I only give it 2 stars because of the hotel's location. This is not a four-star hotel. The prices are unreasonably high for nothing, maybe just for the location. It is old, with poor service and very little cleanliness. The bathroom toilet is very old. The dining hall is noisy and crowded with no organization. We paid a large extra amount for a sea-view room, but you can barely see it and it is otherwise annoying. You can hear everything from your room. I do not recommend it. Save your money for something better and more worth it.

I think this is one of the best places I’ve stayed at given the great customer service, excellent set up with the large pool, kids pool, water slides, outdoor entertainment including dining and the quality of the facilities (including the rooms). It takes me ages to find a hotel and this place was worth all the research. Booked through Expedia and went the all inclusive. Located right on the beach and water is crystal clear with lovely sand for both kids and adults.

Stayed in the hotel end of June-beginning of July 2024. The hotel is very outdated - the rooms are very old and the walls are paper thin, so you are woken up at 6 am by a screaming child or a snoring person next door. The rooms are cleaned very badly, they only changed towels and made the bed. The floor was always very dirty and full of sand. Breakfast selection was poor - everything is deep fried or fried in a lot of oil. Was very hard to find something healthy. The sweets/pastry section was very poor, though cheeses/bread/cold cuts selection was good. Coffee at breakfast is horrific so you should go to the beach bar to get a good coffee. Although breakfast is open until 10:30, they stop refilling buffet plates early and start taking away food already by 10. We often weren’t able to get fresh fruit coming to breakfast at 9:10 am. Pool beds are being reserved super early (primarily Germans at the hotel) so you need to wake up early and reserve. You have to give deposit of 10€ per beach towel and they only open at 10am. The hotel does not have a private beach! The beach nearby is a public beach, so you have to pay for sun loungers (~19 Euro for 2 beds per day). You can reserve(pay for) sun loungers for 4 days ahead. The sea is super shallow and you need to walk long time to get to some depth, which is great for children but annoying for adults. The cocktails in the bars are very bad quality, so I would advise against buying all inclusive if you have high standards. We never had lunch/dinner at the hotel, but based on the quality of breakfast I can only assume it’s quality. If you are coming without children, there is absolutely nothing to do near the hotel! And if you want to eat out, the cafes around the hotel are really bad (cafe Hawaii is okay). So if you are a foodie, used to cute cafes and want to see some life - you have to take a bus/taxi to the old town Alcúdia or Alcudia port. The animation in the hotel was nice but it would start early and finish at 10 pm. So if you are having dinner outside the hotel, you will most likely miss it. And since there is nothing to do outside the hotel, you pretty much have to have an early night. Gym is really small and super dirty, they don’t clean it. Only one 2,5 kg dumbbell, the rest are heavier. Cable machine super old. Then there is 2 treadmills and 2 bikes. That’s all. The hotel has 2 good kids pools and 1 adult pool. This hotel is good for children but if you are a couple of adults, I would not recommend it. Last but not least, the hotel sometimes is blasting Russian music, which is triggering for Ukrainians. Готель виявився російським і часто грає російський шансон!

We liked our holidays at this hotel. From the first steps in you can see that it is popular. There was a lots of people at the lobby, however the hotel is big enough and you don't feel how many people are there, only at the restaurant at dinner. There are planty of space at ground floor, a bar, a space with mini scene where thete wad a mini disco for children, play corner, and also tables and chairs for yiu xan ake a board game. The service is nice, welcoming but not annoying. I would like to highlight that the cleanliness was top nouch. Even though the rooms are outdated, but kept in good shape, and they were renovated, so the bathrooms are quite good. The maids change towels every day, and no signs of a sand from the beach at all anywhere. The AC also worked fine, blackouts also ok . From other side, the sound proof is not good, especially it us important for the balconies facing inner yard where every night there is some concert till 22:30. So when you are with a baby it is not very cool. The coffee and tea facilities are only once offered in your room , and not being exchanged, which is weird for four star hotel, but they offer you water for free everywhere. It will s very interesting system of the keys, as it is brasslet for you not to loose it . The beach is just right there, Infront of the hotel. The chairs there are for fee as it is public beach, but you have plenty of chairs at the hotel space. For kids it is almost paradise as they have two swimming pools just for them, a big play room with animators, playground and many activities for them. The food is good, not maybe great, but for longer than 8 days it would be maybe borring. The gym exists too. It us super small, maybe like two rooms together, with three aerobic machines, and some weights.

Good selection of food and drinks from all the bars and restaurants. Great location directly on to a long sandy beach. The kids club seems to be very good, and the evening entertainment has been very good and varied. We will possibly return next year. Ps, the Mediterranean is warm in June.
