We just stayed one night but wanted close proximity to Disney Springs and this did not disappoint. And while we didn’t use the shuttle to the parks this time, it was nice knowing that was an option. Price was great. We didn’t see the pool area but the bathroom was basic but clean the grout, which I always notice was white! Sheets were clean as were pillowcases. No frill but just what we needed. Staff were pleasant and so was the bellhop wait in outside. Loaded our luggage for Lyft and opened our doors- love that little extra service! Joffreys coffee is in the lobby if you’re a coffee drinker but also has a coffee maker in the room, safe and rather large mini fridge which was a surprise. Will definitely stay here again due to cleanliness, proximity and price!

We stayed at Wyndham garden lake for 3 nights. We arrived early in the morning, Samual has been very helpful to find a room for us to early check in. The room is motel style, but has everything you need. House keeping serves daily, and keep everything clean and nice. The pool is big and kids really enjoyed it. The onsite laundry room is very convenient. $4.5 a load paid through phone by scanning Code. Free shuttle to Disney world and 30 minutes early entry are great perks to enjoy the theme park. I wish there is a microwave available for outside food. Overall a nice experience.

We stay at this hotel every time we visit Disney over the last 5 years! We love how clean this hotel is, the service is great, and we love how close the hotel is to Disney Springs. I mean you’d fall in love with the smell of their lobby if you stayed too! ALSO shout out to Ana at the front desk! 10/10 stars! Ana was very accommodating and the sweetest. Thank you for being so personal with my husband and I at check in!

I enjoyed the place, all staff were first class and friendly. I didn't like my room that was facing the car park and I could not open my windows. (But it didn't overly bothered me as I was a Business traveler.) I would like a kettle to boil water for making my own tea/coffee or hot meal. That was missing. Location-wise. Best location to access Disney Springs which was a lovely evening I spent before my week long work. Will I choose this place again. YES!

Be extremely cautious booking this hotel through Expedia. Despite receiving multiple confirmation emails from both Expedia and the hotel in the days and weeks leading up to my stay, I arrived only to be told my reservation “did not exist” anywhere in their system. What made this situation unacceptable wasn’t just the missing reservation, it was the staff’s complete indifference. I repeatedly approached the front desk looking for help and was met with blank stares, zero urgency, and no real attempt to resolve the issue. I ended up sitting in the lobby for nearly two hours waiting for any kind of answer. When the manager on duty finally came out, after multiple attempts to get help from the front desk staff, they offered nothing new, only repeating the same non-answers I had already been given. There was no apology, reassurance, or effort to help. While I understand that system issues can happen, the total lack of customer care was inexcusable. The only option offered was a one-night stay instead of my confirmed two nights, which I would have had to pay for out of pocket, since they had no availability for two consecutive nights. Choosing that option would have required me to return the following day to see if another room became available, which is completely unreasonable while on vacation. Due to the hotel’s failure and unwillingness to take responsibility, I was forced to dispute the charges through Expedia. When I contacted Expedia to request a refund, I was told they had to reach out to the property for a final decision. The following day, Expedia emailed me stating, “We’ve reviewed your case with the hotel, but unfortunately, they’ve declined the refund request,” and offered only a $50 Expedia credit. After a significant amount of back-and-forth, I was only able to get the full refund processed by threatening to dispute the charges with my credit card company. This was a frustrating, time-wasting experience that I would not recommend to anyone. It’s not even the fact that the reservation didn’t exist that bothered me the most, it was the staff’s attitude and their complete unwillingness to take accountability, offer solutions, or provide any meaningful guidance throughout the entire process.
