We’re having such a great time at Mitsis Cretan Village! The hotel has a beautiful traditional style with all the comfort you need. Our room is spacious, clean, and has an amazing view of the sea and gardens – the kind of place where you instantly feel relaxed. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful – always smiling and making sure everything runs smoothly. It really makes a difference when the atmosphere is so warm and welcoming. The food has been excellent so far – fresh, tasty, and with plenty of variety. We’ve especially enjoyed the Greek dishes and the laid-back vibe at the different restaurants. The beach is right there and perfect for chilling, and the whole resort feels peaceful and well looked after. It’s a great spot to unwind without being too far from town if you feel like exploring. Since we’re locals and lucky enough to have easy access, we’re already planning to come back soon – maybe even for a quick weekend escape. It’s the kind of place you want to return to again and again. Huge thanks to all the amazing staff for making our stay so special – you’ve truly made us feel at home.

Amazing stay – the best hospitality we’ve ever experienced! We stayed for 5 days and had a truly wonderful time. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner at the hotel, and went out to explore Crete during the day. Every meal started with a warm welcome and friendly staff who genuinely cared. As a vegan, I was impressed by the chef who showed me the vegan options and even offered to cook something special. That personal attention made a big difference! There were options to reserve a table at the seafood or Mediterranean à la carte restaurants in the evening, but we didn’t know in advance and missed it — something to keep in mind for next time. Our room was cleaned daily and had vegan toiletries, plus extras like a razor and toothbrush. The beach was clean, and the hotel had at least five pools and direct beach access. It’s family-friendly, so we occasionally heard kids, but overall it was peaceful. Evenings had live shows at the bar, and we were lucky to have a sea-view room. Review: Excellent Service, Great Food, and Family-Friendly Stay I recently stayed at Mitsis Cretan Village and was impressed by the outstanding service. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. Our room was exceptionally clean, making for a comfortable stay. The food was delicious, with a variety of options that the whole family enjoyed. This place is perfect for family holidays, with plenty of activities for kids and a welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, family-friendly environment with great service and food. We can't wait to return!

We had a very nice stay. The property is spacious and well taken care of. The rooms are cozy and the airconditioning works well. We enjoyed the evenings in the Main Bar especially thanks to the kind waitress Maria. Our reason for 4 instead of 5 stars would be the food: the quality of the dinner buffet was okay and much to choose from so in the end, we never left hungry, yet regarding the tastiness there is room for improvement. We did not find the aircrafts passing disturbing, yet we stayed at the hotel in the very beginning of the season thus we cannot say anything as to how much air traffic might increase.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at your hotel with a group of 26 friends and family, and I can say without hesitation that it was one of the most enjoyable stays we’ve ever experienced. From the moment we arrived, the hotel’s immaculate condition was immediately apparent: hallways, guest rooms, and common areas alike were spotlessly clean and tastefully appointed. Despite traveling as a large, occasionally boisterous group, we never once felt that our energy was unwelcome. In fact, thanks to the genuinely warm and professional manner of your staff, we felt completely at ease throughout our stay. In particular, we would like to single out: Fanuris, the Manager – whose attentive oversight ensured that every detail of our visit ran smoothly, from arranging group activities to promptly accommodating our requests. Maria and Savina, Waitresses – both of whom served us with unfailing cheerfulness and efficiency. Mina, the bar Manager – whose expert recommendations and engaging conversation made our evenings especially memorable. All told, the combination of a pristine environment, outstanding service, and a management team that truly cares about guest experience made our stay nothing short of outstanding. We left feeling refreshed, well‑cared‑for, and eager to return. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for making our holiday so special. We wholeheartedly recommend your establishment to anyone seeking comfort, quality, and genuine hospitality.
