Fantastic hotel. Staff were really nice, helpful and always smiling. We had a room overlooking the front of the hotel - towards International Drive and Epic World. Nice views on a night all lit up. Rooms were clean and spacious. Pool was closed for two days when we arrived due to maintenance, but when it opened it was lovely! Music around the pool and a Drinks quite expensive, but that's Florida. Still waiting for our $50 deposit back though.. **** UPDATE **** I did receive my $50 deposit back - thank you!

We booked a two-night stay here. One of the listed accommodations is free Wi-Fi which most places have these days. They do technically have fee wifi but you have to reconnect every 40 seconds. If you have business you're working on that is not prime. The reason for coming to Orlando was to claim and bring back my son's remains. So while waiting for his ashes to be ready I was trying to work on planning a celebration of life and other funeral arrangements. These tasks were pretty much impossible with 40 seconds of internet usage at a time. Then to top things off the entire staff at this hotel, those who speak English, are rude in condescending. There is only one employee worth a damn as far as I can tell and that's a girl who works at the pool. She was kind and came to check on me while I was crying my eyes out in the bathroom and brought me a bottle of water. My boyfriend also got a piece of glass in his foot while down in the pool area. The staff didn't care or seem concerned at all about that. Too bad the pool girl that I mentioned didn't work till the next day. The morning that we were checking out, my boyfriend was down near the street corner towards the end of the property for the hotel pacing while on his phone and a staff member from inside came out to tell him that he could not be there. This was hours before checkout. He let them know that he was a guest of the hotel and he was still told that he could not be there. After we checked out, we were sitting in the lobby Cafe area at a table while figuring out where we wanted to go since the ashes were still not ready. While sitting there for an hour we were harassed numerous times by hotel staff and security when I believe that the fact that they still had not released my deposit I believe I have a right to sit there. But this hotel is a disgrace the rooms are okay but nothing great It's like going to a little America which is outdated even though they supposedly just reopened a few years back. The staff are all rude jerks. The location was definitely not close to anything we needed it for such as the airport funeral home and it's really not in a great part of town. I would definitely take a pocket knife out with me if going out after dark. All in all stay away from this hotel bad news all over it.

Keep shining, Q! 🙌💯 ⸻ ☕🍸 Café Matisse & Bar Andy – A Perfect Experience (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️) Café Matisse was the perfect place to start the day — cozy atmosphere, excellent coffee, and delicious pastries that tasted freshly baked. The staff were courteous and quick, and the space had such a relaxing, artistic vibe. ☕🥐 Later at Bar Andy, the mood shifted beautifully — classy, upbeat, and full of good energy. The drinks were perfectly mixed 🍹, and Andy himself brought such charisma behind the bar. Great conversation, great service, and an all-around memorable evening. I’ll definitely be back soon! 🌟🍸✨ 🌹✨ 8th Anniversary Celebration at Rosen Plaza (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️) We celebrated our 8th anniversary at the Rosen Plaza, and it was absolutely wonderful! 💕 This is our second year staying at this hotel, and once again, we were beyond impressed. The staff is friendly, the rooms are spotless, and the atmosphere is elegant yet cozy — everything felt special from the moment we arrived. Thank you, Rosen Plaza, for helping make our celebration so memorable! 🥂💖

We stayed here three nights and it was great right from the beginning Kay at the front desk was wonderful, and called us immediately when our room was ready. Chuck at the bell desk was kind enough to give us a 25% discount at Jacks. But when we got to Jack’s, it was closed and Shawn at the bar, said we would be served the same food by him, and Alvin, the restaraunt Manager said he would honour the discount. They were both Fantastic hosts and the food was a 10 out of 10. Café Matisse is the breakfast place and it too was excellent. 39. Poolside bar and Grill, same, also excellent. The staff here was excellent! Donna was very welcoming. Breakfast was good each day! I loved that they kept fresh mint, lemon cucumber water in the lobby area! It was easy to grab the shuttle there to the convention every 15 minutes. Overall, it was a pleasant stay!
