5 stars! This was truly one of my favorite places to stay! I loved everything about it—the rooms were super comfortable, the restaurants were delicious, and the pool was absolutely beautiful. One of the best parts was the boat ride to and from Universal Park—it was so convenient and added a really fun touch to the whole experience. The staff was friendly and everything felt smooth and easy from start to finish. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Can’t wait to come back!

What an amazing stay we've had. Loved the hotel. We've had a beautiful lagoon view room. This hotel So close to Universal Park also. Water transport takes around 5min and security checks are done at the hotel before boarding the boat. Rooms are nice and big and modern with a lot of usb sockets. AC works like a dream and it's pretty quiet. Pool is nice and big with a lot of sun lounges. We will definitely stay at this hotel on our next stay at Universal.

We stayed here for three days. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The pool staff was absolutely fantastic. we got a poolside cabana. They're half off at 3 pm, FYI, and they are well worth it if you plan on having a pool day. 10/10 i would highly recommend Loews Sapphire Falls Resort. We will be back for sure!

Overall: great experience given the mix of quality, cost, and convenience. Rooms: spaciousness and cleanliness was quite good, particularly given the cost. Thought the bathroom could be more private, had a sliding door between sink / rest of room and commode / bath tub. Service: front desk, bell service, vacation planning, valet, and restaurant staff were all excellent. Very responsive, informative and followed through to resolution. Pool staff and cleanliness started to decline as volume of pool users picked up (understandable, but why 4 stars). Location: first, room location was superb, located close to elevator which provided quick access to pool, and water transportation. Second, water transportation was fantastic, we never waited more than 10 minutes for a boat. We had one inconvenience with high winds, but not the fault of the boat transportation. Finally, the ability to time our park presence (due to convenient access) with lull periods in attraction lines made this experience quite nice for the family.

Great experience from beginning to end. Star at the front desk made us feel welcome and she made sure any questions and requests were addressed. This is in a great location to Universal and Islands of Adventure. The queues for the boat to the parks and CityWalk can get long, but the walk is pretty short and most times faster than waiting for the boat.
