I coordinated a block of rooms for 14 families for our annual family vacation. I worked with the sales team for months prior to arrival to ensure a smooth process. Our first point of contact Rosa, front desk attendant, was insanely RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL (adults & kids). She ruined the first day of our travels by contradicting everything the sales team sold us on the resort. After the disappointing 2 hour check-in process, the inside of the hotel rooms were super clean and spacious. The beds were top-tier as far as comfort. We were without hot water for 1.5 days, but once fixed the hotel was comfy. 😩😩 Location is amazing.
As much as we would’ve loved this to be our annual destination unfortunately due to the attitudes of employees, we probably will not frequent the hotel again. In today’s busy world, having all of our schedules line-up meant the world. We can’t risk our trip being sabotaged again.

The rooms are clean but it's very expensive for what you get and there's not a lot of amenities. There wasn't a single ice maker that worked on our Wing of the hotel. The large pools are only 4 ft deep at the deepest. They do have an adult pool that's a little bit deeper and quieter. But the resort fee is very high, and there's not a lot to do. We only spent 3 days for a wedding and that was more than enough.

Overall, the resort was nice. We stay a week in one of the cottages and the rooms were nice. The pool lady came by in the next morning and cut the hot water on to the sonar. We had issues with the dryer, sliding door, microwave light when we arrive. A big thank you to the manager for being so accommodating and understanding about the dryer issue. She let us wash clothes next door until they could bring us a loaner. Maintenance came and fixed the sliding doors and microwave light right away. The cleanliness was average. The service at the big pool was great. Enjoy the food at the food court. Looking forward to staying there next year.

We're celebrating our first anniversary at this location and we are extremely happy with the staff and amenities. KUDOS to the front desk hostess, Brenda and Kat, our bartender in the bar lounge. The burgers and wings that Kat recommended were fantastic. There are three different pools at this resort. If we knew about this location two years ago, our destination wedding would have taken place here. We highly recommend this location and look forward to visiting the other locations.

What a great experience coming to this resort was for us... It started with Kimberly at the front desk; a friendly, welcoming and very helpful employee... What a joy to deal with! Next was Crash and Melissa at euphoria... Their service was excellent. Again, very friendly, welcoming and just going the extra mile to please a guest. I would recommend this resort a million times over cuz service is impeccable. The rooms are so nice and clean. Very comfortable. The ambiance is fun.... Lots to do.
