Had an amazing experience at Loews Sapphire Falls in Orlando! I travel 35+ weeks a year and stay 75+ nights annually as an Elite member with both Hilton and Marriott, so I’ve seen my share of hotels—and this is one of the best. From the moment I arrived, Alex at the front desk went out of his way to make me feel welcome. He was friendly, knowledgeable about the hotel, and always ready to help with recommendations and my many questions. That personal touch made a lasting impression and set the tone for my whole stay. The outstanding service didn’t stop there—every staff member I encountered, from housekeeping to restaurant teams, was attentive and genuinely cared about guest comfort. The property is beautifully maintained, and dining on-site was excellent. I recently stayed at one of Disney’s luxury resorts, which was nice, but honestly, Sapphire Falls was a step above in every way. Huge thanks to Alex and the entire team for making my visit truly special. Highly recommend!

Quite mediocre across the board. Early access to parks must keep this property alive, as the rooms are well below average for the star rating and price point. The pool/slide area are fine, the lobby looks nice, and the location is great. Outside of that, expect a Super 8 experience with a TV and shower that don't work. We aren't even hotel snobs, and this was shockingly below expectations.

My mother's cabinet door was messed up. Her desk drawer wouldn't stay shut so they had to use a chair to keep it close. Room 2657. Our room the outlet by the bed by the bathroom was old and it moved into the wall. Room 2655. I would like to say the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Our housekeeper was just awesome. Zach and Jaime who delivered our luggage was so nice and helpful. Please make sure they know we appreciate them. To be honest everyone was just wonderful thank you so much for making our stay wonderful.

This has to be the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff are incredible, friendly, knowledgeable and they make you feel as though they want you here. We have bought our 1 year old with us and after not having a kettle or fresh water to prepare her milk, the staff were on it straight away with no fuss and since then they have assisted in every way possible short of babysitting our 3 kids I dont think they could be anymore accommodating. We were lucky enough to upgrade to a kids suite and it is huge. So much space! The kids love having their own space away from my snoring at night and it helps everyone unwind at night. The pool is fantastic. It is open from 0900 until 2300 with plenty of lifeguards to make you feel safe. It is shallow enough for kids to enjoy and a small splash pad area for little ones. The pool also has a water slide which is a lot of fun and a large hot tub type area. There are lots of places to eat and I highly recommend trying them all! The pretzels pizza fusion from the onsite coffee shop is a must! As an added bonus you can get a free water taxi to the universal parks where you also get early admission when staying. The water taxis are a lot of fun and gives an opportunity to engage with other guests and park goers. The captains have all been super friendly and given great advice for our first time travels.

This place really surprised me in the most positive way because of its top tier customer service... in a few words, we really felt at home. Everyone in the staff is simply amazing, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the hotel itself has it all: restaurant, lounge, a quick service, a lovely gift shop, a beautiful swimming pool that looks like an Adventure Island attraction. Both the check in and check out experience were great and the place really looks amazing, like a 5 stars hotel. The water taxi to the park will take you to City Walk in no time. This hotel is definitely the best choice we made for our holiday
