Everything was wonderful! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming you could feel the care from the very beginning. The room was clean, neat, and had everything we needed. We were traveling with a small child, and it was incredibly comforting to see how understanding and thoughtful everyone was. The staff were absolutely amazing - kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. They never ignored our little one and always made us feel supported and at ease. The food also deserves a special mention - fresh, delicious, and clearly prepared with love and attention to detail. We left with only the best impressions. Thank you for the heartfelt hospitality - we’d love to come back!

For the price and all inclusive this hotel was great. The hotel was close to the beach, clubs, restaurants, shops and also bus stops. Pool side was lovely but always very busy, rooms were a good size and well kept. My friend and I are very fussy with our food so at lunch and dinner there was a few nights where we eating the same food. Inclusive drinks and breakfast was great and the shop in the hotel was useful and open late. It said there was live music every night on the website however they told us it was only 2 nights a week. Would really recommend this hotel.

Good hotel just be aware about room. Book superior room from beginning otherwise your standard room are very poorly and images not listed on booking providers. Have cash on arrival to pay for tourist tax. I put images of our Superior room

This review is a bit late, as I stayed at the hotel last August with my best friend. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I don’t think the hotel deserves 4 stars. We were lucky to get a newly renovated room, but many other rooms looked old and outdated. Also, the rooms are not cleaned every day, which was disappointing. The food was delicious, although sometimes we had to wait in line to get our meal. Most of the staff were very friendly and provided excellent service, except for the bartender, Dimitris. His attitude was very rude and sexist. During one of the meals, we also saw the hotel manager (a blonde woman) behaving in a very unpleasant way towards one of her staff members. As a manager, she should never treat her team like that. Helping with small things like opening a water bottle or picking up a napkin would not hurt her image. The best part of this hotel is the amazing location.

This is no way a 4* hotel. The first room I had was worse than a hostel dorm. I was put into a room that smelt of mold and cleaning detergent to try and disguise the smell. It was so bad that I had to sleep with the balcony door opened. As I arrived at 2am in the morning, I had to stay in that room overnight. I was told that I could upgrade for £15 euros per night which I was not informed by love holidays of this package. I did not budget for this so I said no. The receptionist lady tried her best to help me. She showed me another room that stank of cigarettes so I declined so I was then offered another room in a different building. This room was much better and now more like a 2 star. It had a sea view and was clean so I settled. The room have no sound proofing and some guests are inconsiderate when drunk and fight, bang on doors at early hours of the morning. There is no one in sight to manage this. You have to queue at the bar to get a drink and in the evening only bar man. Apparently that’s all that’s allowed to serve. Zero entertainment. You have to sit in the pool area at night and in May it was cold. The food was ok, but breakfast had tinned fruit and only few fresh fruit. Again you have to queue to get into restaurant as it’s very small in comparison to the amount of guests. The staff work very hard and they were all polite, it’s not their fault. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. First time I have been away and looked forward to coming home.. PLEASE AVOID
