This is a beautiful resort that you can save some money by booking if you are not interested in the unlimited Express pass that some of the other luxury resorts include with admission. This resort does have a water taxi, a full gym, various restaurants, a quick service location, a universal studio store, and a couple of bars. The pool here is fantastic and even has Sandy areas to keep you in that Caribbean resort theme. The room was clean but was starting to show a little bit of wear and tear. Overall the hotel was very beautiful but the rooms were a little underwhelming.

Let me start by saying Abby at the pool bar is wonderful! She was one of the highlights of my stay. The lobby bartenders were also super hero’s keeping up with a conference crowd and still taking the time to make the drinks special. This hotel is nice and the pool is great. We did have issues with check in and our keys multiple times and felt that the front desk could have been more helpful. It felt like we were inconveniencing them. The location is awesome if you’re planning to go to universal, the beds are comfy, and the shower is great. I appreciate when hotel showers have a glass door to keep the tile from getting slippery. The mirror has great lighting to put on makeup as well.

From check in to check out was amazing. Friendly staff like, Star, front desk. Erlinda, room service. And Nikka, waitress at the restaurant, Amatista. Everyone made us feel welcomed. The rooms were beautiful, beds comfortable. The general atmosphere made us feel like we were in the Caribbean, just beautiful. We will definitely go back soon.

My stay at Sapphire Falls blew a stay at a comparable Disney resort out of the water. The front desk representative, Mariangel, went above and beyond to make the stay special. We were offered a room upgrade for my birthday. The signed birthday card from the staff was a sweet touch, and the room itself was amazing. Clean, spacious, nice bath area. The entire resort had a clean smell. The landscaping was gorgeous. The check-in area and the large spiral staircase was very nice. If I had to choose a Disney resort or Universal, especially Sapphire Falls, I'm going with universal in the future. The food and drink selections were better quality for comparable costs as well. It helps that it is simply not as crowded, so everything is more personal. Overall the experience and the service from the staff from start to finish was 10/10.

Just returned from Orlando.We arrived th nov.Cant believe how much I loved my stay,the location,service,and welcoming is top notch.I arrived jaded and exhausted from travelling,and a wee bit grumpy ha ha. Soon as we arrived that was turned around by the beautiful staff .We were given upgrades, chocolate brownies in our room,view of the pool was awesome.Frint desk staff were sooo nice,can't remember their names,but the guy who welcomed us needs a pay rise,he gave us our room keys on a neck tie thingy,and the young lady with him was amazing as well,she knew we were tired and took the kew from us ,that we just wanted to go to bed.he staff here in general,around the pool,on the ferries,cleaning staff were so polite and very kind loved them all. Didnt want to come home,EVER.!!! Location is perfect too,and the rooms are immaculate,beds are sooo comfy.100/100 well done Loews saphire falls xx
