Pool outstanding. Staff wonderful. Lobby beautiful. Very convenient and safe walk to Disney Springs shopping area. The room we had gave more motel vibes and was quite small. We were in the pool level maybe that’s why. Even the beds were small. It would have been nice to have a more luxurious room. I did appreciate the affordable and quality coffee in the lobby. All in all thank you ❤️

We stayed at Wyndham garden lake for 3 nights. We arrived early in the morning, Samual has been very helpful to find a room for us to early check in. The room is motel style, but has everything you need. House keeping serves daily, and keep everything clean and nice. The pool is big and kids really enjoyed it. The onsite laundry room is very convenient. $4.5 a load paid through phone by scanning Code. Free shuttle to Disney world and 30 minutes early entry are great perks to enjoy the theme park. I wish there is a microwave available for outside food. Overall a nice experience.

I enjoyed the place, all staff were first class and friendly. I didn't like my room that was facing the car park and I could not open my windows. (But it didn't overly bothered me as I was a Business traveler.) I would like a kettle to boil water for making my own tea/coffee or hot meal. That was missing. Location-wise. Best location to access Disney Springs which was a lovely evening I spent before my week long work. Will I choose this place again. YES!

Overall bad experience. At first, staff was awesome with arranging dates and helping us secure a room. But upon arrival you are harassed about time shares. Waited hours in the lobby for my room to be ready since they told me they would notify me, they never notified me and I only went to check when I noticed they were handing out other rooms. Rooms were gross, stinky, and musty. Like actually disgusting. Never felt truly clean in there. Disney transportation is a nightmare, waited an hour in 40 degrees for our bus to never show up. Front desk gave us the pamphlet for bus pick up that morning, and we found out the hotel just forgot to tell their guests that busses weren’t running that night (we asked them that morning about bus pick up!) just, buck up and pay for an on site Disney hotel. If the owner comments some fake apology I will be even more upset.

We loved our stay at the Wyndham Hotel, when we walked into our room it was so clean and smelled really nice. They had a good size fridge and coffee maker. The bathroom came with shampoo body wash and conditioner, even hand lotion and hand soap huge size that’s a big plus for me with two toddlers. We were walking distance from the pool, witch was my favorite part of the hotel, it was perfect for small kids mine loved it, and the restaurant was so nice especially the employees, my sons had a melt down and the server was awesome with him, gave him a juice and was so patient. I wish I would have remembered his name. Over all it was so nice the only thing that was off was the loud ness of the air conditioning unit omg was it loud.
