Very friendly staff members who assist you with any questions you may have for them at any time of the day or night. The rooms are clean and very nice looking. TV is good and has about +20 channels of all sorts of movies, TV shows, and cartoons available for everyone. The pool is very simple yet very nice to swim in. The food from the little convenience store inside the hotel is very cost-efficient for snacks or food late at night. Would highly recommend this hotel to others unless attending the event we attended. Staff is not friendly towards specific aspects of conventions happening nearby but friendly if you break a rule or policy the first time.

Great hotel. I have stayed here on multiple occasions and have always enjoyed the experience including the pool and poolside bar. The past couple of family reunions we have had in Orlando we have booked the Rosen Plaza and they have given us great rates and great hospitality. The location is also fantastic, in the heart of International Drive. I'm looking forward to staying here again.

We stayed here for a family reunion. Everything was great. The beds was comfortable, the staff was friendly, everything was cleaned. We stayed on the second floor. We heard no loud noises from the salon area. Bellhop was eager to help us as we are handicap. The food was good and everything was so convenient. We didn’t have to leave the hotel if we chose not to. I left(forgot) my purse in the restaurant overnight and my husband went to the luggage claim to get it the next morning. I had over $300 cash in my wallet. Everything was still in my wallet. I was really surprised. Nothing was missing. Honest/friendly staff. I would recommend this hotel and we plan to come back soon as a vacation spot!!!!

I've been here since Thursday for the con and all the staff insecurities has been very nice and kind but very helpful!! The rooms are very nice and lovely I would say the one downside is paying for parking I would suggest if the person's here more than 2 days they shouldn't have to pay for parking or for a very high price that is the only complaint I have other than that I love it here 🥰 Also, a big special things to Miss Ashley and miss Althea on 3rd shift helping me out around 2:00 am and 3:00 am in the morning with questions and in info and have been really kind

Rooms are fine. Nothing fancy but they are clean and well kept. Service at all the areas we were in was great. The downstairs bar makes great cocktails. The hotel is walking distance to soooo many things within a 20 minute walk or less.
