disney springs. Totally accessible for strollers/wheelchairs (elevators). Literally off the hotel property, up some stairs (or elevator), and across a skybridge. And boom. You’re there. 10/10 shuttle service to the parks. Super easy QR code to scan and book a shuttle time. Free code to waive fees. Was reliable and mostly on time. Easy pick up at the end of the night as well. Didn’t know the first day that there were 2 shuttles (one for Epcot/MK) and the other for AK and HS. Once we figured that out, smooth sailing. Rodney is a fabulous driver. 100% would stay here again and would recommend to friends/family. We did NOT use the pool, restaurants, arcade, or bar, but all were available.

Older rooms are just OK. Very clean. People at the front desk are not very friendly which is a bummer, being excited to be at Disney! A friendly greeting is not hard to do. The shampoo and conditioner in the showers is horrible. If you need conditioner to detangle, bring g your own! Great location just across the street from Disney Springs. Pool and Bar staff were amazing! Overall, we had a great time!
