Wonderful family stay at Loews Sapphire Falls Resort We had a fantastic stay at Loews Sapphire Falls Resort, and it was a wonderful choice for a family trip. The location is excellent — the resort is very close to the Universal parks, and getting to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure by water taxi was incredibly convenient and fun, especially with kids. One of the biggest highlights for us was the Early Park Admission. Traveling with two children, this benefit made a huge difference and allowed us to enjoy the parks with much less stress. It was truly a valuable and very appreciated bonus. The hotel itself is warm, welcoming, and beautifully designed. The grand staircase and open lobby area create a lovely first impression and make the waiting areas feel elegant and comfortable rather than crowded or busy. The overall atmosphere is relaxed, charming, and very family-friendly. The pool area is excellent, with plenty of space to relax and enjoy time together. For a resort of this level, the pricing is very reasonable compared to other Universal hotels, which makes it an even better value. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely return. A great balance of comfort, convenience, and family-friendly amenities.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this resort! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. You can tell they pay great attention to cleanliness and detail. • Stunning Pools & Atmosphere: The pool areas are beautiful and very well-maintained. A special shout-out to the outdoor fire pit — it’s the perfect spot to relax in the evening and enjoy the cozy ambiance. • Prime Location: You couldn’t ask for a better spot, especially with its proximity to the parks. It made our daily trips so much easier. • Seamless Transport: The complimentary water taxi was a game-changer! It’s such a convenient and scenic way to get around. Everything about this resort feels fresh and upscale. If you’re looking for the perfect blend of comfort and convenience, look no further. Highly recommended!"

We stayed at a beautiful hotel, in an excellent location close to Universal. The boat shuttle to Universal was especially nice -convenient and enjoyable. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms and the property were very clean and pleasant. Two things that could be improved: 1. The lobby café is relatively expensive. 2. The bathroom in the room does not have a lock, which can be inconvenient if there’s more than one person in the room. Overall - a great experience, highly recommended!

Decent hotel and check in was a breeze, Star at the front desk was very pleasant. Our room was clean and bed comfortable however the remote didn’t work properly for the tv. The hotel is beautiful and the staff is kind. The pool is nice. We enjoyed the food at Amatista Cookhouse and Strong Water Tavern. However, the food at New Dutch Trading Company is horrible and beyond over-priced for something that tastes like it comes from a convenience store.

I love Sapphire Falls! The staff is incredibly friendly, and the beds are comfortable. I'm also impressed with how safety conscious they are--I had two separate instances where I saw the staff taking safety seriously. Once, last summer at the pool, a lifeguard helped a child in swimm8ng distress. Not only did she help the child out of the pool, but she explained to the parents what happened and was so kind to the kid. Another instance was as I was leaving, taking an Uber to the airport, one of the doorman saw me and read off the license plate to ensure I was getting into the correct car. It's a bit more expensive than Aventura or Cabana Bay, but I think it's well worth the price. Great value for what you get!
