We absolutely love Margaritaville Orlando! We actually love them all, we’ve been to so many going way back. But Orlando is now our new home seeing we have two toddlers. It gives you that amazing tropical vibe and has great amenities. There is just so much to do in that area for the kids, it would take weeks just to put a dent. We stayed in September, January, and now May/June, safe to say we are very much pleased. Staff it incredible, EVERYONE! But I want to especially shout out Andres, the young man who continually helped me throughout my experience. He was very patient and helpful, great at solving problems. And if he couldn’t, he had no problem asking for help. He worked till 11:30 one night, and when I went to the gym the next morning he was already back for another shift all while being in school. I remembered being that age, i can respect that kind of work ethic. Give that young Man a pineapple !!! Overall 10/10

Stayed at this resort last week for a conference. Horrible experience. I stood in line to check in for over 90 minutes. Front desk staff appeared frazzled and to say they were "over it" is an understatement. The aesthetics of the place are incredible. It was very clean and visually appealing. That's about the only good thing I can say. The rooms looked nice, but the beds were hard as a rock, the shower is an open concept, no curtain or door to close. Just a clear panel that runs about halfway down. I felt like I had to hug the back wall so as not to splash water all over the floor. The bar of hand soap in the bathroom was thrown away by housekeeping after the second day and not replaced so I had to use the body wash in shower every time I wanted to wash my hands. Every evening when I returned to my room the air conditioning was turned off. I'm not sure if housekeeping turns it off or if it is on some type of timer. The restaurant Euphoria was also horrible. They only offered a $25 lunch buffet with very limited options from 12 - 1:30 and I was told they don't open for regular lunch service until 1:30. What??? I did go to dinner here twice. Both times food was mediocre and extremely expensive. $30 for "shrimp scampi which was just butter noodles with six shrimp. Seasoning was a very real issue. The bar staff is automatically given a 20% gratuity on every transaction and the level of service reflects this. Rude and unfriendly would be putting it lightly. My credit card was used to pay someone else's bill for a random charge of $31 and I still have not been able to get the charge removed after speaking to multiple people at the bar and front desk. I was told they would look into it and call me. Nothing so far 24 hours later. Checkout was also a nightmare. Multiple people in our party received mystery charges on their bills and an announcement was made to the conference that the hotel apologized for the "glitch". Do not spend your money here.

We had a wonderful time here this weekend! We ended up with an expected upgrade and had an amazing view and room! The staff were very helpful! Poolside service was slow but they were very nice as well. We went to the Spa and that is a must here! Go about a half hour ahead to use the sauna and steam room! We had a couples massage (I did deep tissue and hubby did traditional). They did a great job at working out our knots! We considered staying at other (pricier) hotels but are so glad we came here instead! The value is incredible and grounds and rooms are beautiful. It was our second time here and we will be back! As a plus they do have buses to the Disney parks! Also, within walking distance are tons of restaurants and you can walk to H2O water park (tickets were included with our room as well)! So worth it!

Was very thrilled with my experience at the hotel. Checking in was a breeze. The location is so convenient with restaurants, shops, ice cream right across the way, walking distance. The hotel rooms were clean, the pool was awesome. We did breakfast in the restaurant and the food was fantastic! I would say my experience with kids was a great time. Would recommend this place to stay!

Our experience at Margaritaville Resort Orlando was extremely disappointing. We checked in Friday evening and were placed in a room with a broken bathroom door. We reported it Saturday morning and maintenance came to fix it, but once the door was fixed, all of the bathroom lights stopped working. We waited nearly two hours for help, only to be told the “master switch” had been turned off, yet all the other lights in the room worked, and even after supposedly being fixed, the bathroom lights still didn’t come on. To their credit, the front desk was kind and moved us to another room so our two cheerleaders could get ready for their performance. That night, we asked to extend our stay by one day. The front desk accommodated the request but failed to tell us we needed to stop by in the morning to get our wristbands reactivated. So, after a long day at competition, we returned to our room only to find that none of our four wristbands would open the door. After getting all the bands reset, we discovered the room’s AC wouldn’t stay on. We reported it and left to get food because the room was unbearably hot. While out, maintenance called to say they’d worked on it for over an hour and couldn’t fix it we’d need to move rooms again. So we cut our dinner short, returned to pack up, and moved to our third room. In that room, the balcony door wouldn’t close. Maintenance came again and said it would take a while to fix, so if we wanted to use the balcony, we’d need to change rooms yet again. I refused; we were done moving. I told them to come back in two hours to close the door. Then Monday morning, I requested a late checkout and was met with the rudest front desk employee I’ve encountered in a long time. I asked for a 1:00 PM checkout due to all the issues we had experienced, and he dismissively told me we could only have until noon and then literally waved me off mid-sentence. That moment was the final straw. I hadn’t planned to leave a review, but after being repeatedly inconvenienced, moved three times, and treated rudely at the end it was just too much. For the price point and brand, I expected far better. What should have been a fun, relaxing weekend turned into a frustrating mess of room changes, broken amenities, and poor communication. I cannot recommend this resort and will not be returning.
