This hotel is older but in a great spot, within walking distance of great nightlife and restaurants. The pool is huge and the lawn chairs are endless. Valet is quick. Coffee shop inside has delicious coffee. Poolside bar serves food as well and it’s great. There is also a lobby bar that is pretty good as well. Not impressed with the restaurant here though. Other than that, all around great experience.

I recently stayed at the Rosen Plaza Hotel in Orlando and had a fantastic experience. The location couldn’t be better—right on International Drive, with everything from restaurants to attractions just a short walk away. What really stood out to me was how reasonably priced the food was at the hotel. But the best part? They actually let you bring your own food and drinks to the pool - made our pool days so much more relaxed and affordable. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, and overall, it was a great value. I’d definitely stay here again.

We have just returned from a family holiday over the February half term. I researched lots of hotels on International Drive, and it can be very difficult to choose the best option as the reviews can be so mixed. I have to say we can not fault our stay, the hotel itself, and our room was kept clean and tidy. The pool facilities were lovely. They have towels you can use by the poolside. There was an ice machine and vending machine at the end of our corridor. The lifts were very efficient never had to wait long. The location was great. We could walk outside straight onto International Drive, where there were plenty of shops and restaurants to choose from. The only negatives that didn't really affect us as we had booked through Virgin holidays were the parking charges, which you have to pay daily if you want to use the car park. Fortunately, we had no fees to pay as it was included in our package. Also, the air conditioning in the room can be a bit noisy. (Maybe pack some earplugs) We had a lovely stay and felt completely safe and comfortable in the hotel.

We recently stayed here on our first trip to Orlando. I’d be more than happy to stay again on future visits. The rooms were cleaned every day to a very high standard. I was really impressed with the attention to detail of the cleaning staff. It’s a rare find to have your room done every day these days. Location was ideal for the Disney and universal attractions. I don’t think I paid more than $15 dollars in a taxi to visit any of the parks. This wasn’t an issue for us but something to be aware of is the hotel is a hot spot for various conferences so some areas can be blocked off for exclusive use by companies.

We started our 4 day getaway finding out the parking was not included in the resort fees; our oversight because it is in fine print when booking, just no price. We then tried to unload our baggage and were confronted by employee who told us we couldn’t take the cart and that they had to take it up for us. My husband parked the car while I went upstairs with concierge/bellhop (?) and he WOULD NOT leave room after telling him I would tip him later downstairs. He asked “Will your husband be long parking car? I accept CashApp and Venmo”. Very tacky and uncomfortable!!! I did advise manager to have group conversation because I didn’t want to give employee’s name. Also; younger adults were in the back parking area drinking and peeing in lot and leaning on our car. Security manager Frankie went ABOVE AND BEYOND to move our car up front AND he took information to avoid future incidents. I think above mentioned young adults were friends of guests and not actually guests themselves. Housekeeping cleaned EVERY day and the manager of that department went to every room to ask if they needed anything and if it was cleaned…this was pleasant surprise since not a lot of hotels/resorts clean rooms daily. KUDDOS on the clean room and housekeeping - TOP NOTCH. Also a shout out to Will in security because he always asked everyone how they were and just friendly conversation making you feel welcome. Arianna from 39 Bar and Grill was also super sweet, friendly and attentive to all customers. Great job!!!
