Very disappointing, rooms are nothing like the pictures, the description is nothing like the experience, the lights turn off at randoms times you have to call to turn back on, wifi is very bad, air conditioning doesn't work well and the rooms smell really bad, one of the rooms had ants nest building up that we had to move rooms, the balcony doesn't close properly, the tv doesn't work, the locks on the doors are very hard to open. All inclusive hotel package but very little choice on drinks. The cocktails don’t taste nice at all, they don’t use real juices in them and pour only a tiny amount, the food choices are very little. No entertainment at all, unless its the season but i doubt its even good then. We came to relax but we are more stressed than ever. Overall the part of the hotel of the standard rooms looks like a prison and me and my family are left to guess whether the hotel used to be one before. This is not a 4 star hotel it feels like a hostel more like. In the photos below you can also find the shower that nearly broke my grandmas leg whilst getting in it, theres two dents for an unknown reason that gives you no warning, my grandma fell over.

Lovely place that is being refurbished during the off season. The ones have that been complete already look amazing. The location was 5 star, 1 minute walk to the stip and shops, which were fantastic. The beach was beautiful and only a minute walk also. The hotel manager was so so helpful, count do enough. Once you get past George's hard exterior he is a gentleman. The bar staff were one of a kind, Michael and Anna, thank you so much.

Smaller city hotel one street from the beach. The rooms are small but functional. Those on the 2nd and 4th floors are original, the others after reconstruction. The restaurant is smaller but nice. The food is very tasty, however, compared to other 4* hotels, the selection is quite limited. The hotel pool is large enough, there are plenty of sunbeds. There is also a decent amount of seats under the beautiful bar pergola. All the staff are very nice and hard working. The bar staff, Anna and her colleague are very helpful and smiling despite working basically non-stop. Overall, I rate the stay positively, although 4* mainly corresponds to the amount of the tourist tax. After all, even in Google maps, the hotel is marked as 3*.

The all inclusive side let's this place down. Poor food selection, usually pretty cold. No snack options during the day, and drinks at the bar made with local spirits and vile soft drinks. Beer is also very poor (tasted like it was watered down) it's a shame as the hotel and staff were really good otherwise. They try to scam you for the 20€ safe, but tell them you don't want it and they're fine.

Before we even got to the hotel there was a bus thst kept taking us circles circles and circles and finally when we actually got to the hotel a family of 12 . He got checked in and our whole family got tolded thst we will be upgraded to a premium room for a day. As we got into the room it was tiny we went to go to bed I opened the sheets and their was a stain.After we somehow fell asleep to walking talking and shouting we went to eat breakfast, there was zero food selection and all food is soggy.but we went into the pool and to be fair the staff was nice and the two bar tenders were very nice and we went into the pool it was nice until we saw a woman into her 20/30 years slip and break her arm she screamed out and sat there crying and induring the pain until 20 minutes later the manager goes to take her in. I would mabye come back but don't always take a strangers advice
