We had an all-right time at an all-right hotel. We booked a suite, and the room was clean with a view of the pool. It was very far away from the hotel's amenities and required a good 5-minute hike to get to anything within the hotel. The water taxi, which is touted as a perk, is not exclusive to hotel guests, so everyone from the budget hotels across the street uses them, too, which made every trip back and forth to City Walk crowded. We loved the grab and go restaurant, the ambiance of the lobby, and the spiral staircase. Staff was friendly but did not go out of their way. We have stayed on premises four times now, and we will not stay here again. It's not bad, but there are definitely better places to stay. Hope this helps!

This resort is stunning, and their service is incredible!
When Disney provided luggage transfers and free transportation, we never left the Disney bubble. When they stopped including that service, we started exploring Universal and we are sure glad we did!!
In my opinion, Universal hotels offer a much better value!
When you pay for a water view at this resort, you get a beautiful water view!! They have incredible food options, room service, you are able to TEXT if you need something, and the rooms are beautiful and clean. You are within walking distance to the parks, or you can take a relaxing boat ride.
Even a rainy day here is beautiful! This resort
is a 10/10 and we would highly recommend it!

Location is perfect for getting to and from universal without any hassle. There is a super quick ferry that takes you to and from city walk. From there, you can go to universal or island of adventure.
Four stars for room/service. Check out is at 11 am, but you could hear cleaning crew knocking on every door down the entire hallway at 8:30am, and there was loud maintenance being done around 9am it was hard to enjoy the morning with coffee and getting ready- we just packed and left. Nothing wrong with the rooms, they are great value, just not worth 5 stars in general.

A beautiful hotel with Caribbean themes. We were there for Halloween horror nights and the lobby was decorated in that theme as well. The rooms were extremely clean. The pool is very big and the staff were very attentive. We loved the water taxis and the walking path to the parks. The restaurant's had everything we needed at any time. We did not rent a car for the simple reason that the parking per night was too much money for a weeks stay and ride share to and from the airport was much easier

The view from the room was excellent. The room itself left some to be desired. There was no fridge or microwave, and the pillows weren’t the most comfortable, same with the sheets. The ambience alone, as well as the restaurants available, make the stay worthwhile. However, be prepared to pay an arm and a leg if feeding a family or if you want a bottle of liquor.
