Had a lovely time here. The rooms are good, the staff are amazing and the locationis great. Super close to the beach. Indoor heatet swimming pool and gym. Our kid had a great time at the kidsroom, and the staff there are super friendly. He keept wanting to go back even when they were closed 😂 The breakfast was good, but we tried the dinner, and unfortunately the selection of food is not for all. There is not that much for kids, so the only thing our son wanted to try was the French fries. So when you pay 20 euros (price for kid) for French fries it's not really worth it, especially when he didn't finish the meal.

This hotel seems to be confused about which is its target market. It caters for children, full of rambunctious kids clubs, while simultaneously playing aggressive loud adult ‘club’ music by the pool starting early in the morning (from, say, 11am). Overall, would not recommend if you are hoping for a relaxing and quiet time. While the buffet breakfast is large, it would do better by reducing the scope of its offering and letting people relax a bit longer in the morning.

There is not enough good words to say how wonderful this hotel and it's stuff it is. Decorated in some kind of boho style, you have impression that you are in a great resort. It is clean, with excellent maintenance, fresh bathroom towels every day. Hotel stuff is very kind, polite and helpful and they do everything they can to help and serve their guests. Food choice is large, with lots of varieties every day, anything that you can imagine is there from fresh salads, ham, sausages and cheese, freshly made eggs and omelets with whatever you want, variety of meat, fish and sea food for dinner, lots of fresh fruits, 5 types of milk and 3 of yogurt, large variety of bread, pastry and juices. During summer season there is live music on outdoor terrace, very good bands. The only downside of this hotel is that there is not enough sunbeds on terrace with 2 pools so people get up very early to take place by pool. Also if you want to swim in a sea, so called LEVEL guests have free beach sunbeds on one side, but on the other side the other guests of this hotel must pay on the beach where are sunbeds for hotel guests and this year price was 40€ for 2 sunbeds and umbrella (normal price on public beaches was 16 to max. 20€ for 2 sunbeds and umbrella).

We loved our stay and are considering this hotel for our next visit. It is well located and definitely family-oriented. We booked a room with Level Club access. If you’re spending time close to the hotel, it makes sense to include Level access. They serve a good breakfast with à la carte options, offer a canapé and cocktail hour from 5-6 PM, and throughout the day you can get soft drinks and small snacks, and either enjoy time at a private pool or by the sea. For Level members, sunbeds by the sea are free of charge. The rooms are nice. Our little one found a small present there, which made her really happy. The hotel also has a very cool kids club with very friendly and caring staff. Our daughter, who is usually shy with new people, loved playing with them in the evening. Parents have the option to leave their kids there from 8-10 PM. During the day, they offer different activities. I think the hotel managed to find amazing people working there who are entertaining kids. The hotel also has activities for adults, such as yoga, aqua aerobics, meditation, etc. We also had dinner included, and it was good. There wasn’t a huge variety, but the quality of the food was really good, and I think everyone could find something for themselves. However, I can’t say the same about breakfast. It seemed big but somehow average. Still, it had a standard selection. We preferred the breakfast in the Level Club. I can only recommend this hotel, especially if you have kids. They won’t be bored! :)

We had an extremely enjoyable time during our stay and absolutely loved the view from our room. I can say it's one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in. Both breakfast and dinner were very good, with a wide variety of food options. There were unlimited snacks and drinks available with Level access. Between 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM, there were also unlimited tapas with alcohol, everything was great, but since the tapas hour was very close to dinner time, we usually went to dinner feeling full. Other than that, everything was fantastic. It's a hotel worth every penny, we will definitely come back. PS: Tatiana, one of the hotel staff members, was extremely attentive to us and answered all our questions. Whenever there was an issue, she always resolved it promptly. We really appreciate her help.
