Review of the Condesa Hotel: Our four-night stay at the Condesa Hotel was delightful, offering a lovely room with a picturesque ocean view. The all-inclusive package boasted a satisfying array of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. While the food was enjoyable, more variety in menu options would have been appreciated. The sky bar treated us to delightful cocktails complemented by yet another breathtaking view. However, the swimming pool's icy temperature deterred many guests from taking a dip. Nevertheless, the evening entertainment, particularly the Bubble Man performance, was a highlight, adding an extra dose of joy to our stay. Overall, despite the chilly pool, our experience at the Condesa Hotel was thoroughly enjoyable, with memorable moments to cherish.

A very good overall experience, the rooms were very clean, quiet and comfortable. The food at the restaurant was good, the staff very gentle and polite. Would definetely recommend this hotel to everyone willing to have a good vacation.

We have been coming back for several years now and the place just gets better. The staff are so good and helpful. The restaurant staff are amazing. Nothing to much of an issue and they work hard. The hotel is extremely clean and well looked after. The food is amazing and always plenty to choose from. I can go on and on...The only gripe I have is the size of the rooms and storage. We had 3 in our room and it was a squeeze with nowhere to put our cases during the stay. Rooms are however clean, bed are comfortable and the shower is perfect...This place is highly recommended... Last thing is before you get here, go to the gym for a few weeks to loose a few pounds as you will soon out them back on with so much to choose when eating and drinking..

Worst hotel experience of my life! 30 euros and an expensive victoroa secret bra was stolen from my room. Unfortunately, the staff didn't care much about my loss. Only my statement was noted down, but unfortunately nothing more happened... I've never experienced anything like it. it's a real shame. Also the rooms are small and not clean. The value for money wasn't right at all. I would never recommend this hotel!
