Great hotel with friendly and polite staff, with fantastic facilities and multiple pools. However if you want the beach you'll need to get the free shuttle bus to the golden beach, approximately 5 minutes away. We'll worth the visit. Lovely golden sands, shallow turquoise sea and loads of bars and tat shops. Brilliant. All in all, well worth a visit. Also If you can book the quad bike safari. It was brilliant.

The best hotel so far where i have stayed! I dont know where to begin with good words about my stay,about clean rooms,great facilities,kind people working at reception desk,in restaurant,animation team,cleaning ladies all made my stay more amazing and impressive Food is really good and tasty and big variety I left hotel sad that my stay is over, i will be back in this hotel very soon im sure Only good words for it TO ALL THE WORKERS IN HOTEL: BIG THANK YOU! YOU MADE MY STAY MORE BETTER AND YOU HAVE PLACE IN MY HEART LOVE YOU ALL❤️

Pros: -Nice hotel. -staff good -Nice food. (Except the greek restaurant : too long service at the table and dishes don’t worth it …) -transfer to go to the nearest beach Cons : -the kids pool area should be a “non smoking” area -pillows are a bit hard -orange juice for the breakfast is too chemical -some clocks could be displayed in the complex Big issue : all swimsuits damaged by the salted pools, they all turned yellow…

Fantastic hotel, very spacious, modern, clean, super friendly staff and just beautiful view and location. Every 10mins free shuttle service to and from beautiful Stalis beach. Hotel has 3 big outdoor pools, waterslides pool and lots of daily activities, volleyball, aquagym etc. Also had live music evening entertainment, fantastic. One of best things about is the 2 restaurants, greek and italian which you can go to each once during your stay, food and service was divine. Range of food and quality of daily buffet was also very good! Hotel is on big hill, but a shuttle service runs all the time whenever you push a button up and down, which is so needed in hot weather! Improvements would be to make information on daily activities more clear on notice board and the fact there is a notice board. Have a non-smoking area by the live music in evenings, we were disturbed several times by smokers. Offer the chance to eat in each restaurant more than once a stay, even if you have to pay a small amount. Also to have some adults only activities, we are sports enthusiasts and would have appreciated an adults only away from tiny kids tennis, table tennis, volleyball, waterpolo activities. Finally the cakes for dessert in the buffet were still frozen every day, need to be taken out for defrosting. Dessert quality overall could also be improved in main buffet restaurant.

First visit to crete and the hotel was great, not a fantastic location where you really need to get the bus or taxi into Malia or Hersonissos, it takes about an hour by walking to get to Hersonissos harbour where there are loads of restaurants and bars plus you can get boat trips or rent boats. The hotel is great and the rooms are ok, Food is very good with great service especially Manolis in the main Restaurant. Pools are good, we sat by the quite pool every day with beds free even if your late getting down. The water slide area is fantastic with 4 normal slides and 1 you go down in on rubber rings. Great views from the snack bar at the top of the complex and the food and drinks are good there too. There's a shuttle bus that takes you to the beach which takes only 3mins and runs all day till 18:00. The drinks in the main bar are very strong and the all inclusive stops at 22:30 which is a let down.. All in all a great place to stay, special thanks to Nina on reception, Manolis in the main Restaurant, and Konstantinos in the main bar.
