The hotel needs restoration. Old and broken sun loungers and umbrellas. In the room, the shower drain does not work, the water does not flow out, the door in the toilet was jammed, we could not open it for 5 minutes. The staff is not motivated. The trash in the pool is not removed during the day. There is almost no animation. Strange all inclusive system. They don’t give you water at the bar, they only sell it for 50 cents for bottle, they don’t make cocktails, only for 8 euros, or they can mix beer with Sprite instead of cider or Radler. Not all services from the description are available, for example table tennis is missing. The only saving grace is the location, it’s beautiful but windy.

Where do I start… The resort itself is tired and worn, there are abandoned carts and trash bags everywhere. The rooms are old and worn. The beds are like sleeping on a floor and are literally from the 80s with the 80s print and all. Wifi is very spotty in rooms. The location is amazing, not near much which was a bonus in our book but may not be a plus to others. It was good to get away from the hustle and bustle of life and fully relax and it was the reason why we chose to stay here. I’d definitely recommend a rental car if staying here so you can get out and explore. The food here is absolutely appalling, the only good thing is the salad. Everything else is horrible, I’m so glad we didn’t go full inclusive and just had breakfast and dinner though we did most dinners away from the resort. The staff aren’t very friendly, some are some aren’t. The cleaning people always say hi with a smile, the front desk people are nice as are the waitstaff and bar workers. The manager is rude and talks to you like you are the dumbest person he’s ever met. After our first issue I didn’t even want to go back and complain more because he’s a horrible human. Both my husband and I booked a facial treatment in their ‘spa’. When I say spa I say open room that the gym overlooks and no actual separation from the two. The entire facial I hear a mad grunting, singing and spitting in the gym which obviously was not relaxing or nice that I paid for. I also brought an extra large white sheet from home to use at the beach, one day it disappeared while drying on the balcony. I think the housekeeper accidentally took it as it looks almost identical to the white bed sheets but was annoyed when she denied it and we went to talk to reception who didn’t seem bothered than my personal item went missing. Also they charge you for the sun beds at the beach, annoying since the beach is owners by the resort. I could see why they’d charge the public but not guests. All in all, the location is amazing and that’s about it. I don’t think we’d come back.

do not book this if you expect an actual 4* resort holiday. we left after our first night because the condition this “resort” is in is absolutely unacceptable. it’s dirty, all the activities like sports, childrens animation, evening program, spa, yoga is no longer happening and the buffet is a cold mess. there’s random garbage and discarded furniture everywhere. we couldn’t believe what we saw. the baby bed we received had a gaping hole on the side. for our first night we didn’t receive a baby bed and we had to surround the sofabed with chairs so our baby won’t fall out. the entire place felt like a ghost town. photos online must be 20+ years old. absolutely terrible

Amazing location and Always sun beds available at one of the three pools. The beaches are within a 2 minute walk and worth going to. All inclusive was very good value for the food and drink included, great selection of food something for everybody we were never disappointed. Reception staff were extremely helpful, our flight home wasn’t until late in the evening and we were able to get a day room in the hotel without any issues. No internet service in the room however this added to our stay as it meant a total switch off!

Very poor management, running down the place what is a big shame because this hotel has a huge potential. Beautifully set within the mountains and by the sea with plenty of fish species making it an unforgettable experience. We were placed in a different hotel on the first night and should I not be firm with the manager he probably would of kept us there for longer. They were clearly overbooked and came up with plumbing issue as an excuse. Rooms were found as soon as I have complained, that's not something you want when you go away on Holiday to rest and relax. No spa facilities and gym was very basic. No a'la carte restaurant as advertised. Rooms cosy and clean, outdated but pleasant. Entertainment was only on Thursday night and apparently Sunday but this was the night we were leaving so didn't get to experience it. No day entertainment apart from one aqua aerobic and volleyball on Saturday. We came on Sunday night and were leaving Sunday, were refused lunch and dinner because we vacated the room already, went to complain and the manager said we can have lunch and he will pay for it, well! we paid for 7 sets of meals and only had 6. Should the service be better I would rate it higher.
