Fantastic hotel. Everything was clean, modern and extremely convenient. I have 3 kids 10 and under and it was perfect for the family. The pool is clean and safe and lots of fun so that as a parent I could be relaxed about them being in it. The rooms are a good size and beds really comfortable too. The food is reasonably priced for hotel food in a resort and it was really tasty. Good options too for all preferences. The water taxi service is great to Universal and runs regularly so the queues aren’t too long. Overall I cannot fault my stay at this hotel and would recommend to anyone

The Sapphire Falls resort is very clean and well equipped. Guest house 3 room bathrooms feel a bit cramped. Beds are comfortable, house keeping team is very friendly and helpful. The pool is amazing. We love the fact that we can pool hop to any other Universal owned resort. Parking is a big plus for me as the car is safe in the garage building away from the sun. They have a big variety of food. Overall the stay at Sapphire Falls was a good experience for us all.

I've stayed here 3 times now and it's really a great place, especially if you are going to do the Universal resorts. We like the pool view rooms. The drinks by the pool are good and so are the games they do. The boat to the resorts is a nice perk. The front desk can be accommodating for the most part. Some things are highly overpriced. The rooms are very comfortable and modernized. Overall, we find it worth the money.

We had such a great time at this resort. The staff made all the difference. They were helpful, had lots of great personal experience tips about the parts, and surrounding areas. We even had a few karaoke moments out at the pool bar. I would especially like to shout out Sanchez at the pool. His service was over the top as he did more than just deliver us beverages. He give suggestions based off our trip goals and really listened to our interests. This resort was very clean, family friendly, and close to the Universal Parks.

It was a pleasure to stay at the resort. Safety and comfort are well noted while staying here! The relaxing and sophisticated feel of the resort can accommodate business and family outings. What stood out to my family was the room service as well as the attention the lifeguard's pay to guests in the pool area. Great food and service! I enjoyed the text feature that you are able to communicate with someone for anything! This touch is something that is new to me and shows their innovative way to stay on the edge with their costumer support. Thanks to the team and environment they create for the immersive experience!
