I've stayed in many many many resorts and this one is always my favorite 😍. Friendliest staff, cleanest spaces, most accommodating. ❤️. The fish are gorgeous and create lasting memories with the kiddos when you get to feed them. The ducks are the cutest as well. I already look forward to our next stay here. This is also my most favorite place to go for a run and I don't even like running! The sites are just so beautiful, you can't help but be inspired.

After reading the reviews I was pleasantly surprised with the level of service that we received. The valet service was amazing and always had our car waiting for us when we called down to have it brought to the front. The housekeeping staff was very attentive when we needed extra towels and came everyday to clean and change towels. The view from the balcony was beautiful especially during the morning great place to sit and drink your morning coffee. I just wish they had a microwave to heat up our leftovers from our dinners. They do have a mini refrigerator, but not a microwave. I think the best part of our trip was the lifeguard, Mark, at the pirate ship pool. My kids and I were really the only ones at the pool that day and Mark started up a conversation with us and was laughing with my kids. He really was just the nicest person. Made sure my kids and I were being safe, but also being a nice guy and laughing with us having fun in the pool and on the slide. We had a great experience and will defiantly be staying here again.

We stayed at the Wyndham Grand Bonnet Creek in April 2025 for a family trip. I can't say more wonderful things about this property and the staff. They were all so friendly and kind and welcoming. They included a welcome surprise which was unexpected and a wonderful touch that was very appreciated. The onsite restaurants and pool were great, and the location was ideal. We will definitely be back and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the area!

The hotel is a bit overpriced considering its location it’s quite far from the city and there aren’t many restaurants or shops nearby. Some basic amenities like a toothbrush, slippers, and a kettle were missing from the room, which would have made the stay more comfortable. On the positive side, the shuttle service to Disney World and the on-site Starbucks were very convenient. I’d also recommend adding some breakfast sandwiches to the menu for more variety.

The 2-bedroom unit was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure our comfort. The amenities, especially the lazy river and pool, were top-notch. I highly recommend Bonnet Creek for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Can't wait to visit again!
