Fantastic holiday, hotel soo clean, couldn't fault it. Was updated 2020, beds/ pillows comfy, room/suite modern decor. Good food, good location. All staff were smiley, helpful and friendly. Especially Moses in the restaurant and Paula on reception. 100% turning next year 🙂

This is our second time in this hotel, what can I say - this hotel is really good for spending time with children (our kids 1,5yo and 4,5yo). The staff is young and friendly, the rooms are clean, the pool is good for young and adults as well. This year I discovered the gym (I don't know if it was there last year) and it was really nice to do something other than lying on the beach :) two types of sauna and an indoor pool - excellent! Breakfast and dinner were really good, everyday I could mix what I and my kids wanted to eat but if I could add something I would say I missed for example avocado or parma ham, and good coffee with real milk ! :) Maybe more seafood like shrimp would be good too. We will definitely visit this hotel next time we decide to visit Mallorca.

We traveled two families in mid Oktober and booked two superior rooms. first of all the rooms are great, cleaned very well and that remained almost everyday constant. The stuff is great, very friendly and can communicate in several languages which was very impressive. The pool was very clean and really nice for adults and children alike. we also loved the spa as it had a relaxing view. the sauna didn't work very well but we didn't mind that. the gym is also very nice, viewing the pool, with an area to exercise freely on mats. We booked breakfast and dinner, the food like other comments was, mostly tasty with a variety to suit everyone. there were burgers and pizza but also traditional Spanish food. the buffet wasn't huge but more than enough. As for breakfast they have the best pancakes and freshly made omelets. the hotel offers also some nice shows but not on a daily base. The beach marsal is very beautiful. highly recommend, about 7 min walk from the hotel. It's also about 20 min ride to the Caves and 15 min to the c next rally nice village and beach of Calla d'Or. Near the hotel there's a supermarket and a pharmacy about 8 min walk. As for the negative stuff, the coffee was horrible! instant coffee tasted better than their brewed one, so if you're into coffee, you'll probably want to go somewhere outside and get ur coffee there. Also for dinner I think they could add some fresh juices to the menu or so. also the surrounding area is not very beautiful but not crowded which is again a nice thing. And I think they could take a bit more care of their sports area.

This is a great hotel for families. Well almost great.. the hotel has ample restaurants at less than 10m. The service is beyond excellent. There is no carpark but ample free parking around. They will accommodate even super early checkout and offer breakfast and coffee...we had ours at 5.00am. The pool has kids play area... The area is a bit far from major attractions but a car will help but even the bus stop is just 35m from the hotel. There are lot of free extras like free umbrella... Lot of events at least 2-3 times a week. And if you need talk to Pablo S... Just as him about his JS pin story if you're the chatty types. Thanks for making our stay fun ...

Lovely clean hotel. Staff were all friendly and all spoke good English and were always happy to have a chat and recommend places to see visit and places to have food. Restaurant was clean and food was good, only feedback is for rice in paella to be cooked a bit longer, it was still hard every night. Also peppers and onions for omelette to be fried before hand so they are actually fried not green. Room was nice, but I would say the finish wasn’t 4*. Tiling in bathrooms wasn’t very good and I found there was too much furniture in the rooms. Lots of restaurants around so spoiled for choice, supermarket 10 mins walks so is beach. Over all , lovely stay.
