We had such an amazing experience thanks to the incredible service around the pool from CR7! 🌟 His prompt and impeccable service with drinks was outstanding, and he was always happy to answer any questions we had about the hotel. You can really see how hard he works—he never stops, always engaging with guests, and helping in every way he can. Truly one of the hardest working and friendliest people we met during our stay. Excellent stay at Hard Rock Marbella The hotel was luxurious and had all needed amenities. The room size was good and very clean. Bathrooms were also spacious unlike the other european brands Breakfast had quite a spread with live counters. Lots of dining area both indoor and outdoor. The hotel also rests another restaurant at the pool level. Overall a good experience

CR7 is an outstanding member of the team around the pool and bar. He is incredibly hardworking and a true credit to the hotel. Always welcoming and friendly, he goes above and beyond to make sure guests are well looked after. His service is consistently prompt, and drinks are always served quickly with a smile. My stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! The facilities are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, but what truly made the experience exceptional was the service. Cool vibrant hotel with some luxurious details, and close to beach and the Marina! However, only 3 stars review because: Dirty shower with hair left overs, dirty cups, dirty floors. Also they reserve 500 euro (!!!) that you need to pay with Credit card at the check in. I got mine back after 10 days! Not okay!
