This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. They were extremely accommodating for us. Their text service is extremely helpful when you need a quick question answered. The shuttles were also considerably useful when being transported to Disney. The views from our room were wonderful and I would absolutely come here again if I ever found myself in this otherwise forsaken city. Thanks for a great stay!

Our stay at Wyndham Grand Orlando Resort Bonnet Creek was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The property is stunning, beautifully maintained, and perfectly located near the parks — but what truly made our experience unforgettable was the outstanding service. We were celebrating my birthday, and the team made it feel so special from the moment we arrived. A very special thank you to LATRICHE and BRIDGET at the front desk. They welcomed us with genuine warmth, professionalism, and such positive energy. They went above and beyond to make sure everything about our stay was perfect and that my birthday celebration felt truly memorable. Their kindness, attention to detail, and willingness to help made us feel valued and genuinely cared for. It’s rare to experience hospitality that feels this sincere. Because of Latriche and Bridget, my birthday trip wasn’t just a vacation — it became a beautiful memory we will always cherish. We cannot wait to return. Highly recommend this beautiful resort and its incredible team!

TIMESHARE COMMUNITY. The hotel is just one of eight other large buildings surrounding the lake and sharing all the amenities. These other buildings are all Wyndham timeshares. So they are loaded with families with little kids. Both days of our week-long stay in FEB when we tried to use our own pool or any of the other pools in the shared property we could not find a lounger. This is partly due to the Grand itself. Every day we were there they had large business groups and several days they closed half of the pool to accommodate business events. You then have to venture into what I came to call The Jungle and I'm not kidding. I love kids but as two older empty nester adults it was not our groove you know. When I asked the staff if they could add a few loungers to our pool -- because there was plenty of room for more loungers even with the event -- they told me to go to another pool. I looked at them and said, have you been out there, have you seen what it's like? No response. They did not set up the extra loungers by the way. Seems after talking to four staffers nobody had the authority. While I was waiting for the manager to return to the property spied a couple leaving so darted down and claimed their loungers. If you're a Wyndham person reading this review just know that during the weekdays I did not see any Cabana staff down at the pool to help. If you're also without kids just know that the shuttle service to Disney is oriented for early departures. We liked to leave around 11:00 and ended up taking ride shares. It's about $15 each way. The property is super close and that was awesome. The rooms are beginning to look a bit worn. Our toilet needed to be reset. Our carpet had some stains. Shower needed to be worked on. But honestly I think that's why the room rates are so reasonable compared to other properties nearby. The one night we dined at their seafood restaurant the sushi chef was out so literally half the menu was unavailable. We had sausage pasta and it was great. Bar staff is awesome friendly. On the plane after departing while reviewing our emailed final bill I realized none of our prepaid rooms had been applied so I had to call and get that fixed. Overall we enjoyed our stay but it really took a bit of work and some accommodating on our side. Just remember you do get what you pay for. Just have the appropriate adjusted expectations when staying here. I can't imagine what it's like during the summer!

My family and I have stayed at the Wyndham Grand Bonnet Creek twice now, and both visits have been excellent. It’s a very family-friendly resort, with great pools and plenty of activities to keep the kids entertained. The location is ideal—so close to Disney and all of its parks. One of the standout features is the shuttle service, which makes getting to all four Disney parks and Disney Springs easy, convenient, and affordable. One of the shuttle drivers, Nelson, truly went above and beyond. He was energetic, knowledgeable, and a very safe driver, and he clearly took pride in taking care of his passengers—especially the kids, handing out water bottles, suckers, and Mickey/Minnie ear headbands. Thanks to him, Tina Turner has been on repeat at our house since the trip! He genuinely made our experience extra special. Another highlight was the excellent breakfast buffet, with a wide selection including made-to-order omelettes and waffles—an easy and enjoyable way to start busy park days. The staff were fantastic as well—thank you to Heather, Richard, and Sandy for taking such great care of our family every morning. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily return to the Wyndham Grand Bonnet Creek on a future trip.

Great resort with one major area for improvement The Wyndham Resort in Orlando is, overall, a very good option. The rooms are spacious, well maintained, and comfortable, with a bed that allows for a great night’s rest. The staff and overall service are good and meet expectations. One of the resort’s biggest strengths is the property itself: it’s large, with a great pool, beautiful surroundings, and solid, well-kept buildings. The grounds are clearly cared for and designed to be enjoyed. The major downside — and honestly a disappointing one — is the Starbucks café inside the hotel. The product quality is very poor, the service is bad, and the experience is far below the standard of the rest of the resort. It feels completely out of place and drags down what is otherwise a very positive stay. With a coffee option that matches the quality of the resort, this would easily be a 5-star experience.
