We got here early hours of Saturday morning we just wanted to go to bed. The room allocated was on the back of the hotel I asked to be moved in the morning and got moved to a fabulous room straight away by lovely reception managers female and male. The pool is a great size and extremely clean with a bar serving drinks all day by 3 barman who are very efficient and learn your drinks. The restaurant is bright and airy with well cooked food and enticing desserts !!! The weather is 32 degrees and we are a stones throw away from The beach and The strip with bars and restaurants galore!!! We don’t want this holiday to end and would recommend this resort and hotel to all our friends and relatives 5/5 💛

We had a great stay with an amazing room, the air conditioning was simply out of this world and all you had to do is leave a sign on your door for the room to be cleaned. I think some of the guests leaving poor reviews, were expecting 5 star service but not willing to pay for it... The staff at this hotel are great and always happy to help. Foteini was GREAT and very welcoming. Location is perfect and puts you right by everything. Food was fine, breakfast could be a bit hit and miss but lunch was brilliant with lots of fresh salad. We will be back next year, love Joe & Sam x

Paid all inclusive ( had never been all inclusive anywhere before ). First of all .....hotel not the best but makes up for it with it's great location. The food as explained by numerous reviews is basically near enough the same everyday. It's edible. I wasn't expecting gourmet food seeing as they have to make bulk for a lot of guests so wouldn't have complained regardless. Outside pool bar with drinks is fine. Not much selection but I only drink lager so was good for me. People have said the pool isn't a good size. Personally I found the pool to be of an excellent size and very clean. Hotel staff inside and outside were great ( especially artan ) Rooms are basic and as with some other guests I found the TV didn't work. But only tried it as who watches TV on holiday ? All in all would I go all inclusive again.....NO But that's nothing to do with this hotel in general. Just myself personally Decent place in a great location

Okay been here 2 weeks leave tomorrow hotel is in a perfect position for everything we have upgraded to a refurbished room on the 3rd floor and it's lovely clean towels and bedding. Bathroom is modern. Kettle and fridge in the room there are lifts so if you have mobility issues being on the 3rd floor is no problem. Drinks in the bar are fine barman on a morning is lovely and works very hard to keep the queues down.food is okay maybe not to everyone's taste but you won't go hungry and if you really don't like it or want a change there's plenty of restaurants or takeaways on the door step. If you need anything at all and you ask the receptionist staff will do there upmost to sort it. All in all we have had a great holiday.

Nice hotel near the beach. We were all inclusive - food (buffet) was good. Staff were lovely. Rooms were typical basic rooms, but had good aircon.. It was popular with younger guests, but did also have a mix of families and older couples. If you want to go to Hersonissos for a slightly busier Cretan town, then this is a great place to stay.
