Excellent hotel in the middle of everything. The rooms are very clean a little outdated. The bedding was clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The buffet in the restaurant was very good and a decent value for a tourist area. Would stay again highly recommend. Check Priceline for an excellent deal.

Great stay for our recent work trip! Easy access to multiple venues across the street for food and entertainment. Comfortable, quality rooms. Odd that beds were only double instead of queen, but still comfortable and clean. Fantastic amenities and great food throughout the weekend. See you next time!

I would just like to thank everyone who worked the Mothers Day Brunch. What a beautiful selection and variety of foods. A flavorful variety of such items as conch salad to butter chicken. My husband loved the Hawaiian chicken salad, and I loved the bruschetta with artichoke spread. Too many items to list, but a bounty of seafood and prime rib with horseradish were available. Thank you again to attentive yet not overbearing staff. And thank you for working this holiday, all the line cooks and kitchen staff.

The staff (all but one rude supervisor, before dawn when I was decaffeinated) are amazing and the food at Jacks was superb. The conference amenities were beautiful and despite multiple concurrent events was seamless. The room block rate was exceptional so event planners should consider it. The pool area is wonderful and plentiful parking. Never ran out of hot water at various times of the day and comfortable beds. The VIP dinner at Jacks was fabulous. Happy hour (4-7) was enjoyed by everyone and the after party at 3NINE was over the top with ample indoor and outdoor space with great bartenders! The only issue of the trip was the bill. I was charged for ADA parking despite being told it was included AND I was double charged. When I called to have it corrected the supervisor was immediately rude. The sun wasn’t even up yet! Instead of deescallating she doubled down. Hopefully the manager can resolve when he arrives but not a fun way to start the day when they are clearly wrong to double charge.

My son and I are just back from 10 nights in the Rosen Plaza. What a fabulous hotel. Super friendly, quick check in and lovely big room with 2 really comfy beds. Great pool area with plenty sunbeds and towels. Great on-site shop and if you've had a hard day at the parks there's a take away serving fresh pizza, hot rolls and other lovely things to eat in your room. We had the buffet breakfast every morning and it was amazing, so much choice , filled us up for the day. Coffee and OJ served by friendly restaurant staff......thank you guys. Being on I-Drive it's location is excellent to all the parks. If you have a late flight the hotel will securely store your luggage so you can enjoy your last day. Will definitely visit again.
