The butler service (Gary and Rohan) was impeccable!
The dining experiences (Karen and Mary) were impressive! However, my husband left his baseball cap (all white - Dallas Cowboys hat) in the Surf and Turf restaurant and was not able to retrieve it - got the run around - worst experience!!
All together each one of the above mentioned professionals made my husband and I vacation memorable and brought us together even more!!
Overall 5 Star Service!!

I got the chance to take a vacation here a few months ago and it was absolutely amazing!! The entire hotel smelled fantastic and the decor was beautiful! The service could not have been better if you needed anything at anytime there was someone there to help you and our personal butlers Owen and Omar were always available to help at a finger tip. The site also feels very secure and between all the resorts there is so much to do! Dining choices were very good and plenty to choose from we stayed a week and never got to experience all of them. We also really enjoyed some of the other amenities that the other resorts offered as well, and the live shows were extremely entertaining. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone and would love to go back!

Its A Bey Thing
Well I’m highly disappointed with my stay at iberostar grand. Unfortunately I was not pleased with my accommodations. We booked an oceanfront butler suite and the room itself was big and clean but unfortunately our room did not have AIR CONDITIONING. As well as no hot water! The hot water was fixed after our second to last day but ac was still not working properly our entire stay which unfortunately cause us to hang out in friends rooms or stay in the pool to keep cool. Upon check in we were told we would need to download what’s app on our phone and we would meet our butler in the lobby. Unfortunately that did not happen. I received a text introduction from the butler almost 4 hours after checking in and was told he was done at 11pm. There was no explanation of what services he would provide or clarity on how he will enhance our stay at Iberostar. We also encounter roaches in the buffet on the suites side of the resort and the staff seem to act as if they didn’t notice or care. Please see photos! I also have video ! We informed our butler of these things but I don’t feel it or I was a priority and that’s unacceptable! Their was no compensation for our troubles or inconveniences. I wish I was able to fully enjoy myself and after paying close to 5k for this trip (flight included) I don’t feel like it was worth it! Iberostar is suppose to be a 5 star resort! But not this time around ! Be careful booking these resorts!

What a wonderful resort! Everything was beautiful and top notch. Our rooms were so nice with an amazing view of the ocean. All the staff was exceptional and always there if you needed them. Our butler Rohan always made sure we were taken care of. Unfortunately hurricane Beryl hit the second day of our trip but the resort ran everything so smoothly. Everyone was so positive. We never felt unsafe. They cleaned up the property the next morning and as quickly as they could got things running as normal as possible. Look forward to coming back and hopefully being able to go out and explore the beautiful island since the hurricane prohibited us from doing so this time.
