The life jackets off the fuerte group( playa la herradura) are not good. They give big blue stains on your clothing. You need that clothing underneath your jackets before you get in their kajaks. Doesn't get clean in the washing machine ! An other thing to improve, use equipement for your voice. Can't hear you on the beach and water.

Comercial from Fuerte Group Hotels office in Marbella, which already has below-average reviews, is luring customers with a short-term birthday discount of 10% and verifiably confirms this in writing after booking on October 10, 2023: "Dear Rxx Bxx, I go ahead with the booking in the apartment 03132 (2 bedrooms apartment with solarium). It is a pleasure for us to confirm your booking as follows; Olée Torrox Costa Holiday Rentals by Fuerte Group, Booking confirmation number: 252xxxx, Guest: Mr. Rxx Bxx, Arrival date: October 5, 2024, Departure date: October 13, 2024, Total stay: 8 nights, Type and number of rooms: 2 bedrooms apartment sea view (number 03132). RESIDENCIAL ISEA, Total amount of the stay, VAT included: €566.16, It includes: WiFi, Garage's space, Satellite TV, fully equipped apartment, cleaning every 4 days with changes of bed linens and towels." A contract was thus concluded, and the corresponding flights were booked. Shortly before departure, and only after repeated inquiries, C.B. from Fuerte Group Hotels informed us that the contractually agreed apartment was being occupied by others and was no longer available. Instead of the quiet penthouse apartment (agreed upon with a clear apartment number), a familiar and very unattractive ground floor apartment in a noisy area was being offered at a significantly higher price. The damage caused by the short-term organization of more costly alternative accommodation during the peak season will not be compensated despite repeated inquiries. The agency in Marbella lures customers with early discounts, exerts severe pressure shortly before arrival, acts dubiously, and violates a signed contract. We want to prevent other vacationers from falling victim to C.B. from Fuerte Group Hotels. We'll see if the manager of the dubious employee responds; they have already been contacted. We will also contact other parties. We don't give up.
