Really enjoyed our stay at HRH Marbella. Check in was very late at night (or very early morning!) and we were greeted and checked in efficiently. We had two rooms with a street view and a side sea view. Plenty of space in the room and it was perfectly clean. Not many hangers but we called down the following day and we had an about ten delivered quickly. We had upgraded to dinner as well as breakfast, but we only had three dinners out of 7 as it wasn’t brilliant. Not many dining there so was pretty quiet, and not many dinner options. Breakfast was better. All staff we encountered were super friendly and happy, the hotel is beautiful and in a decent location. About 15 mins walk from the port, under an underpass which is probably not very appealing at night, but we got taxis back if needed and if later on. We definitely recommend the hotel but wouldn’t return ourselves. The only really being- they pump air freshener through the air con and it’s incredibly sickly, and also dangerous having constant chemicals pumped into the air. Also insect repellent sometimes. Something for the hotel chain to reconsider maybe, knowing what we know about what the chemicals do to you!

I came to Marbella Hard Rock Hotel with my husband to celebrate his 40th birthday. We was greeted by Maud & his lovely colleagues at reception. Once we were checked in we went to our stunning room which there was a lovely card & little sweet treat to wish my husband a lovely birthday & stay. The buzzing vibes, food, and staff members at the Hard Rock Hotel was simply perfect, especially the lady in the VIP lounge who helped me plan & gave recommendations for restaurants. Thank you all for your help & stay for celebrating my husband 40th Birthday.

I had an amazing experience at Hard Rock Hotel! Everything was impeccable, from the comfort of the room to the vibrant atmosphere and excellent services. The staff is extremely attentive and professional, and Bea, in particular, was exceptional – dedicated, friendly, and always paying attention to details. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a perfect stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place where luxury, comfort, and top-notch hospitality come together perfectly! I can’t wait to come back!

Very very very pleasant experience. Although I'm not a fan of massively commercial hotels, this one had great facilities and amenities. Xavi was very nice receptionist, catered to our needs. Pedro was also extremely hospitable and friendly. Will be coming back!

Lively hotel with live bands in the lounge area which was great entertainment. Friendly staff. Breakfast choice was excellent and good quality. We found all staff pleasant and helpful. Room was clean and well equipped, but I'm not keen on a shower over a bath. Prefer a proper shower. Good location to the marina...
