Location is great. The grounds it self are great. The hotel is really nice and clean inside. The staff around was friendly. The rooms are nice but we ran into an AC issue. 1040pm at night the Ac stopped working and they couldn’t fix it so we had to pack everything and move to another room in the freezing 40• weather with our toddler. They almost moved us to another room with another broken Ac !! Finally got us into a new room. They only credited us 50$ that was really hard for them to acknowledge it , they only write it on the key card envelope. Thank fully I had saved it and had to show it as proof. It was a whole discussion at check out for them to give us the credit due to the inconvenience. They ended up charging us anyways and we had to call back a couple of days later to dispute it. The valet parking is tricky. It’s 40$ a night but the valet doesn’t tell you that there is self parking for a lesser charge. You find out once you check into the hotel and valet already has your car and is charging you 40$ for the service even after going to get my car immediately they still told me I had to dispute it at check out. Just a lot of running around and dealing inconveniences. Not impressed.

I am absolutely in love with this resort. I came here for a solo vacation and to attend a work conference (which is actually at another hotel) and everything has been absolutely amazing. The people at the front desk (David in particular) have been fantastic. They really go out of their way to make your stay great. The cabanas are amazing, and the waitresses around the pool are very attentive. The rooms however are really the icing on the cake, they are just perfect. Yes they show a tiny bit of wear and tear, but it is so minor, and absolutely not impacting my stay. Otherwise the balcony with the views of the pool and the lake behind are just picturesque. Will I become back, yes I will.

Loved my recent stay here. Close to Disney & universal, but not too close. Had a great view of the fireworks from multiple parks from our room. The balcony is so nice to sit on and enjoy. I was disappointed that the water park was closed, but it was pretty chilly out some days so understandable. Loved that it was close to target and other food options and that Wawa is on the way our for easy stops in the mornings. Definitly will be coming back soon! I recently stayed at this resort and overall had a comfortable experience. The rooms do look a little old and could use some updating, but they were still clean and functional. The highlight of the property is definitely the restaurant—breakfast is super good with plenty of tasty options to start the day right. Parking was easy and convenient, which made coming and going stress-free. Another big plus is the location; several stores are nearby, making it easy to pick up anything you need during your stay. Overall, it’s a practical and enjoyable place to stay, especially if you value great food and convenience.

I love it here so much, they do need to tend to the grounds a little more. I’ll say this. I’m giving it 4 stars because I was here when it used to be 5 stars! They definitely cut down and you can tell where they’re not putting money into things. The lights outside used to be a bunch of different colors, on all the palm trees, and you’d drive up to the entrance and immediately be like “WOW!!!” With that being said, it always smells good (they spray stuff throughout the hotel and it’s YUMMY to my nose). Their restaurants are great. The vibe is definitely there. The pool area is nice. (Again, just being honest it could use less talking into the mic and more music.) the pool is pretty straight cut, there’s no fountains or anything, it’s just a big pool space. The bar there is fun and their food is good (get the chicken tenders!) I’ve come back here many many MANY times.
