There is a lot I like about the Moon Palace, but there are two things I don’t like. 1. Don’t give resort credit that you can’t use on things at the resort. You should be able to use the spa at least. 2. The reservation system is not great for dinners. You have to book in advance and if you don’t do it at 10 am you can’t get a good time. The buffet food is just average so not getting a reservation is rough.
The staff are very welcoming and nice. The Nutella crepes are great. The coconut ice cream is also amazing. Still those two issues make keep me from going back.

Everything was amazing! I loved the restaurants and the experience was good. There were a bunch of children’s activities which was a good thing since I have three kids. But I highly suggest not to get roped up in the 90 minute meeting to discuss their membership. They kept pushing us forward to attend the meeting and the also booked things without our confirmation like 2 manicures and the meeting. This was a great experience and I would love to come back again! Staff members were really kind too.

Great place but the system for booking dinner reservations is a joke. You won't get a reservation for your first two days because you can't reserve until you check in and every spot for the next two days will be booked. You'll need to stay up until midnight when the next days block of reservation open and then the app will crash, so good luck. The service by the staff is great but I had to give 3 start on service because of the booking policy. There should be some kind of provision made for arriving guests.

The resort is clean and well maintained. The frequency of the golf carts is also pretty good and the golf cart drivers are very courteous. The biggest downside was their food. If you are a vegetarian, get ready to be hungry or just live on vegetables/fruits. Tavola was the only decent restaurant that didn’t require reservation 3 days ahead of time and were able to make some good vegetarian food. With so many Indian folks flocking the place, you would think they would offer some Indian dishes in the buffet or have another Indian restaurant besides the most coveted Agra which you can never get a reservation to but sadly no. Overall, overpriced for the experience.

This experience has been absolutely terrible. We were originally staying at the Sunrise with our three children and had to immediately leave because it felt like Vegas with drunk people falling into the pools and loud, overstimulating music and competitions. We moved over to the Grand only to find that all that was left was the presidential suite. We were told over the phone that we would be paying an additional $5k USD, but when we arrived they informed us it would be an additional $6k. We were desperate to leave the sunrise so we agreed and they took us to our room. We were met with a dirty room with urine on the toilet seats, ripped bedding, hair in the showers and dirty floors. Every single morning it is impossible to get a towel for several hours. We cannot get dinner reservations any day before 9PM, and everyone’s food comes out at different times. The staff truly does not care about your experience and they are rude and unhelpful. We have been paying into the “membership” for a while now and there seem to be absolutely no perks unless you are a diamond member. I’m so disappointed in how stressful this vacation has turned out to be. This resort is taking peoples hard earned money and taking advantage of them. This trip was supposed to be fun and relaxing for my busy family but it has turned out to be the exact opposite. I really cannot believe that we have wasted $15k on this trip. Don’t waste your money. Go to the Hyatt resorts instead.
