CR7 and Vega are totally AMAZING! I am the Director of a small hotel complex and when I come across staff like this … who provide an outstanding service with a genuine smile it is always important to take the time out to write a review to show appreciation to wonderful… Hardworking … approachable and warm welcoming individuals. Nothing was a bother and they went the extra mile to accommodate my wishes. Thank you guys for such an amazing experience. You do THE HARD ROCK PROUD. I really recommend a stay here. The staff are wonderful and the service and food is fantastic.

Eden Bar pool was amazing. The vibe was great, music was fantastic and the pool area in general was extremely clean and well kept. Towels are provided and plenty beds for everyone. All round great experience and waiters were very attentive.

Unfortunately I had to remove my last review! After spending €1600 euros to stay here for a week, after a walk into town in which we purchased a €1 bottle of water which we brang back to the pool where a member of staff confiscated our bottles of water and said we had to buy them from the hotel! We had already bought lunch at the hotel for around €50 euros each and all of our other drinks, it was purely off the back of a walk into town. NOT HAPPY! A kind member of staff tried to diffuse the situation and offered us a tap water and nuts… very petty from the hotel that makes a fortune off of its guests anyway.

Excellent service by everyone, so smiling, so friendly and helpful. Spotless and fresh room every day. We were fully entertained every minute with the nice music and performances even at breakfast 🤘🏻. I’d like to give extra thanks to the girl from Reception - Elena. She was very helpful and polite from the moment we entered the hotel and she did her best for the best room I wished, very professional. Excellent Reception service!🙏🏻 Also the boys - CR7 and Vega at Eden bar are really good! Their service is excellent and make you feel very special at Hard Rock. Definitely I recommend HRH Marbella for your first choice for holiday ! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Everything was perfect. We stayed 3 days at the beginning of the year. The details of the room, such as the lamp trumpets or the embroidery of the bedspread I loved. Our room overlooked the pool and everything was super quiet. We had the fabulous treatment and service of the floor maid Nerea, very attentive to us if we needed anything, plus she always had a smile on her face. A very quiet and wonderful stay.
