Excellent hotel. We stayed here for 6 nights for our daughter's high school activity. Location is fantastic. Service is excellent (valet, housekeeping). Beds are little small for 2 adults. :) But overall very comfortable. Food at the deli is extremely tasty and fast.

I stayed at this hotel for the recent Anime Festival Orlando that just happened last weekend of June. I had a great time! The hotel was the perfect-sized venue for this con. I didn't have issues finding parking as a hotel guest. The building was easy to navigate, too. With the con events on the lobby and second floors, the rooms were fairly quiet. But granted, I was on the 10th floor, away from much of the bustle of the con, so it may have been quieter than others' stays. The room was comfortable. I especially found the bed to be nice, and the firmer pillows were to my liking. Usually at hotels, my head sinks into their skimpy pillows like a bowling ball, but not these! Actual neck support on my vacation was a win. The bathroom also had a vanity mirror inside in addition to the sink vanity just outside the bathroom, so 2 people could do their makeup at once without crowding together in front of one mirror. The pool view was nice, the club downstairs had friendly bartenders who made delicious cocktails, and the little cafeteria had good food. A tad overpriced, but worth it for being so convenient, and at least the meal portions were a good size. Overall, can't complain.

Was tempted to give this place 3* purely for check-in experience. It appears this hotel doesn't check anyone in early, which regularly leads to massive lines when check-in begins. Waited in a line for over 45 minutes, which is unacceptable. Stayed for a convention, and found the facilities nice and the rooms clean. Access to International Drive and the convention center with the sky bridge nice. I would stay again, but only if I was okay with checking in after 6pm.

Please read this before staying here. They will charge you for EVERYTHING! Parking is extra, the gym is extra, the internet is extra. I didn’t go to the pool so I’m wondering if you have to pay for that also. I’m surprised they didn’t have a debit card machine on the toilet to charge you to flush it. I ask for a cart to get stuff out of our car and they wouldn’t let me take it. The bellhop said he had to take it out there and help me. This place is groomed to rake the money out of you. Go somewhere else unless you don’t care about money. I’m not broke but I expect when I stay somewhere that I am able to use amenities at no cost. I’ll never stay here again. There are way better places to stay for the same price or less. Only reason I stayed here was because the event I was going to was having it at this hotel.

Great stay for our recent work trip! Easy access to multiple venues across the street for food and entertainment. Comfortable, quality rooms. Odd that beds were only double instead of queen, but still comfortable and clean. Fantastic amenities and great food throughout the weekend. See you next time!
