Amazing quality and service. We can with a group of 20 friends to celebrate a birthday. Several of the couples had been to Sandals and Secrets and all have firmly attested that Iberostar Grand is their new favorite resort. Much more reasonable in price with food , amenities and service that is out of this world. Our Butlers, yes I said Butler, attended to our every need. Reynaldo and Travis were great Butlers. Spa here is 5 star and everything is so clean and palatial. I along with my family are Club members and enjoy amazing perks as a result. Imagine a free massage every day if you like, or upgraded rooms such as the Ocean front we had. Been coming to Iberostar since 2000 and have been to other resort Brands but Iberostar is just the best there is for a great value. If you ever think of Club membership while in Jamaica please see Pet as she is amazing and so personable. Happy Travels.

This is a wonderful, amazing and beautiful resort. Great food and drinks, very clean and safe environment. I will definitely come back with my family and I have already recommended this location to my relations and friends. The whole staff are great, and very helpful. KARLENE GRANT our cleaner ( Room 5234) was very great, she is the best. She paid attention to the details, and does her job so well. Orain our butler was very effective and efficient. He really helped us navigate the area, made sure all our needs were met.

I just came back from my holiday. I had the best time at this hotel. The service was amazing, and the staff were very attentive and friendly. The location was great, only a 15-minute car ride to the airport. Really nice designed hotel with really comfortable rooms. However, the best of all was the food, literally the best food I have ever had! Every single food that I tried on every single day was absolutely the best!

The room is spacious and comfortable. Everything was clean and neat. The mattress was comfortable. The balcony was very special with our ocean front view. Loved the experience and would do it again. Lighting in the room can be improved. LED bulbs? Makeup mirror lighting is very dim.

Staff is amazing. They really work hard to provide a top notch experience. The resort complex is maintained well and very beautiful. We felt very well taken care of the entire duration of our stay. We came to celebrate my birthday and the amount of cute surprises and happy birthday's from the staff made my day so special.
