I am absolutely in love with this resort. I came here for a solo vacation and to attend a work conference (which is actually at another hotel) and everything has been absolutely amazing. The people at the front desk (David in particular) have been fantastic. They really go out of their way to make your stay great. The cabanas are amazing, and the waitresses around the pool are very attentive. The rooms however are really the icing on the cake, they are just perfect. Yes they show a tiny bit of wear and tear, but it is so minor, and absolutely not impacting my stay. Otherwise the balcony with the views of the pool and the lake behind are just picturesque. Will I become back, yes I will.

Horrible stay. I never experienced a staff as Rude as this one in Orlando. The beds do not come with sheets. No cups for coffee. No sanitary bags for the ice containers. hotel staff is rude and will tell you they refuse to provide all of the necessary hospitality items you deserve. Warning, do not go there. the cheap holiday and quality inn's have better customer service than at this resort. Response from the owner 18 hours ago We're sorry you didn't have a pleasant experience with our business. Customer satisfaction is always a top priority and if there is anything else we can do, please do not hesitate to let us know. They never reached out to try to rectify the situation. I have emailed the senior manager and called several times and nothing. beware this is a Horrible establishment.

Kency checked us in today. His positive attitude, was very helpful and he went out of be his way to help us and ensure our needs were met. We are looking for another day and he said he would keep us posted if someone canceled or a room became available. Also, Great service by everyone who helped us from when we walked in until we got to our room. This is a great resort. A really great place to stay. Brad Smith

I stayed at the Margaritaville Resort in Orlando this weekend, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff were warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The cottages were everything I hoped for and more, beautifully designed, spacious, quiet, and extremely well maintained. It really felt like a home away from home, but with all the perks of a resort. The amenities were fantastic: the pools were relaxing and fun, the live music created such a great atmosphere in the evenings, and the spa was a perfect place to unwind. Everything about the resort was top-notch. I want to give special recognition to Brian McNeil, who went above and beyond to make my stay outstanding. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful every step of the way. Employees like Brian truly make a difference, and he deserves a huge thank you. I would absolutely return to Margaritaville Resort in Orlando. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing, fun, and welcoming getaway in Orlando. Great location too. Close to the parks and all the cool stuff!

We enjoyed our stay. It’s a cute themed resort. We stayed in the cottages, which are quaint and welcoming. My only issue was the service in general. It’s obvious that they’re very understaffed. Everything took way too long, from the check-in to the restaurant to the valets. All great people, just not enough staff to create a truly relaxing experience. Three stars for inconveniences., especially check-in.
