Amazing location! Close to the main strip and touristy places. On checking in be prepared to fill in forms and pay the tourist levy in cash. The room safe cost €20 and is included in the levy, FYI. This 3 star hotel has everything you need to have a great holiday. Food is varied daily and we always found something to eat. We're not fussy eaters. Drinks are bog standard. Hubby enjoyed the beer. Pool bar servers are very pleasant and always smiling. Strict rules to be adhered to at the hotel which was fine. Pool closes at 6pm. Entertainment on Mondays and Thursdays. Nothing for young kids to do, but was fine for us as we were 6 adults. Stayed in the sister hotel rooms, Cleopatra, were cleaned daily and very comfortable. No TV, but no issues as we were out and about mostly. Bottom line is if you are kind to the staff, they are kind in return and visa versa. Overall great cheap holiday.

This hotel is definitely not 4 stars. The rooms are old and smell strongly of sewage. The drinks in the bar are of very cheap quality. All drinks have bad salt water. Internet is bad. There are no complaints about the food. Everything was delicious. Guys, be honest with people. You are very far from the 4 star level!!!

I upgraded to a superior room last moment after reading the reviews and I am glad I did it. However there was loud noises/ shouting and banging on the doors pretty much all night.
The good side of the hotel was that it was close to the beach and all restaurants on the strip.
Found the food there lacking in options so went out and ate most nights.
Staff was nice pool was nice but no available sunbeds as they were occupied by towels since 7am and sometimes no one was using them all day just towels sitting there.
Would I go back ? Definitely not.

We recently spent 10 days at this hotel, and thoroughly enjoyed it. The hotel is located in very convenient area, around a 1 minute walk from the main strip, with amazing bars, restaurants and activities. The beach is also just around the corner. The staff at the hotel are polite and friendly, from reception staff, to cleaning staff to bar staff. Mike behind the pool bar went above and beyond for us, and nothing was too much to ask, he served us each time with a friendly smile. The cleaning staff always greet you politely, and the rooms are cleaned daily to a high standard. The all inclusive food was nice, and there were plenty of options to choose from, with the nice addition of being able to serve your own drinks. Our room was fine, for the price of the holiday we can’t complain at all. This hotel definitely does have a lot of pros, and for the total cost I’d say it’s more than worth it.

Upon arrival at the hotel,
Had to pay £170 to upgrade to “superior room” as very poor rooms offered as standard and €90 tax to be paid upon arrival for “taxes” no information given to us prior but understandable
However, cash only and no receipts available for upgrade/taxes? Very strange.
Room was nice enough, balcony was absolutely tiny could barely fit 2 of us on it, this was very very poor.
When requested room to be cleaned only beds made and new towels given, floor etc was not cleaned so if walking barefoot feet were dirty 24/7.
Rooms also do not come with an iron, when requested advised hotel did not supply this even though the website states they have them upon request.
Hotel is however, in a decent location near the strip.
Pool are was decent enough, very loud due to the birds/crickets so earphones definitely required, was very busy with young Eastern European groups, constantly throwing ball about the pool splashing others.
On print out given at check in advises no towels to be reserved at the pool until it opens at 10am however 7.30am nearly every sun-lounger had a towel.
Drinks at the pool had decent variety, beer was average but soft drinks were disgusting.
We were all inclusive however only ate at the restaurant 2 x lunch and 2 x dinner during our 8 days, we are quite fussy so not surprised we didn’t enjoy it so much.
Never had breakfast so can’t comment.
In the morning of check out we requested late check out as the hotel websites advised they have this on request if available, we were advised a straight no even though they never asked room number etc, our room was still vacant when we left at 9pm.
Hotel staff also cut our all inclusive band off making us have to eat out all day.
As we had to check out at 11am the day of our flight we decided to lay by the pool, walking out for lunch I slipped in the hallway from the pool to reception in my sliders, looked down and I had slid on HUMAN faeces, had to get a housekeeper and 4 of them approached shouting / screaming yet none of them helping? Eventually one of them took my slider to clean for me, still no one cleaning the poo from the floor, until I got my camera out to take a picture then this started being cleaned up, by a yellow cloth, no gloves etc and no mop used to actually clean the floor.
Advised reception to see if I could use one of the rooms to shower to clean my feet and properly clean my sliders and man at reception was miserable and not interested, no apology etc given, just a towel and body cream to wash the slider outside.
