We had an amazing week at Cooks Club. We arrived late but were checked in smoothly and managed to catch a drink in the bar before it closed. The rooms were lovely and spacious, with good shower pressure and air conditioning. The food in the hotel was good value and plentiful. The staff were lovely and accommodated us for our late check-out (€30) as we had a late flight. The location is great, with the street full of shops and bars. The seafront is also lovely for dinners. We found that some places were quieter than others as the season is only just picking up. Overall, we had a lovely time and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a chill but entertaining place to stay. We’ll definitely be trying the other Cooks Club hotels.

Nice modern hotel with chilled music. Breakfast was very good. Rooms are nice and clean but the front of the hotel is on a busy road, however staff were happy to move us to a different room which was much much better. Would stay again.

Fantastic Stay at Cooks Club Chersonisos! We stayed at this modern and stylish hotel with our family (7 people in total), and both young and old had a great time! The pool area is lovely, with comfortable sunbeds and a relaxed, vibrant atmosphere. The music around the pool can be a bit loud at times, but we didn’t mind it. If you prefer it quieter, you can choose to relax on the grass area a bit further away, where the volume is more subdued. Drinks are served directly to your lounger, and both the cocktails and beers are great quality at very reasonable prices. The rooms were clean and tidy, thanks to the hardworking and friendly housekeeping staff. We had a small terrace with bean bags, which were quite sunken and really ready for replacement — but this wasn’t a big deal for us, as we preferred to spend our time by the pool anyway. Breakfast and Lunch: Breakfast was extensive and very tasty. We found lunch a bit less convenient: you have to order at the counter and collect your food when your buzzer goes off. In a larger group, this means a lot of back-and-forth and less time spent eating together. Meals didn’t always arrive at the same time, and communication could be a bit challenging since not all kitchen staff spoke English fluently. Location: The hotel is centrally located. As soon as you step outside the gates, you’re right on the boulevard with nice shops and restaurants. The nightlife starts about a 5 to 10-minute walk away. The transfer from the airport took around 30 minutes by bus. Atmosphere and Guests: Cooks Club Chersonisos is an adults-only hotel, which suited us perfectly. The guest mix was diverse — young people, couples, and older pairs. The area itself isn’t particularly child-oriented, so the hotel clearly focuses on adults. Facilities: There’s a wellness/spa and a gym available, although we didn’t use them. The bar is excellent and stays open until 1:00 a.m. A resident DJ provides fun remixes by the pool, creating a great atmosphere without it becoming a party scene. Service and Staff: Huge compliments to the staff — everyone was extremely friendly and always ready to help. Check-out was smooth and welcoming. We could store our luggage safely and were still able to use the shower and changing facilities later in the day, which was very convenient as our flight was in the evening. One small note: the public showers and toilets were sometimes less clean due to heavy use. A bit more frequent cleaning would easily improve this. We regularly stay at Cooks Club hotels and are always very satisfied with the overall experience. We look back on a wonderful family holiday and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a modern, well-kept, and relaxing place to stay in Chersonisos.

This is probably one of the best hotels I've stayed at. We arrived late (10pm) our room wasn't ready however they upgraded us for the evening and the following day they notified us via the app that our room was ready. The app was brilliant as we had a problem with a light switch in the bathroom, messaged reception via the chat and it was fixed within 30 minutes. We booked a larger double room which was very spacious and cleaned everyday. We booked bed and breakfast, the breakfast buffet was really fresh and you could order fresh omelettes which were delicious. The other food and drinks at the hotel are great and very reasonably priced. They are massive portions tho so you could get away with sharing a lot of the food. There's plenty of sunbeds and bean bags around the pool so was easy to get a space. There is a DJ that plays music 1pm - 6pm which after reading some of the comments wasn't as loud as some have made out. The only 1 small negative was we were sat on our sunbeds, I nipped to the room to grab something and my boyfriend just nipped to the toilet we were both gone no more than 5 minutes but when we got back reception had moved our towels and bags, we went to collect from reception and she explained you can't reserve sunbeds which I completely understand however we were gone for no more than 5 minutes, I would totally understand this if we were gone for over an hour. Other than that the staff and hotel itself is fantastic, so much so we have booked to return in May next year for my 30th birthday. Thanks cooks club for a brilliant stay.

The hotel is located in a good location in the heart of Hersonissos. All necessary services within walking distance. The hotel's atmosphere is good and relaxed, and K-18 works well. In the afternoons, a DJ plays music and sometimes the music is a little too loud, which might disturb some customers. The breakfast is good and plentiful, and is available for a long enough time. A good and versatile lunch is available from the pool bar during the day. The rooms are a bit cramped. Bathroom and toilet separately and these are really small (cramped). The air conditioning works well and otherwise the equipment in the rooms is good. The beds are OK, but the beds are made of two separate mattresses and there is a disgusting gap between the mattresses (no separate mattress pad). There is enough staff and the staff is friendly. We are very strict when it comes to reserving sunbeds at the pools, i.e. sunbeds cannot be reserved in advance, e.g. in the morning before breakfast. The sun shines all day on the hotel's pool, and you can choose places on the edge of the pool, as well as shady places on the side. Overall good and functional!
