Great service and all staff helpful and friendly. Drinks choices are good with lots of options and kids able to help selves at snack bar. Room cleaned daily with fresh bedding and towels mattresses so comfy all of slept really well every night. Fan provided for kids room to keep cool and worked well. Pool fresh sea water and cleaned daily was so refreshing after the warm sun with plenty of sun beds to choose from and kids loving the slides. Food was tasty and so much choice for all including 2 fussy eaters. Different themes each night can highly recommend Greek Italian and Mexican so much choice. Ice cream was available all day and dinner and evening meal. Spa experience was heavenly and just what was needed with a body scrub and rehydration oil treatment skin was refreshed from the heat and was still relaxed and sleepy the next day. Evening entertainment behind snack bar found half way through holidays. Entertainment team warm and friendly with all and do a fab job. Please ignore negativity in reviews I was worried before arrival but can assure you would happily return and recommend for a great family holiday even 16 & 14 year old agree.

I'm currently at hotel and cannot understand how this hotel have four stars!. Hotel looks tired and not maintained for years, pools are filled with sea water and all pools surroundings probably never been cleaned, rooms are dirty with AC working only when you in it. The rooms have standard key instead of card and you have only one key per room, food - same things all over again, chicken starting as a pita filling, next day is added to creamy spaghetti and next day is in form of chicken with bacon. Do not waste your money and book something else on this beautiful island.

We have just returned home from a week here and I wish I could have stayed longer! We were worried as we had seen so many bad reviews but this hotel is absolutely lovely. The rooms are cleaned every single morning to a high standard. The entertainment team were absolutely fantastic with our two year old and made her confidence shine through. The only downsides were the salt water pools and the food not accommodating for children. Apart from that we had an amazing time!!

HONEST REVIEW After reading the reviews of the place, our expectations were down to zero and expected the worst. To clarify, this hotel should not be considered a 4 star hotel at all. More of a 2/3 star hotel at best. Not all of the bad reviews are true, with a lot of it down to poor research that can be found on their website! The location of the hotel is quite all inclusive located, meaning there isn’t as much to explore as it takes 30 mins to the town centre and located near beaches. The closest beach is located 10 minutes away, across the hotel, that can be reached via an underground tunnel or across a busy main road. SERVICE: Upon arrival, we were greeted by a rude short man with red glasses who was quite dismissive. They offered a small snack selection for people arriving at midnight. The hotel gave us two rooms that were separate and across the resort from each other. Very disappointed. The lobby only has free WiFi so don’t mistake it for a busy hotel but more of a fact they charge 2€ a night for WiFi in the room or 10€ for the week. They also charge 10€ to use the safe! There is an overnight tax 7€ per room per night as well as salted pool water which is stated on their website! The all inclusive drinks are off branded soda and alcohol, which are served in plastic cups as well as charging for the premium authentic branded alcohols. FAMILY ROOM Extremely disappointed with the family room since the pictures on the website are inaccurate. The family room consists of a double bed and a small fragile foldable bed tucked in the corner with a mattress thrown on top. The bedsheets are not covering the mattress but more placed on top. The room definitely has a vintage setup, with one room having problems with AC and issues with the keycard generating electricity for the room. GYM It is a very small, limited equipment, sized gym located below the reception. There are mainly dumbbells with no cable machines despite a list of exercises printed using those equipment. It doesn’t look very maintained so I recommend not doing any mat floor exercises. FOOD - Monday: Italian - Decent selections - Tuesday: Fish - Not very fresh, very disappointing - Wednesday: Mexican - Dry food if you don’t have sauces - Thursday: Greek - Bland selection of Greek food for a place IN Greece - Friday: Asian - Very poor Asian selections - Saturday: Street - Wide selection of food - Sunday: International - Best day out of them all in terms of food selection Overall, the hotel is definitely not 4 stars and more of a family all inclusive resort. There are a lot of kids who are no disciplined well so expect children running around the pool, touching food and putting it back and loud noises as they walk back to their rooms. The beaches linked to other hotels are way better so utilise the free attractions and spend as little money as you can for accommodation at this hotel.

For all inclusive hotel the price is friendly you pay what you get.Hard to understand how is it 4 stars. Hotel/rooms asks for renovation. Poorly cleaned. Air con leaking and blows only in bed direction, no adjustment possibility because vents are broken. The food is "okey". Would I come back? Probably not. We where 3 families that stayed in separate rooms for 7 nights and all of us where bitened by some bed bugs, had itchy painfull bite marks all over the body..
