I honestly can’t praise Hotel Ocean House Costa del Sol, Affiliated by Meliá, enough. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. What truly stood out was how incredibly accommodating they were — it’s probably the best hotel experience I’ve ever had in terms of feeling genuinely looked after. We had specific dietary requirements and were so impressed that they provided halal food with no fuss at all. The team was incredibly hands-on, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our stay perfect. Every request was met with a smile and a “can-do” attitude. The hotel itself is beautiful, the atmosphere relaxed yet professional, and the service second to none. It’s rare to find a place where the staff truly make you feel at home — but this was it. I can’t thank them enough for such a memorable stay. Highly recommended and we will definitely be returning.

This hotel is OKAY; but I thought it significantly overpriced, no matter what package you choose. The food situation is not great, again, overpriced. (think crowded mediocre cruise ship food experience). It’s more of a food solution for feeding kids. The ingredients in general were just not good, not up to par with the fantastic ingredients normally available in Spain. The location along the boardwalk is good, near the end. Pool and beach area are nice. Lots of small British “pubs” around if that’s your thing. The service is fine, with normal friendly staff. Maids are really good and hard working. The rooms are clean, but tiny and dated, especially the bathroom area. The bottom line is it is simply not worth the money. Recommend you do some research and find something else. I regret not doing so. I bet you can find a better place at a reasonable rate.

Fantastic hotel! Lovely and really friendly staff, defiantly a 4 star hotel! Pool area is beautiful and location is spot on, your directly on the beach and a couple minutes stroll from the marina where there's some great resturants and a 10 minutes walk from 24 hour square. Me and my partner visited in march and clientele was mainly older but think that's just the demographic of the area this kind of year. The breakfast was very nice and had a good selection of cooked and cold options. The bar area was very nice and had entertainment on every night as well as 6-7 happy hour! Would defiantly recommend

From the minute you walk inside the hotel you will meet the friendliest most helpful staff be it at check in, dinning room, bar, cleaning crew to name a few they all are so welcoming (a special thanks to Gabriela and Daniel) From the staff, decor, rooms, amenities this place is everything you could wish for on a break away. The food is delicious, drinks are cold and the atmosphere is just brilliant! Can't wait to return.

Just returned from a fantastic month in Spain. Second time I’ve stayed at Ocean House. Very clean comfortable rooms. Great breakfast, lunch and dinner Buffett. Decent gym, fantastic location. Fun evening entertainment. The staff in all areas of the hotel are fantastic, always friendly, very helpful.
