I recently attended a two-day conference at Margaritaville Resort Orlando and had such a wonderful experience! Tamara, Alana and the entire team were truly exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The food and beverage service was amazing, and every detail was handled so well. The hotel itself is beautiful, spotless, and filled with such a fun, happy energy that makes you feel like you’re on vacation even when you’re there for work. The overall cleanliness and atmosphere were top-notch, and it really set the tone for an enjoyable stay. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish, and I can’t wait to go back!

I'm already a Margaritaville fan but it was our first time at the Orlando resort and me and my family had the most amazing and relaxing experience staying here. The ambiance, decor, service, the food, the drinks, and the pools were top tier. 10/10 place to stay. There is so much to do that you don't even even need to go to Universal or Disney. This resort gives you free water park passes to Island H2O everyday and they have a shopping area all within a 5-10 minute walking distance that has a Target, a movie theater, an arcade center, Sling Shot, etc and an abundance of yummy restaurants. Book your next Orlando stay here and you won't regret it.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Margaritaville Resort was the perfect host for CFWA’s Summit! From start to finish, the staff was welcoming, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. The resort itself is gorgeous, bright, spacious, and filled with that fun, tropical energy that sets the perfect tone for networking and learning. As a wedding and event photographer, I couldn’t help but notice how many great photo opportunities there are throughout the property, both inside and outdoors. Every detail, from the meeting spaces to the food and atmosphere, was spot on. Couldn’t have asked for a better venue for this event! Highly recommend Margaritaville Resort for both business and leisure.

First thing you must understand is the difference between a resort and just a place to sleep hotel. This is a resort and you know it the moment you walk in. The aesthetic, smell, textures, small details, and the demeanor and poise of the staff. As a transplant Floridian, I have stayed all over. Many hotels, places that call themselves resorts but really don’t make the grade, stayed at several Margaritaville’s too. This location, by far, is the best resort in Florida and best Margaritaville, even beating the Key West location, in my opinion. The staff that stood out the most was Andres. He was my first interaction and did superb at setting my expectations and vibe that I would have during my partial week stay. He recalled me every time he saw me too. Sadly, I lost the note I had written down with of a young woman with curly hair at the front desk that was so sweet to me and my guests. Maria, if you have met her, then you know, you could spend a lot of time with the compliments she deserves. I would be lying if I said that my stay was flawless and had no occurrences at all. However, Rafael, Asst. Front Desk Manager, without hesitation listened intently to what I had to say, made the errors correct immediately and fair. He even personally followed up with an email to ensure that my stay and expectations had been met. The charm of the place, the professionalism and personality of staff (applaud HR for a great job hiring), even the groundskeepers and housekeeping, the ladies in provisions, all of them did superb. It is worth the 20 minute drive to the theme parks, absolutely!! When I am in Orlando again, I cannot think of anywhere else that I would like to stay. The resort is great. It’s large, clean, and perfect for a relaxing stay. My family has stayed 4 times now. Twice in the cottages and twice in the hotel. We love the spacious comfortable rooms, and getting to enjoy the pools. Unfortunately this year we had a terrible experience at check in and were charged incorrectly and had to call the resort three times after checking out to get charges corrected. It was incredibly frustrating to have a large amount of money locked up in pending and processed charges and have to fight to have money that they incorrectly charged refunded back to my account. Staff at the front desk were less than helpful and didn’t have the upbeat attitude they have had in the past. It was disappointing to see the change this stay.
