Canvases And Cafes
Was here for a convention, check out and check in was smooth. Room was clean and spacious with a small balcony and view of pool. Amenities were decent, parking was good. Hotel was full to capacity and conference facilities nice. It definitely is a family hotel with a lot of kids with pool toys and noodles. Yes, they allow pets for a fee.

From check in to check out the stay was great. We had a nice relaxing weekend getaway. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. Sunset Walk was also really nice and in walking distance from the resort. We had a short, easy drive to Disney Springs as well. Fun Resort, Great Stay.

Overall the resort was nice. They have issues with the AC which is obvious leaving the hotel lobby to the hallway of rooms, you can feel the extreme heat and humidity! Our room AC did not work and we had to sweat it out the first night, luckily we were able to get a manager to find another room for our 2nd night. However, the AC was extremely weak in the bedroom area as well! The cleanliness was average as there were crumbs all over the dining chairs and under the table. There were stains on the pillow cases that were in the plastic bag to use for the pull out sofa. Hopefully they can correct the AC in rooms because otherwise it was a nice getaway. The service at the pool was great. A big thank you to the manager for being so accommodating and understanding about our first room ac issues!

I have to say it was one of the best Resorts i been at in a long time, i will be going back many more times. the atmosphere was amazing. the pool was one of the best resort pools i been at. and the stuff where great. they get to know you, and what you like. and they even want the extra mile, to make the drinks you like. and they i was thinks. that it was going to very noisy, form kids but it was not. i will take this resort over a Disney Resort.

We spent two nights in one of the 3 bedroom cottages with our family and it was such a blast. Two adults and 5 teenagers fit the space comfortably. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook family meals, there's a washer/dryer/iron/ inroning board upstairs and we loved having our own pool/hot tub. The H20 water park was a lot of fun as well and we all enjoyed our day there. The resort pool is great too with lots of seating options, cabanas, etc. The teenagers kept telling us how much fun they had and thanked us for a great getaway. Easily a 5/5- we will be returning. ❤️
