Fantastic hotel. Staff were really nice, helpful and always smiling. We had a room overlooking the front of the hotel - towards International Drive and Epic World. Nice views on a night all lit up. Rooms were clean and spacious. Pool was closed for two days when we arrived due to maintenance, but when it opened it was lovely! Music around the pool and a bar. Drinks quite expensive, but that's Florida. Still waiting for our $100.00 deposit back though..

The attention to detail—from the neatly folded linens to the sparkling bathroom—truly stood out. It’s clear that the housekeeping team takes great pride in their work. The staff were courteous and quick, and the space had such a relaxing, artistic vibe. ☕🥐 Later at Bar Andy, the mood shifted beautifully — classy, upbeat, and full of good energy. The drinks were perfectly mixed 🍹, and Andy himself brought such charisma behind the bar. Great conversation, great service, and an all-around memorable evening. I’ll definitely be back soon! 🌟🍸✨ 🌹✨ 8th Anniversary Celebration at Rosen Plaza (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️) We celebrated our 8th anniversary at the Rosen Plaza, and it was absolutely wonderful! 💕 This is our second year staying at this hotel, and once again, we were beyond impressed. The staff is friendly, the rooms are spotless, and the atmosphere is elegant yet cozy — everything felt special from the moment we arrived. Thank you, Rosen Plaza, for helping make our celebration so memorable! 🥂💖

The staff here was excellent! Donna was very welcoming. Breakfast was good each day! I loved that they kept fresh mint, lemon cucumber water in the lobby area! It was easy to grab the shuttle there to the convention every 15 minutes. Overall, it was a pleasant stay!

Terrible experience!!! Do not trust the fake reviews! This was by far the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had. Be careful with the reviews online many of them seem fake, coming from random accounts and suspicious email names. Don’t be fooled by the ratings. When we arrived around noon, we asked if it was possible to check in early, and the front desk said yes if we paid a $50 early check-in fee. We agreed, paid, and have proof of the our conversation with the hotel through Booking.com which I’ll be attaching as evidence. We had already informed the hotel in advance that we were traveling with two trained service dogs way before the trip even started, provided all documentation, and were told there would be no additional fees. Still, on the same day at night the hotel charged our card $121 without authorization, claiming it was because we had dogs in the room. They already knew about the dogs before our arrival, so this charge was completely unjustified. To make things worse, they kept calling claiming the dogs were barking even when the dogs weren’t in the room and sometimes we were in the room w them and the dogs weren’t barking at all, clearly trying to find reasons to charge extra. When asked for a name, the man at the front desk refused to identify himself. This hotel is not pet-friendly at all and charges guests without consent. The only positive thing is the location near Universal and restaurants, but everything else was a nightmare. We do not recommend this hotel, especially to anyone traveling with pets or service animals.

⭐️ The worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I’ve never dealt with such terrible customer service and dishonest practices before. When I booked, I paid extra for a specific room type, but they placed us in a completely different room without any explanation or refund. The staff at the lobby was rude and unhelpful, and things only got worse from there. Before my stay, I contacted the hotel to inform them that I was traveling with two trained service dogs, provided all documentation, and was told it would be fine with no additional charges. (Which I have proof) At check-in, they didn’t charge me for the dogs, we arrived around noon, I asked if it was possible to check in early, and the front desk said yes, if I paid a $50 early check-in fee. I agreed, signed, and authorized that charge. But right around 8pm same day, I noticed a $121 unauthorized charge on my card. When I called the front desk to ask about it, the man I spoke to said it was because I had dogs in my room, even though they already knew this from the beginning and had all my information. It was completely unacceptable and dishonest. They also kept calling my room, claiming that the dogs were barking and disturbing guests, even when my dogs were not in the room at all. It was clearly an excuse to try to charge more fees. When I asked for the employee’s name, he refused to identify himself. This hotel is not pet-friendly at all, and they charge your card without authorization. The only positive thing I can say is the location … it’s close to Universal and some restaurants. But honestly, it’s not worth the stress, lies, and lack of respect. I will never stay here again and do not recommend this hotel, especially to anyone traveling with pets or service animals. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ General Manager! I wanted to update my review because I believe it’s only fair. My original review was simply to share my experience at the Rosen Plaza Hotel… not to be negative, but to be honest about what happened. I was recently contacted by the General Manager from the Rosen Plaza Hotel (unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name), who called me personally to discuss the situation we experienced. He was very professional and genuinely apologetic. He explained that this is not how they want guests to be treated and emphasized that the hotel truly welcomes pets. He assured me that steps would be taken to prevent this from happening again and that he wanted to make things right. He also mentioned that a refund would be issued, and I did receive the refund of extra fees charged. I truly appreciate that he took the time to call and personally address the issue. It shows that the hotel cares about its guests and is committed to improving. Thank you for making the effort to make things right.
