We had a wonderful stay visiting Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure. Our room was beautiful and had a view of the lagoon. The room was very nicely decorated and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Highly recommend! Staying here allows you to enter the park one hour early. Can’t wait to stay again!

We stayed at a beautiful hotel, in an excellent location close to Universal. The boat shuttle to Universal was especially nice -convenient and enjoyable. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms and the property were very clean and pleasant. Two things that could be improved: 1. The lobby café is relatively expensive. 2. The bathroom in the room does not have a lock, which can be inconvenient if there’s more than one person in the room. Overall - a great experience, highly recommended!

Every time I travel to Universal Orlando, I always stay at Loews Sapphire Falls Resort at Universal Orlando, and it never disappoints. From the moment you walk in, the service is outstanding friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The hotel is spotless and beautifully maintained, with clean, comfortable rooms and a relaxing resort atmosphere that makes it feel like a true getaway after long park days. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect, and everything from check-in to housekeeping runs seamlessly. The location is unbeatable for Universal trips, and the overall experience is consistently excellent. If you’re visiting Universal Orlando and want comfort, cleanliness, and top-tier service, this hotel is a no-brainer. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else!

This is a really nice hotel. The location is great! You can take a boat into the park or a nice little walk along the water. They seem to be really great at letting people check in early. The restaurant options are nice too. You can also bring your dog and you have a dog walking area. The bad part is the price. Good luck finding this place under 200 a night. Don't forget parking is another 35ish.

If you’re planning a Universal Orlando vacation, you cannot go wrong staying at Loews Sapphire Falls Resort! I won't list every single amenity—Google is your friend for the technical details—but I will say this: The resort is the perfect launch pad for your daily adventures. A major perk is the convenient water taxi, making trips to the parks a breeze! ​It’s a fantastic place to just hang out and enjoy great dining, and it feels amazing to know that after a long day at the parks, you have a beautiful room waiting for you!
