Lovely holiday and a lovely hotel. Only a short walk to the beach and shops. If you go self catering there is a good selection of Spar shops and supermarkets to choose from and only a walk from the hotel. We went all-inclusive for the first time. The food was good and plentiful. The island is very friendly and good for all the family.

Pros:
1. Great localization (near to the beach, shops, bus stops and restaurants).
2. The AC was working and free of charge.
3. The safe was free of charge.
4. There was a kettle provided in the room.
5. On thursdays there is a saxophonist playing in the evening.
6. On fridays the dinner is in form of a grill beside the pool and there is a traditional Greek dance show.
7. For all-inclusive option there is ice cream available at the bar from 10 to 23.
8. For all-inclusive option with arrival in the middle of a night there is a buffet open and a bottle of water given.
9. There is a luggage scale available for 1€.
Cons:
1. THE WATER IS TERRIBLE. And I’m not talking about tap water but the water they provide for guests to drink. It’s desalinated and it smells like lake. You can only drink it if you are very thirsty, so I recommend going to supermarket and buying bottled water.
2. The drinks are disgusting. They make them by mixing alcohol, syrup, water and something like cola or fanta, so you can imagine that if water is an ingredient - it is very bad.
3. The food is awful. Anything that has been boiled tastes like lake. Needed to spit it out so many times. Only oil can cover that taste, so you can eat only food that’s dripping with fat.
4. The food is monotonous. You need to eat same things every day (if you’re lucky and find something that you like).
5. The fruit and salad is not fresh. Sometimes you get a bit rotting watermelon and the cucumbers that are sticky (pictures below)
6. The choice of fruits is very small. Some days there was watermelon and the some days there was orange. Whole week you could get only orange or watermelon.
7. The coffee is sour. The soft drinks are watery. The juices aren’t juices, but syrup with water.
8. Bed is not double. They have two single beds that easily separate, so it’s not ideal for couples.
If you don’t eat meat then:
9. You have to eat rice or noodles (covered in oil) with tomato sauce (that is basically boiled tomato water with oil, very watery) for lunch and dinner.
10. The lunchbox that you get when you go on a trip and can’t have lunch at the hotel is very poor. You can get an orange, a pear and a bottle of water (picture below showing lunchbox for 2 people) and no, that’s not after asking for vegan, but vegetarian option (did not get any bread). The other time when specified to please make some sandwich they made bread with feta and not even a normal slice of cucumber (picture below).
Overall the vacation was amazing. I’m just telling you honest opinion about the hotel that declares 4*, but does not deserve them.

Loved it. Went on a solo holiday. Rooms clean and comfortable, food excellent, service second to none (though sometimes you have to ask the right questions). Attention to detail is impressive. Best hotel WiFi I've used and access to some UK TV is a nice touch. Entertainment is limited - but I was glad of that. All inclusive stops at 11, and that helps preserve the "chill" atmosphere.

Upon arrival our room had been double booked so we was sent to a hotel across the street for the night the next morning we got our room at midday however we did get compensated for this for a late checkout on our last day which was nice. We was all inclusive the food hall could have been bigger and more selection as it did seem it was mostly the same food most days. There wasn't very much entertainment on a night we didnt think there was the odd night were something would happen but not alot.
The pool was nice as there was two of those and the location was great as it was a 5 minute walk from the strip and all the shops there was also no trouble at getting a sunbed at anytime.

The service in the hotel was excellent. On arrival at 2am on 29th July we were greeted with a cold help yourself buffet and water. Which was very welcome. Some rooms where small, we all had balconies, but I had a pool view room 1118 and 2 balconies, also a slightly larger bathroom than most.2 pools, and lots of loungers.
A group of 5 and all enjoyed the food.Bar is the pool bar all inclusive from 10 am until 11 pm.Efcharistó Thanks and Kaliméra Good Morning, delighted the staff
