I stayed at the Margaritaville Resort in Orlando this weekend, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff were warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The cottages were everything I hoped for and more, beautifully designed, spacious, quiet, and extremely well maintained. It really felt like a home away from home, but with all the perks of a resort. The amenities were fantastic: the pools were relaxing and fun, the live music created such a great atmosphere in the evenings, and the spa was a perfect place to unwind. Everything about the resort was top-notch. I want to give special recognition to Brian McNeil, who went above and beyond to make my stay outstanding. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful every step of the way. Employees like Brian truly make a difference, and he deserves a huge thank you. I would absolutely return to Margaritaville Resort in Orlando. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing, fun, and welcoming getaway in Orlando. Great location too. Close to the parks and all the cool stuff!

I've stayed at a lot of hotels in my life but I've never been handed a margarita when checking into my room. This place was so clean and nice. Beautiful interior. Extremely clean rooms. 3 pools to choose from (so you can avoid children screaming). The pools were my favorite because they were so beautiful and luxurious. Location was nice because restaurants, gas stations, shops and Disney were 8 mins away. We could sit on our balcony at night and watch the Disney fireworks at night. There is a H20 water park next door and we got free passes to water park when we checked in. All the rooms have balconies as well. Bathrooms are large and w/c assessable. Loved staying here. The staff were so kind and genuine to us throughout our stay. Highly recommend. Will be back!

This is my second visit at this resort and its been amazing both times. Beautiful resort, great service and great vibe. I will keep coming back. I also want to mention 3 ladies at the front desk that were beyind awesome. Kayla, Paula and Mariana were fantastic and very much appreciated their excellent customer service. Plus the complimentary Rum Punch when checking in was a very nice welcome here touch. Johnny

First impressions really make a difference. We might’ve just had the best check-in ever. Tori Got us a room and it was so kind and welcoming, true hospitality for our daughter‘s birthday trip. They worked to try to make it special, then on top of everything her colleague David came by and insured insured that her stay would be amazing. Hi, one of those people who doesn’t normally write reviews, but this was such an amazingly pleasant surprise that I wanted to share. On top of it, the hotel is at Lake gorgeous. We were worried after having stayed at the Gaylord palms a few times, but our daughter is over the moon about this place. Looking forward to a birthday weekend here.

I had a good stay! Close to lots of amenities and fun activities in Kissimmee. Room had what you need. I would recommend it. 4 stars due to room cleanness when moved in, bare floors appeared not to have been cleaned from previous stay! No late night noise control.
