We had a memorable holiday this summer in Grand hotel. All staff members are extremely friendly and helpful. Beautiful location with nice view and lots of activities for kids and adults. Very good food as first time we didn't miss our homemade food. We had a really great time. Love from London

Had a lovely one week holiday here at the start of June. Myself, wife and two kids (8 and 4), all absolutely loved the hotel. I honestly can't think of anywhere else I've been abroad that was so clean and tidy! It was spotless! We were all inclusive and found the food at all meal times to be delicious, hot and fresh. It was also nice having the options of eating at the pool bar or other bars. Our room was lovely - a family room, with air con, clean and spacious. It was located close to the newly revamped kids fun pool which our two couldn't get enough of! Our 8 year old also loved the big slides on the waterpark! We all had an unforgettable weeks holiday and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel!

We are only home from a fabulous two week vacation from this beautiful hotel. My first time in Crete and out of all the holiday places I've been this place has stolen my heart and I can't wait to get back next year!! The rooms are great and very clean, service is amazing, all staff are friendly and the wellness centre is great too the massages were so good we had 2 in total. I can't wait to come back....

What a beautiful hotel! Without a doubt one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff were absolutely amazing, so very hard working, very helpful and always with a smile. After staying for a week with my 13 year old daughter we would definitely return. Our room and balcony were spacious and clean with the option of a safe and the gorgeous sea and mountain views were just lovely. There is also a handy small fridge in the room to keep drinks and tea and coffee making facilities. There are a variety of pools to choose from, we always got a sun bed without issue. The pool with the slides was our favourite, we had hours of fun going on them. Having stayed half board (which was perfect for us), I can’t believe how many options there were to choose from! You are honestly spoilt for choice, there is something there for everyone. The Lamb chops were the best I have ever tasted. The breakfasts were so brilliant and the desserts were out of this world! The location of the hotel was also great for us, a supermarket 2 minutes walk away, bus stop literally right at the front of the hotel. There is also a free shuttle bus service to and from Stalis beach a 5 minute drive away. If wanting to travel into Hersonissos, you can get the bus right outside which takes about 10 minutes and is only 2 euros per person per way. I feel we chose extremely well in choosing to stay at the Grand Hotel, it was everything we wanted and needed it to be for a perfect weeks stay during May half term!

Hotel is very clean.Staff is very friendly and always smiling. There are many pools and the food is very good .Hotel has a great location it’s close to local shops a nd supermarkets.I would definitely recommend everyone to visit this hotel. 😊
