"My experience at the Hard Rock Hotel in Marbella was extremely disappointing. The room was a major letdown - it was tiny and felt cramped, making it difficult to move around comfortably. The cleanliness of the towels left much to be desired; they were stained with large marks, which was quite off-putting. To add to the unpleasantness, the bed was infested with ants, making it impossible to relax and get a good night's sleep. We literally have a skin reaction just from sleeping here. The staff's attitude was another issue altogether. The individual who assisted with our bags upon arrival was unhelpful and seemed disinterested in providing any level of customer service. Moreover, the reception staff were incredibly unresponsive. They either hung up the phone when we called to address our concerns or simply ignored our calls altogether. This lack of communication and professionalism was unacceptable. Overall, my stay at the Hard Rock Hotel in Marbella was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The nice facade of the reception area is merely a facade, masking the numerous issues that plague this establishment. I would strongly advise against staying here if you value cleanliness, comfort, and decent customer service. This hotel fell far short of even the most basic expectations." We had an amazing stay at the Hard Rock Hotel to celebrate both my mom’s and my birthdays. A special thanks to Guillermo, who went above and beyond to help us organize my mom’s birthday. He connected us with Pedro from Solo Cocktail School, ensuring we had an unforgettable experience. The staff at the Eden restaurant were incredibly service-minded and made my birthday extra special with cake and candles. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality truly made our celebrations memorable. Thank you, Hard Rock Hotel, for the wonderful experience. We look forward to returning and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service and a fantastic atmosphere.

Great stay here this weekend. The great - the pools, the music and drinks service Some things which prevented a 5 star review and for further improvement to this great property 1. The walkway to the beach is very unsightly. There is a sign saying it isn't part of the property. But the rest of the hotel is kept pristine- it wouldn't hurt to clean this, even just once a month 2. Requested a late check out and this was available, but the charge was 20 EUR per hour. As we wanted to leave at 7pm, this would have been 140 EUR which is rate pretty similar to staying an extra night. 3. I kept 1 drink in the hotel room fridge and this was removed/stolen. 4. Room keys are a festival style wristband which are very temperamental when it comes to opening the door (we needed reception assistance 1 night) just give a key card instead! The wristbands are a gimmick. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again, but addressing the above issues would turn a good stay i to a great one for us.

Eden bar CR7 and Henry are the best staff I have ever come across in any hotel I have ever stayed in. They are always so welcoming & kind & have treated us like gold. I can not praise them both enough. These 2 guys are amazing, well done hard rock on hiring such wonderful staff.

Took over an hour to check in and a room deposit of £625 we were not told about prior to arriving. When here there was a cockroach in the bathroom. Due to the unexpected room charge we expected cleanliness from their end and the cockroach was a massive put off. Beautiful hotel and good location but communication of the charges should’ve been made clear.
