The service was amazing! The staff on the resort were pleasant, friendly & would go out of their way to make sure you had a good experience.
The resort was kept clean, rooms are clean and staff were constantly fixing things.
The buffet was good, especially the lunch and dinner service. Lots of options. Drinks were good.
The nightly entertainment was good.
Only cons: was the rocks in the water!

We had a wonderful stay at Mitsis Cretan Village with our group of four families, including kids. The hotel is a great destination, offering full board with a variety of tasty food options. The staff were friendly and attentive, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the amenities were very good. The location provided nice views and easy access to local attractions. Highly recommend for a memorable family getaway!

We really enjoyed a stay here. As the name suggests, the hotel is built to mirror the design of a traditional Greek village, with two storey buildings dotted around the site. Our room was rather basic but covered our need nicely. We found the staff to be pleasant, helpful and friendly. Our son enjoyed the swimming pools and the evening entertainment. The food was the usual self-service buffet style and we enjoyed the wide variety of items.
We would recommend this hotel for families and may return in the future.

A beautiful hotel for the whole family. That was an awesome trip. The staff is very friendly and helpful starting from your arrival (drivers and receptionist) and up to the end of your visit. Cleaning team is doing their work on a very high level every day

Very beautiful and comfortable hotel. The rooms are all separate and it really is like a little village. All of the staff were friendly, helpful and spoke good English. Every area of the village is kept clean and well stocked, especially bathroom facilities and dining areas. Good variety of food options, even as a picky eater, I was able to have a substantial meal 3 times a day as well as snacks through out. The beach was also lovely, well maintained and clean.
