Stayed in a 4 bedroom cottage, so I can’t speak to the actual hotel rooms. The walls are super thin in the cottages!! We had a family in the house over that wouldn’t stop partying… after many calls to security, they finally went inside at 2am. It’s very close quarters, so noisy neighbors can make your stay dreadful. However, the kitchen was incredible. There was plenty of space for storage. A full laundry area. They do provide a shuttle to go to the pool or lobby. There are daily events for kids, but most are a fee. Here’s my biggest complaint- the pool is open until 9 or 10 each night, but the bar closes 2 hours before!! Why?! It’s five o’clock somewhere isn’t it?! There is a real beach at the pool, And the pool is chlorinated salt water. So that is a fun experience! You get free passes to the waterpark across the parking lot and free shuttle rides.

Stayed in the little cottages and WOW! The beds were comfy, place was tidy, and everything worked! We arrived at 1am by Uber and the front desk had a driver bring us to the house. He showed me how to work the thermostat and the trash service. I would definitely stay there again and recommend them to my friends and family. Plus everything is in walking distance. Great price and totally family friendly. (ages 8 - 16).

Service was way above expectation. Every single part of the hotel the staff were extremely attentive, friendly, always checking on us, and were fast. The hotel itself seems brand new, apparently it underwent a major renovation. The bar, restaurant, pool area, kids activities all exceeded what we expected. It’s also super close to a nice waterpark and outdoor shopping area. It’s a short ride to all the Disney parks too. Best part is it’s not over packed like a lot of the Disney hotels. Nice vibe, great people. We will be back.

Paula was extremely helpful during check in and was even able to provide us with an upgrade. I felt very welcomed upon entry and the rum punch was a nice touch! The room and view were beautiful and everything was clean. Very satisfied with the service and accommodations

The resort is great. It’s large, clean, and perfect for a relaxing stay. My family has stayed 4 times now. Twice in the cottages and twice in the hotel. We love the spacious comfortable rooms, and getting to enjoy the pools. Unfortunately this year we had a terrible experience at check in and were charged incorrectly and had to call the resort three times after checking out to get charges corrected. It was incredibly frustrating to have a large amount of money locked up in pending and processed charges and have to fight to have money that they incorrectly charged refunded back to my account. Staff at the front desk were less than helpful and didn’t have the upbeat attitude they have had in the past. It was disappointing to see the change this stay.
