INDA HAUS
Room: Medium sized resort with 3 pools, waterpark for younger kids and the lazy river. The rooms were clean and well laid out. We lost hot water for a few hours on our last day but other than that I have no complaints about the room. Service: Carlos in the star class pool bar is a saint. He made sure we always had full drinks and also ensured that my daughter had fresh fruit. Most of the service was top notch with the odd exception. Entertainment: the evening shows mostly started at 9pm so we missed them all having a small child to put to bed but the pool staff actually had games and activities that got us out of our seats. Food: actually great for an all inclusive. The steakhouse was best, followed by the tapenyaki and the Indian. The biggest disappointment was the Mexican. Go figure. We paid to be star class which we felt was worth it. It gave us access to the star class pool (only heated pool). It also gave us more dinner options. Book all of your dinners on your first day or you won’t get a table. Get up before 7 to reserve your pool loungers.

Family of 4, with youngin’s and we LOVED this resort! So much to do. Food options were endless, we enjoyed the lazy river and kids splash park. Beach and water were super clean. All the staff were fantastic!! Consistent service and treated very well. Rooms were clean and we had crib, dehumidifier, and other needs brought to us immediately upon request. 10/10 recommend!

Decent resort definitely will never come back. Pools are so cold. Main reason we booked this place was for the lazy river, we didn’t even use it because it was so cold. We upgraded to star class for an extra 700 usd just so we could use the star class pool which is heated, so that one isn’t too bad. If you do come you should upgrade so you can actually get in a pool but the other perks wasn’t worth it, the lounge was never fully stocked, also I don’t think the booze in the bottles where actually what was advertised as all the bottles where the same colour and didn’t taste good. No towels by the beach you have to bring some from the pools. Beach was nice tho. Lots of activities throughout the day. Staff was friendly. But I will never return mainly since the pools suck I didn’t think a cold pool would bother me and I thought other guests were being overly critical but it’s so cold barely anyone in the pools.

Planet Hollywood was okay, definitely did not exceed expectations. The rooms were a little bit run down, with our balcony door handle hanging on by a thread. The water in the room was definitely an issue with occasional brown metallic smelling liquid coming out of the faucet. Additionally, the temperature of water in the shower was inconsistent and would go cold. The service was reasonably good, a lot of friendly staff. However, I did have an issue with some of the wait times for food (sometimes over an hour for pizza or at the sports bar). There was also a case where they were limiting us to 2 drinks per person at a time, which makes no sense when 1 person is grabbing 4 drinks for 4 people. We also had an instance where my group was asked to leave a review by lobby staff, to which we replied sure! I didn’t expect them to take control of my phone and give themselves 5 stars all around. This tactic is not honest and provides a misrepresentation of experiences that guests have. To people looking to book this resort. Overall not bad, but not great, the reviews are skewed a bit so I would not trust them 100%.

First impressions on the hotel are overall pretty good. Rooms: We were located in building 23. Our room is extremely dated. Most outlets do not work for charging phones or using it for other electrical needs, closets do not close and drawers do not close. Bathroom doors do not close or lock. The room is desperately in need of a refresh. Our room had an extremely bad musty smell when we arrived. It has gotten better with a dehumidifier. I have been to many 5 star resorts and the rooms here are not up to the standards of a 5 star resort. Entertainment: The entertainment here is top notch. There is a lot of activities with kids club, at the beach, and the pools throughout the day. Beach: Beautiful clear water and clean white sand. The waiters are the beach were amazing too! Staff: The staff here are amazing. Whether its at the restaurants/buffet, bars, beach, or just walking around. They are amazing and they definitely provide a 5 star experience.
