We stayed in this hotel for 12 days and we loved it.
This hotel is very clean,has 2 pools and also good beds
The people who work there are so friendly.
The waiters George 1 and 2 ,Eltin and the blue eyed waiter will do anything to please and so does the barman at the poolside.The food was often authentic Greek food and very very nice.Lots of choises.
Again,we loved it.
We hope to come back again.

Everything you need for a mix of party / relaxing holiday.
Room was small but cleaned often, with small balcony, enough room to dry clothes and sit out for a while.
Safe was free to use + small fridge for us to store any food or drinks bought.
Staff were nice and friendly and hotel was in prime location to go down to the beach during the day and party at night. (3min walk to beach)
We stayed all inclusive and there was enough food choice and it was tasty enough. Enough choice for my girlfriend who is a "fussy eater".
Plenty of drink choices with a small cocktail menu.
The only things (not even complaints) is that
1. On Google maps (and on videos of the hotel) it shows a place for massage but this does not exist. Plenty of places for a massage close by.
2. Only hotel entrainment was on a Friday night (from what we could gather) although there were local bars would have been nice to have more entertainment.
Staff were able to help with local taxis and gave us business cards for the company's the used which made it slightly cheaper to get around to the old town.

Great hotel, staff were really friendly and helpful. Bus stop on the main road takes around 40mins to Heraklion town which is great which cost around €3.10 one way. Loads of shops and bars on the main seafront. The main road is full of shops in both directions which is great if you like looking at shops like I do. We stayed all Inclusive at the hotel, alot of the food was quite similar each night but you always found something to eat which was decent, the breakfast is alright alot of it can be cold if you go at the wrong time but still decent enough to eat. The cocktails on the all- inclusive arent great they all taste the same and pretty strange to be honest, isn't a massive range of alcohol but it's decent enough. Hotel is in a great spot and takes about 5mins to walk to the closest beach which is probs the best beach in the area and you can get sun beds for €7.50 at a place called marina and they serve you at the sunbeds and the foods great. The hotel staff are so lovely and really go out of there way to help you, they let us check in early so we were able to have lunch and the lady come to find us to let us know we can have our room earlier which was very kind. They can hold your bags for you too if you have to check out way before your flight. We paid extra for a mountain view which I'm glad of as the sunsets on the back and it's really lovely. The doors on the room have a bug net which is great to let fresh air in. The room has a decent hairdryer and safe too, very clean and quite modern compared to other Greek hotels, the only thing I can say is the shower was very very small. The TV only had one English channel which only played American dad, bobs burgers, family guy (all cartoon type programmes) which isn't my thing at all and like to pop the TV on in the evening to wind down sometimes, so instead had to listen to Swiss pop, swiss jazz channel for some room background noise, they have a netflix app but reception said they do not use it anymore :( ..Overall I had a great stay and would defo come back!

Pleasant hotel with some really great members of staff. Our room was nice, though the bathroom was definitely on the small side. We were all inclusive and there was always plenty of food.

Stay was pleasant. The rooms and bathroom were clean and a good size. The staff was also nice and friendly. The breakfast buffet had a nice selection of food and drinks.
Anna, Marina, Maria ensured a good atmosphere and top service in the hotel. Always happy to come back again, only to be recommended
