Hotel is nice and clean and good location however it’s extremely noisy as you’d probably expect being where it is. However the most frustrating part was the roof top pool. Half of the sun loungers you had to pay for (not cabanas) just normal sun loungers so once it got busy there were no sun lounges left and if you want one you have no option but to pay for one which is so poor for a paying guest. As the pool is open to the public they should be chargeable to them but not people staying at the hotel. They also ran out of towels several times meaning having to lie on sun loungers with no towel. They seem to wait until they completely run out and then go try find more but today there’s just none at all. But overall a nice pool and bar area with nice views.

Stayed there for a week. Rooms were fine and clean, food was almost always cold and just a few options. Breakfast was good, diner was just bad. The service was okay. The pool was nice but the prices for drinks and such? Literally horrendous. We will probably not stay there again. At least not for a week.

Great location, awesome staff, modern and renovated rooms and walk in showers. The rooftop pool has a great view. We stayed at the loft apartment for 3 nights. Breakfast was good with lots of choice. It was quiet at night time on our side of the hotel😎👍

The only good thing about this hotel was the location. We arrived at 12pm and were told to come back at 3pm to access our rooms. When we returned at 3pm, we were asked to wait another 15 minutes. This continued for nearly an hour, and we finally got into our rooms at 4pm. On the day of checkout, I asked reception if I could pay for a late checkout, and they said no. Despite that, at 11:30am housekeeping tried to enter the room, disturbing us. Then again at 12pm, while we were still getting ready to leave, they attempted to enter. At around 12:15pm, reception called, and the woman on the phone told us to leave immediately. I explained that we were getting ready and would be leaving shortly, but she clearly just wanted to lecture me. She kept repeating that we had to leave straight away or we would be charged, even though I had already asked earlier about paying for late checkout and was told it wasn’t possible. It felt like she was just threatening me, despite the fact I was a paying guest who had no option to extend the stay. She came across as very rude and condescending. The whole experience, especially how it ended, really soured the trip. It felt like they were only interested in taking our money, with no real care for their guests. To make matters worse, the staff were aware we had come to celebrate a birthday. Also the air con did not work.

A top hotel with a perfect location nothing to complain about Everything is close by, just 1 minute walk from the beach. The pool is amazing, and the service is impeccable. We went there for my friend’s birthday, and she had a surprise every single day. Honestly, it was perfect. I own a travel agency, and this is the only hotel I’ll be recommending to my clients from now on. Even the staff were incredibly warm, always smiling, and the service quality was outstanding.
