Had a family vacation. Here with us and another family together as a group. Atmosphere, amenities, service and good were incredible. There was a minor issue with the rooms initially but the staff worked hard to make sure we were accommodated. We ate at a variety of buffets and hit nearly every pool while we were here. We did a solid week at just the resort and we only able to cover a fraction of the property. All in all, it's a great place for an all inclusive experience. From beginning to end, it has been nothing short of excellent. We look forward to our next trip here to bring more family. Highly recommend for a vacation!

Amazing experience at the grand. I’ve never been to a resort this large and with so many amenities. Their staff were so friendly and always eager to help with whatever we needed. They even had golf carts to drive us around the resort since it was so large. The restaurants were great! You definitely can’t get bored of the food here. They also have a good size water park with a wave rider, all included. Too many good things to say, you just have to see it for yourself.

The area is amazing, convenience and room service is great, and the photography service took awesome family photos! Only problem was that the 1st room was run down and we had to get a new one. Kids playroom and wired lounge are great for kids, and there is a variety of restaurants

We got roped into a tour and shpeal at the airport. It was a beautiful place, but we couldn't afford it at the moment. I wish we could've because it seemed like a great deal and it was an absolutely amazing place. The epitome of all inclusive. We had Jose as our guide/business man. He was fantastic. We enjoyed our time with him and felt bad that he spent so much time when we couldn't afford it. It love to stay there in the future, even without the buy in. Top notch place. The location was a little further south so if you want to go do something, anything north takes a while to get there.

Our experience since arriving has been extremely disappointing. Despite the presence of many staff at the lobby, we have found little assistance, unless they were specifically assigned to sell resort memberships. The quality of room service was poor. Food was cold and poorly prepared. Making reservations was a nightmare, especially given our large party size, despite being assured otherwise when we called ahead. Dinner reservations were impossible without booking at least 48-72 hours in advance. Water park is always crowded, no seats to relax and watch your children, we noticed good number of lifeguards but very few waiters available. Our food took a good one and a half hours to arrive, and much of it was wrong. The beverage service by the water park have long lines, with little to no alcohol available and inconsistent service. The enormous size of the resort also made navigating difficult, wasting considerable time waiting and trying to find transportation between places. Overall, this experience has been extremely disappointing and a stark contrast to our stays at other 4-5 stars resorts in Cancun, which were phenomenal.
