We recently spent 10 days at this hotel, and thoroughly enjoyed it. The hotel is located in very convenient area, around a 1 minute walk from the main strip, with amazing bars, restaurants and activities. The beach is also just around the corner. The staff at the hotel are polite and friendly, from reception staff, to cleaning staff to bar staff. Mike behind the pool bar went above and beyond for us, and nothing was too much to ask, he served us each time with a friendly smile. The cleaning staff always greet you politely, and the rooms are cleaned daily to a high standard. The all inclusive food was nice, and there were plenty of options to choose from, with the nice addition of being able to serve your own drinks. Our room was fine, for the price of the holiday we can’t complain at all. This hotel definitely does have a lot of pros, and for the total cost I’d say it’s more than worth it.

Basic and dull rooms to start with and had to pay extra for a decent room. Location and the food are the only good about this place. Sun beds were getting taken early morning even though there is a rule. For me it was a small hotel for the amount of people there around the pool area/bar. Not very spacious and not a sun bed for everyone

Pros:
• Clean and tidy, appearance looks nice. Room cleaned everyday. Pool cleaned every morning.
• Bar staff friendly.
• Lovely area, close to local strip with numerous restaurants and close to the beach.
Cons:
• Cannot get a sunbed unless you wake up at 6am to place your towels down which you’re not supposed to do but everyone does.
• Food selection appalling, not a lot of variety. Just 1 table worth of food. Meat undercooked (still pink inside).
• Soft drinks are very syrupy. Not a lot included within all inclusive, just your standard alcohol / soft drinks, nothing fancy unless you pay separately.
• Only 2 nights worth of the same entertainment, a Monday and Thursday night - a DJ and Greek dancing.
•Not suitable for kids, hotel mainly for young adults.
•Constantly splashed by ball games in the pool if sitting next to the pool on the sunbeds.
• Standard Economy Rooms are very basic and poor quality. They try and make you upgrade! (These rooms are not shown in the hotel photos which is misleading)
• Superior Rooms just mean they are “renovated as shown in the photos” vary in size, not all have a balcony - you have a “wet shower room” as a bathroom which soaks your whole floor when having a shower.
• Reception staff are rude and ignorant.
• Within your tax fees is a safe box included which is €20 which they don’t tell you. If you don’t want a safe then ask for that value to be taken out of the tax price.
• Staff don’t stick by their pool rules. Only 35 people allowed in the pool but there is normally an average of 40+ which is overcrowded.
• Not enough seating in the restaurant. If you don’t get in at a good time, you have to queue waiting for a table.
• No snack bar. Only 1 tray of cake that comes out at around 4pm which lasts 5 minutes.
• Not enough seating in entertainment area, you have to be there early if you want a seat otherwise you have to sit on the sunbeds and can’t see.
• Pool shuts quite early (6pm) whilst comparing to daylight / weather.
• Only 1 bar throughout the whole hotel which doesn’t open until 10am and shuts at 11pm.
• Doors / walls are very thin - constantly hearing people running up and down the stairs / through the corridor interrupting your sleep every night at various times during the night.
• The ice is not safe to consume as it is made from their water - leaving a lot of people ill when consuming - same goes for their water, always buy bottled water.
• Floor very slippy by pool area - a lot of pool side incidents.
• No medical staff at the hotel unlike what they stated in their hotel description.
• Staff blackmail you to write a good review when checking out otherwise they cut your all inclusive bands off, leaving you without any facilities / food & drink for the whole day if you have a late flight. They make you write the review on their computer, watching what you type. This is disgraceful!
Save your money and go elsewhere with much better expectations / principle. Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Won’t be coming back here again.

We spent 9 days in this hotel. As for the rooms, I recommend the superior one, the rooms were cleaned every day. the service was really great and very helpful, everything from the hotel is very close. The only minus is the sunbeds by the pool, people come and book them every day, which you can't do, but after talking to the manager, the problem was solved very quickly. Best regards, hotel staff.

Avoid this place!!! It is an absolute nightmare. Rooms are fitted in the early 60s. You can hear everyone in the corridor and surrouned rooms. Hotel in full of students "having fun" all night long. No idea where 4* are comming from. It is 1.5* max. The only good site is very good food and staff in the restaurant. Special greetings coming to Adi and Georgia ❤️They bring smiles to our faces all the time. All inclusive covers 4 drinks only 🥵. I was in fear getting to the old, narrow elevator. Hotel is not fitted for prams or wheelchair at all!.
