Came here for a conference because it was listed as connected to the conference center. Keep in mind that it's a LONG walk to get to the conference Center, particularly a, b, and c sections. The building itself looks nice in the rooms are nice looking. However, when we checked in they said, "oh by the way, there's construction going on from 9:00 to 6:00." It would have been nice if we had known that ahead of time because we would have selected a different hotel. If you listen to the video there's constant drilling all day long. We started out on the second floor but we're woken up to construction noise closer to 8:00 a.m. we were also right near the pool and they have a speaker with a deep base beat that goes on constantly for much of the night. I finally fell asleep around 2:00 a.m. We called and asked them to move us so they moved us up to the 14th floor but now we just happened to be between construction on both sides. The hammering starts around 8:30 and the drilling is so loud we have to raise our voices to hear each other. When we go to a hotel, we don't need a lot. A nice clean and quiet place to stay are the main things. Everything was clean, but it was far from quiet.

Our experience with the Rosen Plaza Hotel was truly exceptional from beginning to end. The level of professionalism, communication, organization, and hospitality provided by the entire team exceeded every expectation we had. The entire staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our event was handled with care, excellence, and attention. From the planning process to event execution, their support was outstanding. The ballroom setup, food service, coordination, responsiveness, and guest experience were all seamless and executed at the highest level. Our attendees, sponsors, and speakers continuously complimented the venue, service, and overall atmosphere throughout the event. It is rare to find a team that makes you feel genuinely supported and valued during such an important production, and Rosen Plaza absolutely delivered that experience for us. We are beyond grateful for their partnership and highly recommend Rosen Plaza Hotel for corporate events, conferences, and high-level productions. We truly look forward to working with them again in the future.

This hotel’s only redeeming virtues are their people. Everyone working there is lovely, and the rooms are as clean as they can be if they were designed in 1986. The hotel, however is not a 4 star. It is old and run down. For a huge hotel, the fitness center is tiny and gross (with no way to wipe or clean the equipment when you are done). I was part of a work conference room block so I did not choose to stay here in the first place and will not be staying here again.

We had a great time at this hotel this past weekend! We opted for the health and wellness package so we could have breakfast and WOW what a delightful treat! Food was terrific! And we want to give a special shout out to Sandy, who was our server! She was absolutely wonderful and we will be returning!!!

The room renovations are almost complete. Love the new decor...bright and cheerful. The new walk-in shower with grab bar was amazing. Only negative was the lack of a second chair.
