Great location, lots to do. We had a private cottage with a private pool and hot tub. Free transport service off offered. Great resort pool with live music and great bartenders! The Promenade has restaurants, bars, ice shops, arcades, and much more. There was a cool car show happening when we were there as well. Also, if you like adrenaline, they have a ride called the Sling...must try at sunset.. it breath taking.

Pretty disappointed with the hotel overall. I was super excited to be staying here for a wedding and it fell short. The rooms were dirty when we got there. The disposable coffee cups had dust in them and the walls had stuff splattered on them including in the bathroom. The mini fridge hardly worked which was so important for traveling with breast milk. There was no microwave in the room which meant I had to sterilize bottles and pump parts in the community area. Even when we flipped our sign on the door, house keeping never showed up. Not once. Our garbages were overflowing by the time we checked out. Half the guests in the wedding didn’t even have a door on their shower which made for a very cold and uncomfortable experience. The service in the restaurants at the promenade was absolutely awful. The bar in the hotel lobby was way too fancy and did not fit the theme of the hotel at all. The only thing I did enjoy was the pool area and bars. Definitely do not recommend for the price.

Great experience with a beautiful hotel. Lots of options for pools, and each one is very nice. The lobby is accommodating for small group sitting areas and plenty of restaurants and a bar to add to it.
Easy walking to nearby restaurants and shops.
Very close to Disney and local water parks. A very nice stay for our family.

Although our stay was nice and quiet for the majority of our stay, I must say I was shocked to find out this is a newer hotel/resort. Our room had a lot of stains on the desk, nightstand and bathroom. Our beds box springs had covers on them that wore, stained and torn. Definitely needs a little updating there. The chill pool was amazingly clean, quiet and peaceful. Only issue. It was cold. Even though they said pools were heated. Staff was amazing. When we called for extra towels, we got them very quickly. The ability to walk to restaurants and stores was great. Felt safe at all times. All around highly recommended for your stay. We will be back.

This place was amazing. We rented a 3 bedroom villa…Everything was so beautiful and the shuttle service was a great addition since we were so far away from the amenities. The resort is located near shopping so it’s easy to grab groceries or medication or other items. The pools were so fun and relaxing. Love the sand and the wading pool for the baby! We rented cabanas which had great locations along the water. I even was able to visit the spa for a massage and that was great too. Wish I would have had more time in the salt room.
Next time I would rent a cottage though. They seem to be much closer to the lobby and pool and walking would eliminate a lot of wait time. Not a huge change but would have made getting around with kids much easier.
