Everything about this place was amazing! The ratings online are rather harsh and I don’t understand why, opinions vary. The buffet was just okay, but what kept me going back to the buffet instead of the premium buffet was the staff. Every morning, my waitress treated/greeted us like family. My room was beyond fabulous and included a jacuzzi. It was in the perfect spot on the property because I could exit my villa and turn left and there’s the beach! Go right, and there’s the pool! The premium pool was a short walk around the corner!

I genuinely had the worst experience you are able to have while trying to enjoy your time off, I’m currently staying at this resorts premium stay and my family are locals in the Dominican Republic.. we have had all sorts of staff neglect us and help tourists first just because we speak Spanish ( not referring to Spain Spanish) we are costly being treated last, even if we were the first to arrive to restaurants, Bars and more. Being racist to your own kind is really outrageous to me and most of all extremely disappointing. I haven’t been to my own country in a while and wanted to spend a good time with my family so we decided this resort would be a good stay based of pictures. Staff is not helpful and constantly looking for an excuse to not help but if you have a light complexion and speak another language I’m sure you’ll have a blast nothing I can do about my experience but warn others to find a different stay where you and your family can actually enjoy your stay ( I’m currently writing this as a staff member told me they couldn’t help me, however a couple past by me and asked the same staff member for assistance in English and they were able to assist them instantly, take that into consideration) RACISM IS STILL HAPPENING and let’s not forget I found ROACHES IN MY SUITE

At first i thought this would be a 5 star hotel. This is the furthest thing from 5 stars.. First, the service is mediocre. Staff walk past you, impolite, constantly forget your orders. The majority do this, only a select few are actually attentive. Secondly, the food at the buffet is terrible. Everything tastes like cardboard, everything is cold, and since it’s out in the open, there are many flies. Only good restaurant is the Mexican restaurant. Continuing, the cups are the bar are labeled “Recyclable” so obviously people throw it in the recycling bin… The staff literally take the cups out of the recycling bin, RINSE, and reuse. No soap, no dishwasher. Basically reuse straight from the bin. I’m with a family of 14, 10 of us are currently throwing up, having fevers, and/or having diarrhea. The cleanliness of this hotel is only surface level when it comes to utensils, plates, and cups. The other 4 started this trip with the same symptoms, they were able to recover because they asked for water cups, threw out the water, kept the cup and washed it themselves. Family asked the bartenders to use the same cups they had washed. I’m very disappointed with this hotel and if you’re thinking about staying here, i hope you reconsider..

I spent 1 week with a friend at Impressive premium Punta Cana. We had a great time! Everything was lovely. The staff is incredible!very kind and helpful whenever we need. Special thanks to Jose ,Francois and Jerry!!:-) The rooms suite are very big, clean . The activities during the day are nice we had fun playing handball and dancing on the beach. 6 different restaurants where we can enjoy different food every night. I definitely recommend this hotel for a holiday with friends or in couple.

This hotel is amazing in every way! The service is excellent and the staff are very kind and welcoming. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. The food is delicious and offers a great variety to suit all tastes. Overall, the service is outstanding and makes you feel completely at home. The beach is very clean and well-equipped for relaxation. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back again
